This is the worst store I've ever went to in my life, I'm not going there anymore. Today I went to this store to buy shoes for my son, I put in the order and I told the cashier that I wanted to use my points, but she didn't listen I told Mauricio assistant the manager and he was very rude with me and he told me "Do you want your request with force?" And I asked him. "What is the reason for treating me like this? Are you mad? This is not my mistake." Every time I visited this store, I spent 300 or 400 dollars. Worst experience at this location so far. I placed a pick up order online and Rose was the associate to "assist" me. She informed me that the order would take some time to gather which I was fully understanding. I offered to grab the items and bring them to the front since I already knew where 2of 3 of them were. She declined and stated that they would work on it and for me to wait by the door. I waited there for 20 minutes. No communication, no check in, No communication at all. Finally I was fed up and asked an associate at the register if it was ready. Rose then informed the associate over their radio that it was ready. The order had been sitting there and she didn't think it was a good idea to let me know or oh I don't know GIVE ME MY ITEMS?! Rose you have 0 customer service and I know you hate your job, so just quit and go somewhere you'll actually be happy to be. I bought 2 pairs of shoes for Christmas Presents Tuesday totaling $95 95 dollars. When I asked my Daughter to try on her gift to make sure it fit it was too stiff around her ankles. I put on my pair, got in the car, wore them to the corner store and decided they are too tight and uncomfortable around my instep. So I put both shoes back in the box. Today on Friday I took the 2 pairs back for a refund and the Mexican Lady with the long black hair that stated she was the manager refused to provide the refund and instead accused us of wear and tear on those $95 shoes just from putting them on and walking in them for 10 minutes. What an ass. Then she told me I had to go home and bring back the coupon to get my refund so I did. What a witch. She was very rude. So I will never buy at WSS again if they can accuse you of wear and tear and not refund you. If a $95 shoe wear and tear in 3 days then it really needs to be refunded read more

Never coming back here again! I been shopping at Wss for years but the ones in Long Beach and never had the issue I had today. The cashier asked if I had a rewards card, yes but not in my possession. Okay your number will work. Cool. He rings up my shoes and tells me I have 10$ rewards towards my purchase but couldn't use it bcuz I didn't have my actual card. I like being greeted walking in. They had a great deal going on today, but not many shoes that I liked. The selection is usually decent for sizes, but they need to get some more lady's flats! Didn't find one that fit with what I was liking for. Right now many are 50%. If you wear a lot of pumps that area in season, you'll enjoy the selection, most of the women shoes are pumps. read more

I ordered a pair of vans in a size 6, November 6th. it was about 2 weeks later I had called to check if my order came in or not because I never received a text or email from them about my confirmation order. they had told me my size was not found so they had to transfer it to their store so it was going to take a while. so I call yesterday, November 24th. they told me my order was canceled, because my size was not available any more. I was highly upset because if I did not call they probably would not have contacted me about my order. the lady I spoke to on the phone happened to be the store manager and asked if I was willing to order a 6 1/2 instead of the 6. which I said okay yea that is fine because ive been looking for these vans everywhere. so she told me to come in so I went and THEN she said those weren't available either. so that made me more fucking mad.
