After cracking my iPhone screen a 2nd time, and visiting the shop again, they were able to fix my cracked screen in less than 45 minutes, and for a good price! I'm usually not the type of person to leave reviews, but I just have to warn everybody!!! I've been here before, thought this was a great small business to support. I even raved about it to my followers. I took my MacBook Pro to richard to get fixed in May. Took it in cus it would only work if it was plugged into the charger. Richard told me buy a new charger, didn't work so i brought it in to him. To this day, I still don't have my laptop back, I was calling every month for an update. I had to call them all the time and bug because throughout the whole year, they never once called me, updated me, or anything. Every time I would call, they would say something about the part they ordered not working or the motherboard not being in stock. So ok fine i waited, but 9 months is a LONG time. He would know it was me on the phone because I'd tell him " i need an update on the 15in MacBook Pro" and he'd say "oh Priscilla" -exc (This is important for later) It's been 9 months now so i went to the store to ask what's going on and he couldn't give me an answer. He just looked at me like i was stupid and said that he's super busy. I asked him if it usually takes that long to repair peoples stuff and he said no. IM SORRY that is terrible customer service. I got mad that he wasn't answering my questions as to what's going on with my MacBook so i asked for the laptop back. I dont even care that it was still broken after 9 months, i just wanted it back. HE HANDED ME A LAPTOP THAT WASNT MINE. I was confused and asked if there was anything wrong with the screen because my laptop had stickers on the back so i know that wasn't mine. He answered "no there was nothing wrong with your screen" What????! So he literally tried to give me a random laptop. I having a panic attack at this point so i told him I'd be back another day and that I'd like MY laptop back. Broken parts and everything. I come back a week later and he comes up with some "show me the invoice bs" Like richard, I've been calling you all year and you know who i was when i would answer!!! I had to step outside and call my sister cus i was crying!! Gave us the runaround again. It's my bad for not having the invoice but he knew who i was when I'd call. He even admitted to not having a 15in MacBook Pro in the back. So he admits to scraping my laptop or selling it!!!! I told them what day i left the laptop there, even said i would ping it on findmy to prove it was mine, told them what stickers were on it but he was being so passive aggressive!!! Tech Surgeon AV is the perfect example of how a business should be. I messaged them because my son chattered his screen on his iPhone 8. Patricia quickly responded and provided me with a price. She answered all my questioned. The next day I messaged them again with another question. Patrica once again responded and provided me an answer. I decided to take the phone to them and get it fixed since they seem to be professional. When I arrived at the shop, I was greeted by Richard. I told him I messaged them regarding my son's phone. He looked at the phone and told me he would take care of it. That it would look like a brand new phone. Richard was really friendly and professional as well.
