My sister got her first upgrade iPhone in 6 years, so this was a very special visit. To say Lea's proficiency, knowledge of product and plan policy was above average would be an understatement. She assessed the clients needs from head to toe. Then walked us through the best options to satisfactory. This was by far... THEE BEST customer service I have ever had in a phone store. Hands down. The overall staff was very on point. Great Job team T-Mobile. And Thank You Lea!

Ok. Let's get to it. The service is very poor…read more The wait times are even worse. And even scheduling appointments don't seem to work at all. Now let's get into the details: A year ago - Ish we went to file an an insurance claim on my son's tablet and they took our tablet and gave us a new one and shipped out our old one. The SIM card got lost somewhere and they had to email us one and then we had to take it back into T-Mobile have them install it. Now fast-forward our tablet again is still not working and will not hold a charge so we go in again to see about upgrading it or changing it or finding out what's going on with it now I came in on Saturday mid morning and they were busy and I expressed that I wanted to schedule an appointment for Monday for when me and my husband both had time off so that we can do more than just upgrade a tablet. We wanted to do a full upgrade on tablet's, phones, and watch. I spoke with a representative Angela, who was very sweet but in over her head. She went through some of the details with me and wasn't too pushy. After speaking with her and scheduling the appointment, she handed me her card and told me to text her on my way so that I wasn't being put in a holding queue knowing that I was gonna be on a lunch break. (Don't get me wrong I was not going to rush them to get this all done this was an informational visit to go over options and pricing) BEFORE selecting our new products. I would of course understand how this would need more time should we be ready to download install transfer everything. Now back to it: They gave me an appointment like I mentioned before I texted her 10 minutes before we made it to our appointment time we checked in with a young gentleman who asked why we were there explained we had an appointment at 12 and he said OK go ahead and have a seat so 10 minutes go by don't think anything of it. Maybe she's just on break 15 minutes go by, he came over and told us that we'll be after the next two people and I explained to him that I made the appointment for my lunch break for a reason and he continued to then asked me what was my purpose in coming in and it didn't seem like I was a priority until after I explained to him that there was gonna be sales (commission based sales) at the end of our appointment so at that point, he then decided to try and hurry things along and ask me how much time do you have left before you need to be going? I explained to him that I had about 30 minutes left and I needed 10 minutes of it to drive back to work so that I didn't violate. Another 15 minutes go by so now we've been sitting here for 45 minutes and my husband and I decide to stand up and start walking out and at that point that same young gentleman got upset and knowing that they lost sales. Not that my time was wasted, but you could clearly tell that they were there for the sales. (To the point I told him waiting here is not worth losing my job- because you can't do yours(everyone waiting seems aggravated and annoyed)) Now I understand things get busy and I understand there's only so many people that can help at a time but to not even sit there and tell me that the person that I made the appointment with wasn't even working today. It wasn't until I got home, that the phone number that the young lady asked me to text messaged me back apologizing that they messed up her schedule. Why would they not alert somebody that is on their book of business or have that person take over that Calendar day if they're not gonna be available. Not only that she then proceeded in trying to fix the situation after I told her I'm no longer interested in that location and that they've lost my business that she then provided her personal phone number which is a violation of her contract with the employment of T-Mobile and at that point I stopped messaging her and decided to write this post. I understand why she did it because she wanted to make sure that it wasn't on her as it was her employees or her coworkers or colleagues to have upheld the level of service that was expected. My review has nothing against her, but as the service industry itself if you're gonna make an appointment on appointment or tell the person right away if that appointment time is no longer available due to an unforeseen circumstances, don't try and hold them for the sale but Instead provide excellent customer service or don't even bother. My husband, and I will not be coming back to this location anytime soon, we will be driving too the Valley and visiting in Apple location.

He gave me an old battery he already had, he replied with " first come first serve, and I honestly didn't think you were gonna come in today" , the communication wasn't off or misinterpreted he did what he wanted to do and he was being sneaky before he supposedly sold the other battery. He never mentioned before fixing my phone. He didn't have it. He did what he wanted to, and tried to refer me to his friend, I asked him how much the battery was so I can get that refund and he tried to tell me it was $25 for a new battery and that he could give us 25 in cash , Mind you my total total was supposed to be $255 , do not get battery replacements from hector or his establishment!!!!

I'm going to be honest. I was recommended AV Wireless by another tech repair shop, I wanted a…read morebattery replacement for my XR because it was overheating and inflating. So hector replaced it, but it had the same issue when I came home. so I took it back, he replaced it again. But he accidentally broke the Face ID. I had security device protection on, Pair that with a broken Face ID, you're basically cooked, you're locked out of your phone. So he offered to fix it for free, he needed to order parts and stuff, send it to apple, near the end, the phone's Face ID still didn't work. So he offered to transfer everything to another iPhone XR, and use that motherboard, and put it on my original one. Simple right? But I had security device protection on, so I couldn't really move or transfer anything without my Face ID, so he gave me the other phone, and I had to figure out how to backup my original iPhone XR to iCloud, which literally took my whole day. I figured it out, and backed up my iPhone. Used my backup on the other iPhone XR, and signed in. (BTW apple told me the only way to fix this issue was to go to the nearest Apple Store and have them fix it, they couldn't disable security device protection without my Face ID. so I needed to use chat GPT to help me. And my only option was to buy an iCloud subscription for 50GB of iCloud storage. which in the grand scheme of things isn't a big deal, but yk I came there for a battery repair.) I took it back and he fixed it, a day later I noticed problems, I could see the light of my screen on the side of my phone, I can see a blue light on my screen, which means there is pressure inside my screen, and I also have burn in. This took place from June 5 through June 26. I probably came to that place probably 9 times. (It cost $40 for the repair btw,) In conclusion y'all, this is just not worth it. In the end I paid $41, just for my phone to have more problems than when I originally came there.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but this experience absolutely deserves one…read more On January 23, 2026, I was stopped in Walmart by a third-party Spectrum rep who convinced me to switch from Verizon Home Internet and port over four mobile lines, promising major savings. He even warned me not to listen to the Spectrum store reps. I didn't listen--and that was a mistake. After waiting three hours at the Spectrum store, the in-store rep told me the third-party rep "screwed everything up" and said he would fix it. I entered around 3 PM and was the last person to leave at closing. I went home with equipment that didn't work. The next day, nothing worked. I returned to the store and waited another 3.5 hours, only to be told I was still tied to Verizon Home Internet. After more failed attempts at home, I learned the "new" equipment I was given was assigned to another customer's account. As of February 9th, this was STILL not fully resolved. It took three tech visits to finally get internet and cable working. One tech spent over three hours at my home and was openly frustrated with Spectrum's own support. The mobile service has been just as bad. Only yesterday did my two iPhone lines finally work properly. Today, I was told the buyout promotion would only be $222 due to a "technicality" on a Verizon bill. They claimed one line only had three payments, ignoring the fact that the LINE is four years old and the phone was a replacement. The employees tried, but Spectrum's systems are broken. Spectrum Internet is solid. Spectrum Mobile is misleading and not worth the headache. DO NOT SIGN UP.

Workers don't know much about the cell phones. Service is not good. Price is ok. Lines can be long.read more
