Specifically the one in the middle approached me several times in the store asking me if I needed help after I had already indicated that I did not. She continued to follow me throughout the store and asked me if I needed any assistance. She then sent the young lady with the glasses on to ask me the same question as well as other employees within the store. She has actively avoided my calls, my complaint to BBB and even sent her staff to deal with this because she has no moral compass to fix what she knows she messed up. She found a beautiful formal dress but needed a specific size. Bryant went above and beyond, locating three stores that had the size needed. One of those store being in Burbank. Bryant worked with his management team to confirm the dress was available and placed on hold for us. My mother in law was able to drive to Burbank same day and pick up the dress. We are beyond thankful for the amazing customer service from both Palmdale and Burbank. Thank you Macy's for proving the importance of excellent service!
