10000000/10 I could not recommend a better place to go. My canon g7x mark II camera broke in half and I thought she was dead. I was absolutely devastated, I don't know who I am without my camera. And of course the one time of year where I use her the most is during the spooky season, specifically starting in less than a week!! Alan can work MIRACLES. He fixed her and I still can't believe it. He's the greatest and most genuine guy. So ya if you have something that needs fixing or specifically your canon camera go to him!!!!! read more

BELIEVE THE REVIEWS! Shattered my iPhone 15 screen and Yelped repair shops in my area. I was happy to see so many great reviews with SCV iRepair which was just across town. Called the number at 9am sharp on a Saturday morning and Alan answered the phone on the second ring. Although he had a limited schedule this particular Saturday, he didn't hesitate to accomodate me and quickly offered to meet me at his shop in 30 minutes. I drove over immediately. Upon meeting Alan face-to-face, I found him to be friendly, upbeat, professional and efficient. We chatted as he replaced my screen and I was on my way in under 10 minutes. Phone is now looking great and working perfectly again. So happy to happen across Alan as this level of customer service is truly rare these days AND his pricing was more than reasonable! Highly recommend! read more

Alan was so welcoming and helpful today! I was there when he first opened, and out of there in less than 15 minutes for my screen replacement. He was very knowledgeable and had very fair pricing. I will definitely be recommending him to ppl I know looking for phone/ipad repairs. read more

Transparent, good price, quality work, and efficient. It doesn't really get better. Only place I will go for screen repairs from now on!

Easy to see how they have so many 5-star reviews. We walked in, and 10 mins later walked out with a brand new apple battery and he replaced our scratched screen cover! It was only $79 and the owner was there doing all the work himself. He was friendly and chatty - explained everything that he was doing and gave recommendations for extending the battery life of apple products. Great interaction/service and got exactly what we needed done at a great price. Thank you! read more

Alan is a life saver! My wife let some water get into her phone while at the beach and the screen shut down on her the next day. I was immediately worried about an expensive fix as well as handing it over to someone I do not trust with private information. I found Alan's store online and when I came in I was greeted with a warm smile that instantly reassured me. He laid out all my options for me and even encouraged me to go with the more cost effective choice for screen. He took the time to go through the process of replacing the screen as well as trouble shooting after to make sure that it worked. This experience was a huge relief and I will definitely make sure to come back to Alan if the opportunity arises and 100% recommend him for any iPhone related issues. Thanks, Alan and SCV iRepair! read more

So lucky to have have found Alan, he truly is the best! My screen shattered, Alan fixed it in no time saving me so much time and hassle at other big retailers. Any phone issues RUN don't walk to SCV iRepair! read more

BEST PLACE IN TOWN! This is my second time coming here and both times I've had outstanding service. I'm guilty of not knowing the gentleman's name behind the counter, but it's been the same guy and he has been terrific every time. Usually repair stores will try to upsell you, but he does the opposite. He's truthful, honest, and tells you how to fix things very easily. I can't praise him enough. he provides so much value to the community with his honesty, knowledge and craftsmanship. He's always available in in-store. I went in and he gave me a simple fix and didn't charge me anything. Again, how often do you find that anymore nowadays? I couldn't help myself with the tip him because he's the best. I can't recommend him enough and will be sending everybody. I know to him. Highly recommended seriously guys don't waste your time anywhere else. read more

Allen is the best ! Great price , great service . SCV iRepair is now my go to . I thought I said it all but dumb Yelp says this has to be eighty-five characters to leave a review and I really want to give Allen a good review . read more

Always can count on them. Repairs are done right in front of you and always great customer service.

Alan was very helpful and honest when I thought my screen on my iPhone 13 Pro was cracked, turns out it was just the screen protector. What an awesome individual, thank you very much! read more

My iPhone wouldn't charge, and he helped me out right away. It was just the charging port, which he cleaned quickly and confirmed the phone would now charge. He also gave me great advice about extending the life of a phone that I really like. Friendly, knowledgeable and available when I needed him. Highly recommend! Have already shared my great experience with others. read more

Hey all! I went in today to this location. It is hard to find because it is in a huge building next to other buildings nearby. I met the owner of the place, Alan. Pretty smart guy, he was the only other person there and he has his own business and is personable. I was a little socially awkward, but he knew how to ask questions and had great customer service. Service was great, he fixed my cracked screen without a problem. I have an iPhone 6s. It cost $70 to fix and an extra $10 for the oem to be fixed as mine was badly damaged. Total was 80$ with tax and everything. I felt that given the price was fair, I wish it was $50 as opposed to some competitors. He was fast and did a free diagnostic test. Much better service than the Apple store who nickel and dime you for everything. The parking lot was medium in size considering that there are plenty of other doors in this massive building. He collects your broken screens and puts it into a treasure box which is kind of funny. You can buy other accessories and stuff as well. I've noticed most of his customers are people who own Apple products. He has iPads , iPods, other game consoles etc. in the treasure box. I didn't see any android devices though so you might need to ask him about that. TL;DR Pros: +friendly customer service +fast +fair price, kinda +free diagnostic test Cons: -price was fair, but there are cheaper prices from competitors. -no bathrooms inside -he came in 5 minutes late Overall, bravo! He was very good compared to some competitors but not all. His customer service was excellent, if you are a weirdo and have antisocial behavior, no problem! He will make you feel comfortable. He talks to you while he's fixing your device, it was about 10-15 minutes as discussed and free diagnostic test was given. When he was fixing the device he said he had 5 years experience and it also looked really complicated. I would have to study a class to fix the phone on my own. read more

SCV iRepair - What my phone looked like before coming in and basically it looked new after I got it fixed as I'm typing. - Electronics Repair Near Me - Santa Clarita, California

I just had to jump on yelp and write a review about Allan at scv Irepair. I was in desperate need of fixing my son's iPad before leaving on a mini vacation from the moment I walked into this place I was so pleased with how professional and welcoming I felt. He went above and beyond to help me out! He called around to find a part for my iPad and was able to recommend a solution for one of my other iPads that needed fixing. He was able to order the part for my son's iPad that I originally came in to fix. I got a call the next day letting me know that part was there. When I returned he was able to fix the issue in 15 min. I was in and out in no time with a working iPad. If I could give 10 stars I would. Service was fast and efficient with professionalism. Very pleased customer thank you scv Irepair read more

Alan repaired an iPad and iPhone screen at a reasonable price! I received great service from Alan! He's very knowledgeable!

Great place they fix my phone in an hour phone, I was thinking to buy a new phone, but they fix my phone and it works like new.

We live in Canyon Country and we're looking for an iPhone screen repair and didn't want to mess with insurance or the corporate places. SCV iRepair did the job quickly and correctly, and made the phone feel like new. There were a decent selection of phone cases and tempered glass screen protectors at great prices, which fit our phone and were installed by Alan.. They even have a fridge with complimentary bottled water for guests waiting, which is appreciated in these hot summers. Alan and SCV iRepair is an SCV gem and we highly recommend anyone in the area to bring their electronics to Alan. read more

My daughter broke her twin brother's iPad during a bickering match that escalated. I'll spare you the details, but my husband and I were stressing out about getting it fixed with Apple, having to potentially replace it, or finding a non-Apple repair specialist. I requested a quote via the Yelp feature, and Alan (owner) responded within 10 - 15 minutes, reassured me he could fix it, and quoted a very reasonable price. I brought it in the next day, and he replaced the screen in under an hour. Now the damaged screen is a cautionary tale in his display case, lol! Alan was incredibly personable and friendly. Having excellent customer service feels like a rarity these days, so this really left a lasting impression. I hope my bickering children and my own personal clumsiness don't result in more broken devices in the future, but if they happen, at least I'll know where to go. Could not recommend this place more highly! read more

My wife has an iPhone 6 that is four years old, but she loves the size and it is functioning perfectly EXCEPT...battery life was down to almost nothing. I did my yelp research and ran across 5-star rated SCV iRepair and left a quote request. He answered in a few minutes and confirmed that he could do the job, for what I thought was a reasonable amount, in ten minutes. I verified that he had the replacement battery in stock, which he did. Message responses were very fast. I called prior to going in to make sure all was good, and the wife and I headed down on her lunch hour. Owner was very friendly, seemed knowledgeable, worked quickly and efficiently and in under ten minutes, the battery was installed. Shop is obeying COVID rules and regs...customers required to mask and owner wearing mask as well. Very good service, great to work with and my wife doesn't have to charge her phone every ten minutes. read more
