So I go, and the guy comes to the register and I tell him that I want a hat embroidered and it's for tomorrow. He then says the are over 400 teams in the AV, so there's a wait. I was polite and said ok that's fine, thank you. But the way he said it, was in a rude way. Before calling and going I read the comments, and decided to give it a try. I didn't feel welcome. So it's a no thank you for me. Decided to give to LIDS, I called them and they were very polite!

The jersey was very flimsy and definitely NOT player quality. Not even close to a $264 priced jersey. I took it back 24 hours from purchase and was told NO REFUNDS only store exchange. There are zero signs regarding any policy for returns around cash register or entrance as prescribed in the CA penal code. I showed him this and he didn't really seem to care. He's a scheister. Stay away from this junk warehouse!!

It's in a plaza next to a fairly famous ice cream place so parking can sometimes be difficult but if you look around you should be able to find parking not too far away. When you go in, someone at the front counter would typically greet you and if you are going for the gun counter, make sure you take a ticket at the front entrance. The people working there seem to actually like their job and are fairly friendly. For PPT the seller has to inform the manager to clear the gun, they will give you a tag afterwards. And the overall process is fairly painless. They don't try to make it hard even though they really don't make money. The pickup is the same process and both the person who started the 10 day and the young girl who helped me at the pickup are efficient. Overall there is nothing bad to say except sometimes you do have to wait a bit when it's busy but the ticket system is fair.

We made eye contact with multiple employees, and not a single one said something as simple as, "we will be with you shortly." That is basic customer service. One employee was completely focused on making a gun sale and acted like nothing else in the store mattered. A female employee was helping a male customer while carrying on side conversations, clearly in no rush to acknowledge anyone else. Overall, the staff made us feel invisible and unwelcome. I would never return to this place or recommend it to anyone. It is disappointing that management or ownership does not seem to prioritize training or customer service. If this is what is allowed to happen on the floor, it reflects very poorly on the people running the store. Huge letdown.
