Found great deals!!! Burlington has been a staple in my community for years. At one point I thought we would lose it because it's just not as crowded as it used to be. Anyway, the selection is just okay compared to 15 years ago. I understand the reason why they has to Open the spaces in the store. Why? Well I think because people were stealing . Honestly worst experience i got to the cashier and she did not have a good attitude we said hello 3 times and she didn't answer and when we paid she said it declined but yet on my bank it says they took it out and she called her manager named bianca and she was no help we were showing her that they took it out but she kept saying no and they didn't want to give us our stuff or the receipt and when i called my bank to let them they know about what they told us she said burlington charged us not once but TWICE never going back again read more

Another downgrade branch. It is cramped because half of the store is closed. Not enough space to move around with other shoppers. I am impressed though - they do have plenty of holiday decors, items and gift set ideas. Restroom (women's) is clean. No clutter. I'll give another try after a while. This Burlington looks more like a Ross than any others I've shopped at (Torrance and Burbank). But they seem to be well stocked, we walked the entire space a couple of times in search of an item my wife couldn't find. So most store departments became quite familiar to us. Of course that doesn't say much for the lack of customer service out on the floor to answer shoppers questions. Only after standing in line and getting to a cashier did we get any help as to where to find it. And as I left to go wait in the car as my wife got back in line to pay for her items, my wait turned into approximately 30 minutes of her standing in a slow moving line. read more

They said "the wait time to pay is 2 hours minimum, if you dont want to wait we can save your stuff for you until more registers are open" then we come back later and all our stuff is gone and there isnt any others, then they give us a 20% off which only took of 8 dollars. Dont trust them they arnt trustworthy. we still spent 40$ when our stuff was most likely less. Burlington really sucks. read more

Burlington coat factory has always been a great store it's so great that sometimes things are a little hard to get like really good coats sometimes for reasonable prices can be hard because everyone wants there coats there good prices and they sell long lasting coats and in case u didn't know it there the last store in the united states' to layaway.i highly recommend u go check out there deals because stuff goes but pretty quick.there employees are very helpful at letting u know when there next trucks are coming in to bring more merchandise.which is great the store is always busy and I love there store hours so shop Burlington even if it's not for coats they have really nice clothes for women of all sizes even for keeping D's they have clothes I was even looking at some of there purser's great selection lady's check it out u wount be disappointed read more

Meh - Not a well organized place, never seems to have my sizes. What usually's my favorite store anywhere else, this store falls short.

What happened this place? I haven't shopped here in about ten years but I remember when it first opened it was very popular. The store was nice and big. Now it's cut in half, cluttered, and they don't carry half of the stuff they used to carry and the door was dirty. They used to carry a lot of home decoration, now they barely have anything. One might assume that a store that has "coat factory" in it's name would always have plenty coats on hand... apparently not this store. Granted we visited the day after Christmas, so understandably they were low stock in all areas. But today the availability was really poor: 5-6 children's coats, 10-12 women's coats, and maybe 24 men's coats. Meanwhile, they had repurposed the four stands of what was women's coats with lingerie... and no, they had not changed the sign. It doesn't appear that this store ever had much of a stock of costs based on how few racks were labeled "coats", so if you are shopping for coats, I would try somewhere else. read more

I just visited your store, and your unprofessional checker, Kevin, at register 4, store 00568 was helping the solo cashier, and pulled us from the solo cashiers line and made us, fall back in line, when we were already waiting in line for the solo cashier, he proceeded to help someone else that was not in line. This is horrible customer service!!! The cashier, Kevin, tried to blame the other cashier however, it isn't the other cashiers fault, it was his for pulling us away from her line and then assisting another customer who just arrived at the line. I like going here to find decor for the bathroom or guest bedrooms. It's been awhile since I've been here since the customer service isn't good. Last night the customer service was just as awful as I remembered it. I was walking up to counter and said hi to the cashier- and she completely ignored me, took my item, rang it up, told me the total, I paid- then she hands me the bag and walks away. By looking at my receipt her name is Jessica. Their customer service is so severely lacking.. I have no idea how these people qualify for the job, other than their breathing. I found some decorations that I want to buy with not enough money I saw a sign lawaway I decided to put the items in there the cashier told me is $ 5 fee for the service I agree. I returned to make another payment today I went to get the stuff and the cashier but the way very high altitude toll me that it was past and they return the items to the floor and plus the $5 dollar s they get $ 10 dollars more for cancellation make angry her attitude I ask to talk to a manager same attitude my problem was not to give the money away is the cashier never told me the ten dollars for cancellation but that people even understand what are you telling them when I start talking to the supposed manager right away the first cashier and another employee get closer I guess this happen a lot and maybe some customers get really angry or maybe they don't have nothing better than walking around doing exactly nothing but at the end is our decision to shop or not in that kind of stores I'm glad the my $ 15.00 when to feed a that manager and cashier. This store has horrible customer service. The girls stand there talking to each other and pay no mind to the customers. Then when I proceeded to pay I was giving attitude and eyes rolled at me when asking for a price check. If these girls are there to work then they should do their job properly. Every parent knows that shopping with your 5 year old is not easy. My daughter was hiding in the cloths and already getting spoke to about it. She got out of the stroller and hid again. At the same time I was calling for her, I over hear an older man reprimanding my daughter. This was an employee that was doing go backs. So I stopped him and confronted him about talking to my child when I'm inches away why not just say something to me. As I'm expressing my disapproval to this man about why it's not ok with me to take this issue up with my 5 year old, he trudely cuts me off and proceeds to tell me that kids knock over clothing and that he is sick of it. And kept telling me he did nothing wrong. My daughter was not doing this at all I was on her. This man may have problems with children. He made my daughter cry. He was mentally abusive to a 5 year old and frightened her. I sent an email to The corporate Burlington office already. We visited the Palmdale store every month for their affordable jewelry department. 80% of it was truly nice. We went back to the store last month and the jewelry department had been shrunk to one aisle, from two and a half and the merchandise was beyond question of cast off quality. It is painful to see what the management has done to this department. When asked, a saleswoman informed us that jewelry will only be sold during the holidays "because it seems that women only buy jewelry during Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, Christmas..." (?????). Is this insane manager or whoever came up with this asinine idea forgetting that women love to buy bubbles and looking and choosing through rows of them is the best form of escape from the everyday hassle in our lives? We do hope that Burlington/Palmdale will reconsider this lamentable action and bring back their jewelry department to its original quality and size. After all, don't they need our hard earned dollars or is the company that well-off they can afford to pooh-pooh their best source of income - women! read more

I went specifically for a coat!! They had about 5 coats in the plus size womens rack and thay was it for the entire store!! Wth!! That was a complete waste of time and I'm very disappointed. You would expect there to be coats at a place with a name like this, especially in the middle of Winter in a city that gets freezing temperatures. The layout is confusing, and when we finally found the women's coats, there were maybe 20 there TOTAL! We did find some deals on things that were not coats, but not a single coat fit me. read more

This place is disgusting! I was in town and my mom asked me to go with her to look for teal color house decor and I started roaming around and found a dirty poop diaper on the chairs that were for sale!! Gross! I went into the toy section since I have a child's birthday to attend soon. All the boxes were ripped and dented. You can't gift a toy to a child with half the box missing. A little boy was chewing on a box with a toy in it....uuuuh where were the employees to tell this kids mother something! My mom found some candles so we were in line and the employees are sooooo rude! This place is a sh** hole! I have a Burlington by my house and it's not like this. I used to love this store. I told everyone how much I loved it. I was in there spending money at least twice a week. Over the last year or so, the place has changed and not for the better. The store is dirty and unorganized. Merchandise is thrown haphazardly on shelves. The carpet is grimy and gross. Even the quality of the merchandise has changed for the worse. This store was always my go-to when I needed something. Now, if I even bother to stop by, I leave with nothing. Sad. read more

My boyfriend and I just shopped here for his winter clothes and I would have to say it's pretty good overall. We got 2 winter coats that are name brand and a ton of sweaters for a very low good price- I am def. going to become a regular shopper here. You have to dig for sizes though and it's a bit messy.
