I'm not sure how many people they have done this to. Very disappointed with these young ladies. First, I want to mention she is very down to earth and does not blow smoke up the rear end. My fiancé and I went to Kevin's and were lucky to be helped by her. First she created my engagement ring, I picked out the band I wanted and with her suggestions I was able to create a gorgeous ring with diamond placed on top. Diana was on top of getting my ring customized and sized the same day! The next time we went to Diana for my wedding set. I had an idea of what I wanted but I had Diana make suggestions and holy moly she picked out the most gorgeous bands that perfectly complemented my engagement ring! Extremely pleased with my purchases. Today we saw Diana again for a pearl I got from an oyster at Redondo Beach. I wanted it placed on a ring, but the rings at the oyster place were tacky and cheap so we decided to call Diana to see what she could do for us. When we got to Kevin's she already had the perfect ring picked out before we even walked in! I hope Kevin's appreciates the hard work and dedication Diana brings to the table for them!!

Not sure why this place has such bad reviews, I actually enjoy coming into this Helzberg location…read more A bit of background, my fiancé and I got engaged the March before COVID happened. We purchased my engagement ring at the Helzberg in Northridge. I love my ring and pictures does not do it justice. I especially love the unique vintage look to it (which is tough to find at a big company jewelry store. The price was great too). Once COVID hit, we realized that that location did not survive and it closed down. So we started going to the Lancaster one for our 6 month inspections. The employees are kind and always happy to help. Also, I'm able to go in anytime I want (even without my care card) and get my ring cleaned at no charge. Love my ring and the service.
