We have been regular customers at this location for years. They are no longer across from food court, we found them towards Old Navy. The sales associate that helped us we had never seen before. There was a customer ahead of us that seemed a little irritated that that what he was asking for was not found. It seems this employee was from another location and didn't know where things were. When it was my turn, one item I needed wasn't in stock. It worked out for me, I have a new case I like better that I got online from another company. I have used ZAGG in the past for all my family phones. The quality is superb, you get what you pay for. I have dropped my phone many times and only one time got a small chip (fell perfectly on concrete step). No phone damage or scratches. I also had a zagg phone cover, no breakage. Had screen replaced, no issue since. Got a new Iphone 15 pro max this week and went to get it covered. Loved the new blue screen protector, ended up getting a cover for that phone too. Best Buy does not charge anything to replace the Zagg screens but unfortunately the Zagg store in the mall charged $10 and offers free replacement for the first 30 days. The staff were very friendly! If you have a replacement and have an account with zagg with proof of purchase and on their site it states if I want a replacement shipped or just go get a replacement at the kiosk I was assuming the kiosk would honor what's on the site . But NOPE I'm guessing this kiosk needs to make money someone they don't want to honor it, and to top things off one of their staff told me I was in the system now that if I wanted to come get it fixed again, I could come and get it fixed but NOPE again. I had an issue with my screw protector and I went to the kiosk and of course no help I told them I had my number on file , my account online and all they wanted to do is sell me a new one for 30 percent off. Absolutely terrible product. I'm here once a month bc any ding will cause the screen protector to spider web crack. And the "warranty", isn't beneficial at all bc it's 12 dollars every time you want to swap your broken screen protector. Ultimately you spend far more just on replacement screens than the original was even worth. I don't recommend this product at all. read more

I had a great experience with them when bringing in my iPhones. Recently, I decided to go with the Samsung Galaxy ZFold 5. Fortunately, they had screen protectors for the outside and inside screens. One issue was the lack of information regarding registering the inside screen protector. I was informed that I would need to take a picture of the phone and scan the QR code to protect it. Nothing was said about scanning and uploading the receipt through the app. Not all information was provided. The second issue arose when inquiring about the Samsung Galaxy ZFlip 5 and its screen protectors. The gentlemen said it would be out in a few months since the Samsung phones are not their priority. It is fair to infer from such a statement that one ought not to seek their services or not think that screen protectors exist for non-Apple phones when dealing with ZAGG AV. I appreciated the many years of service, but such a response allowed me to start using Spigen products, mainly because they are easy to install and with quality. Spigen lacks ZAGG's options, but they are more readily available for non-Apple products and provide quality protection. read more

Came to do a warranty on a screen from AT&T store. Let's say that a year ago the service was horrible here. Paid for a replacement that was put on bad twice. Ended up have it taken care if at Valencia store. Well let's say that if you remove a Broken glass that cut you and throw it away the likelihood of getting it replaced is slim to none at this store. Keep in mind that Daisy was simple no no no and no . Not hey maybe you can call My manager The next day. I had to initiate that conversation.
