Everyone who works here is very friendly. Addison and Muhammad were so kind, very knowledgeable,…read morepatient. I can go on. They offered us some cookies from Addisons' wife's business, Juju's Sweet Treats, THEY WERE SO AMAZING. Look her up on Instagram. I initially went in to find a ring for my future husband and they made it so easy, very affordable. We are both very happy

Absolutely the worst customer service. Came in for pricing…read moreon rings. Wanted to see different designs. The guy that "helped" me was so rude. I told him what I was looking for and that I was looking for design and price options before deciding on buying. I also made it very clear that I was only looking for ideas and I'd need to bring my engagement ring in to see what would match with it. And if I decided to buy, I would come back at a later time. He was desperate for me to buy any ring, even if I didn't like it. He kept pushing me very aggressively and rudely. His responses to me throughout the visit.... "Who cares [about wanting to bring my engagement ring in], just buy this ring", "you should just get this one right now", "just get this one", "can you go get your other ring right now?", "how far do you live, go get your ring", "when can you come back?", "tomorrow? Monday? Tuesday?".... and more. It was an awful experience. I spent my money elsewhere, where I was treated with respect and not forced to buy something I didn't want. Very shady business practices.

I reached out on Yelp asking multiple jewelers about medium thick chains for memorial necklaces…read moresince we want something durable. Guy from Jeweler's Touch stood out in his quick responses and helpfulness. When we arrived that evening to speak to someone, Brandon was amazing. He was friendly, super patient, and explained everything. He understood how difficult it was to look for rose gold chains, especially when thicker too. I was super indecisive and he gave me all the time in the world to look through their gold book which had all kinds of designs and thickness scaled to life size so I could place my pendant on it to imagine how it would look. He also brought out samples of chain types as I picked out ones to see if I'd like the look in person. He ended up finding an estate gold chain that looked absolutely perfect for my husband's pendant in shine and style. We tried it for a few days (they give you 30 days hassle-free) and my husband knew it wasn't the right length of style for his personal preference and our tuggy toddlers within one day. It was gorgeous and I wished it worked out, but maybe not for us. We came back a few days later after Christmas Eve and Brandon helped me out again with the return and gave me suggestions for the length of my husband's necklace based on preference. I saw people coming in and out during the two times I went and I see why. These people are amazing, patient, knowledgeable, super friendly and not pushy at all. They want to help make happy customers who are looking for that perfect jewelry. Although we are still on the search for the "perfect" chain for each of us (we are not major jewelry people but need this to be just right for us in every way), I appreciate the help that Jeweler's Touch gave and would recommend them for anyone looking for a custom piece or specific jewelry services.

My husband got me a paper clip link silver bracelet with three freshwater pearls for our anniversary. So beautiful! So delicate and so feminine. I just love them. Dalia and Simone and Justin are all wonderful people. I always enjoy coming in to chat with them and shop. They also always do an excellent job, cleaning my jewelry and changing my watch batteries. Ever since experiencing such compassionate service in preserving my mother's lapis lazuli necklace,…read moreI've since returned to repair another heirloom, a pink pearl necklace that needed a new clasp and restringing as well as tightening up the stone on my 1920s vintage art deco engagement ring. I also had a broken gold anklet chain soldered as well as a broken-off piece from a gold-plated hoop earring. The final item was a rare high-grade sugilite silver ring I had purchased back in August that needed gentle polishing. Everything was perfectly done. I had come in the week of Thanksgiving and all of it was done by the second week of December. Make sure to say hi to Dalia while you're there. Here's the pricing: $150 for restringing pearls and replacing the clasp and tongue; $40 for soldering the earring part; $35 for soldering the gold chain on the anklet; $50 for tightening the diamond on the engagement ring (they added more platinum to help secure the setting); and $70 for gently polishing the sugilite ring without scratching it! Check out the pics; happy holidays!
