I called to see if Rapid Mobile could repair a speaker issue. My speaker had started buzzing because of what I thought was the connector to my computer. It turned out there was more to it than that which is no surprise as this system is at least 15 years old. First, I was happy to speak to someone right away, no voice mail. John picked up the call immediately. Second, to clarify what I was having a problem with, he asked me to send photos, which I did. He then called me back and advised me to just replace the speakers as it would cost less than the repair. I really appreciated his advice as I was willing to pay for the repair. He'd looked up the model number for me and said I could replace the speakers for less than what it would cost to replace the wire and the audio connection. He said he'd run across this problem many times and the buzzing is caused by a short in the wire. If I need more electronic work done, I'll call John! Very honest and friendly person. This repair shop is superb! I needed to replace my sis in law's laptop screen during quarantine. I was skeptical at first because I had to pay for the replacement part upfront ($100).
