Nextgen can fix anything! I went to 3 different places in the AV to fix my Samsung Galaxy 6 smart watch and was told to take it to a Samsung provider because it could not be fixed. Nextgen was my last hope for same day service. It's now located in an upstairs building. The diagnosed it for free and confirmed the watch was not damaged and were able to seal the screen back on in less than 5 minutes. I will take all my tech gear here for now on. Gave them my 400 dollar laptop it's been 6 weeks.. paid them for a phone I never got. This guy order me a phone from Walmart and takes it apart putting a back on it he already had to convince me it was the phone I asked for. Mind you the back is not even connected to the phone. Why would you order me a phone then start taking it apart before it gets to me. I'm not understanding why it takes 5 weeks for a laptop. He doesn't call you to update you weeks go by then he says he just learned something he could of called and said. I have asked for my 165 dollars back and my laptop I will go to Walmart or something. Update!!! I left a review a few days went by I went to check on my laptop he never fixed it because he was upset about my review which is my right. And said he left a message which is a lie. But overall he had my laptop for 6 weeks didn't do anything and never even called to leave an update or say he wasn't going to fix it. The laptop is in worse condition. Useless. Called several times, no one ever picks up the phone. Emailed them via their website, to make sure they might be able to help me with my issue, no reply. They are very good at "passing the buck". They are very BAD at customer service. Took my ipad in 4 weeks ago finally got it back today still not fixed. Everytime I would call to get update no one could tell me anything because there is no communication amongst the people working there. Even when I went into the locations, I felt I was getting the runaround. What was supposed to take 20 minutes took a month. I will not recommend them to anyone. If I treated our guests the way I was treated here, I would not have a job. read more

This is a small local business that pride themselves on excellent customer service, unbelievable pricing and 110% customer satisfaction. We have a family of 6, 4 kids so you can imagine the issues with our devices... I've brought several in over the years with various issues and always leave happy. They've probably saved me thousands in replacement devices. Tim and all of the staff are knowledgeable, honest and fast. Second location in the mall if you're in the Palmdale area and same experience there. Also they aren't just a fix it spot they have quality accessories for every phone you can think of. So nextgen has a store at the mall, but do to covid-19 it's closed!! I was able to find this location and Issac was a life saver!! He was able to replace my screen so fast!! I do not recommend going to the other location down the street. I got two screen replacement from them and they both were faulty! Plus Nextgen gave me a 6 month warranty!! It took a total of 6 weeks for absolutely nothing to be done with my phone. Dropped off my Pixel 5a 5g for a broken screen and was told the new screen would take 2 weeks to to order. Not a problem; it takes time to order parts you don't have on hand. 3 weeks later after no updates and multiple unanswered calls, I was told that the screen was installed but didn't work so another one that to be ordered. I called again a week later asking for an update and the new screen was installed and turning on but it was not responding to touch and would need a few more days to troubleshoot. I called back late the next week and had no update so the next week I finally decided to just pick the phone up in whatever condition it was in. It was now a month and a half since I'd dropped it off. I had to pay for the screen cost upfront 6 weeks prior so I'd asked for a refund for that price. At least they did agree to the refund, knowing they'd done nothing to the phone. It was handed back to me with the same cracked screen I'd dropped it off with. When I'd pointed that out he said he put the cracked screen back in when he reassembled the phone. Save yourself 6 weeks and take your device to people who can answer their phones or update their customers on work in progress. I'm ordering a new phone instead of having repaired because of so much wasted time waiting on NextGen. read more

I just got my Samsung 9 plus screen repaired from this company. I did call a few places and while a few were cheaper all of them were completely flaky. I decided to go with this company because they were prompt and called me back all I had to do was wait for the screen to arrive which took about 6 days, I brought in my phone it took about 20-25 minutes for them to finish and it looks wonderful I highly recommend this place read more
