Honest review here, from a customer who came to a WSS store for the first time--and will NEVER…read morereturn to their branch here in Palmdale EVER AGAIN!!! The manager is useless . I was returning a pair after just 6 days (with receipt, the barcode tag and shoebox), because trying the shoes gave me feet pain. He decided it wasn't in its "original" condition even if there was no damage and had only been used ONCE. I think he saw some dust and freaked out #eyeroll ...Yeah, this is how ridiculous this place is! I mean, how was I suppose to know the shoes would hurt me after being in it if I never walked in it?? Did that dude expect me to return them within the same week of it just sitting on a shelf at home?! That's asinine! Luckily tho, I was able to return the item to their Lancaster store, thanks to Scott! So, WSS Corporate, if you're reading this, you did something right by hiring that man! He was welcoming, easy to communicate with and dealt with the matter at hand like a pro! Couldn't have asked for a better service. But then again, it may be because I'm basing that on how much product I felt they had in their store. The workers were friendly. The store was clean. The store is also very organized so that was lovely. The only thing that I didn't know was that the store closed at 9PM instead of 10PM. I came in with my hubby looking for some last minute board shorts and luckily we were in and out in a heart beat. I appreciate all the employees that were so helpful and knew exactly where I needed to be to find what I was looking for. Good experience!
