We've come to this mall kiosk for phone repairs for the last several years. The guy running it is super helpful, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He has always helped us with every phone problem that we've had... Plus he has provided us with resources for other tech issues. His work is thorough and meticulous. Even when there are a few people in his kiosk, the wait is never very long. He's also even helped us when we've called him on the phone to ask questions. Really nice guy. We highly recommend this business. The owner always delivers and the prices are reasonable. read more

Bless The Phone Clinic! Murphy's Law happened last night and I am heading to NYC and London 3 days later. I went to charge my phone and it said something like "Eject charger immediately. Moisture alert." I tried blowdrying the phone as well as the charger and instead of that alert, another warning came up. I waited overnight and the same warning. I knew the Samsung store was not only far, they would want to send my phone for repairs and would be costly. I took a chance and popped by The Phone Clinic. 20 minutes later the problem was resolved - he believed there was something corrosive in the port, squirted something in and let it dry - and for $35 I have a working phone. What would it have cost with Samsung? Probably $250. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!! read more

Very unhappy, it took a week to get the screen repaired. When my wife picked up the phone the screen looked like it wasn't right. It has a black border around the screen. Like if the screen doesn't fit that phone. Buyer beware read more

The battery in my iPhone 4 was getting long in the tooth, so I called around and got the typical quotes that cost more than the phone was worth (Radio Shack wanted $50, and the tech wasn't coming in until the afternoon)! Fortunately, I walked past Al (short for 'Ali') and his shop, and he replaced the battery for significantly less than the others. Best part is I could watch him do the job, since the repair bench is visible. Al is friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced (he used to work at the Northridge mall doing cell phone repairs). They also buy and sell used cell phones (and new accessories, to boot), as a few customers were getting their phones set up while I was there. Thanks, Al! read more

I got my tablet fixed a few months ago and I just found out it broke. I had a screen protector on for it and it had a few cracks so I took it off to put a new one and the actual screen was broken too. I never throw it on a hard surface for it to break like concrete or wood. today my brother accidentally hit it with a cheap plastic water bottle and it broke so fast and bad from the corner. Also when I got it back it wasn't glued properly a corner of the screen would lift (same corner it broke) if I pressed down on the other side. personally I wouldn't recommend this for tablets for me it felt like the tablet screen was cheap. read more

The technician Al was absolutely amazing! He was able to diagnose that my low call volume was due to water getting on the speaker. My mute switch would also not stay in mute mode. The Apple Store previously told me that it was damaged. Al cleaned out some dirt around the button. Problem solved! The repair and cleaning took less then 5 minutes. It was also extremely affordable compared other stores offering to fix my phone. Any other issues and I'm bringing my phone back for more great service read more

Wow! Fast, knowledgeable, great service at a great price. My phone wouldn't charge and I was a little freaked out because I need my phone for so much these days. My son found this company and booked the appointment for them to come to me for the repair. In a few minutes the work was done, absolutely reasonable price by a very nice person that really knew what he was doing. I am very happy with the service. Sad he didn't have business cards on him. People are always asking for references. I am keeping their info as my go to place. read more

Ali was really great and assured me he could fix my badly damaged iphone 8 plus. My front screen was cracked so bad it was glitching and unavailable due to incorrect password attempts from the damage. Back glass was shattered and camera was sticking out. I went to a couple other places and they basically said it's not repairable and handed it back to me with a "good luck". Once my phone was fixed, the screen was stuck on about 6-7 hours of unavailable. Sure enough by the end of the day, it passed and I was able to input my password and have access to all my information! Thank you Ali!! I would definitely recommend this place! read more

Got my iPad fixedly 2 hours Really good service and good price thank you phone clinic

Responsive and friendly. Cracked iPhone was fixed in about 15-20 mins. Reasonable cost. Only thing I noticed was the colors on my iPhone were slightly more dull and less bright. Wish I had noticed before taking it home, it was too bright and sunny out to notice the difference. Not sure if it's because it was dropped or what exactly but other than that it works fine, everything on your phone is the same and screen looks new again. read more

The fact that I even have to add a star because yelp makes you is what upsets me as well ... because if it was literally up to me I would NOT even close come to giving this place a star. So I'll save you guys sometime and just let you know DO NOT COME HERE !! I went twice TWICE ! To get my phone fixed and not only did they mess up my phone they broke my home button!!!! And when I asked for my Money back because they broke my home bottom and my speaker, & my phone glitches every second I try to use it, he said he would only give me back $50 when he broke my almost 800 phone and he wanted to put back my old crack screen, HAHAHA !!! This place is a joke but I should of figured by the area it was in, and the people working there, save your money and your phone. Your better off paying that money and going to Apple. read more

So glad I came here. Got my old warped overcharged iphone 5s battery replaced in 30 minutes for the lowest price in town. Cash only. Note: Do Not leave your iphone plugged in overnight! Do not leave it plugged in all the time in the car. Charge it to full, then use it. When it gets low, charge it. Otherwise it gets hot and warps and destroys the battery and who knows what all can happen. You're welcome. read more

Thank you So, for once again hooking it up and saving my phone and not charging an arm and a leg. This time it was just a charging port, last time it was a screen. Whatever it is, you seem to always fix it and make it as easy and quick as possible. I really appreciate the honesty and the integrity with which you work. Hopefully i wont break my phone again anytime soon but if i do, i will definitely be back! read more

Its not my first time at the Phone Clinic and probably not my last. Great fast service. (and the cheapest around) I cracked my Samsung Galaxy lcd and all they had it repaired for me in an hr! They gave me an estimated wait of 3 days for parts to come in but called me the next day. They also estimated the time to fix it a few hours, but again much less! i got quotes from 6 places and i always end up back here. 10/10 would recommend. read more

I messaged via yelp for a quote and received feedback within the given time frame. Came the next day to get my iPhone 6 screen fix. Bought an iphone6 from these guys for $250 in late May 2018. Had so many problems with it and today it completely died. I'll go back tomorrow and hopefully get it repaired. He seemed like an honest and trustworthy guy. I hope that we can come to some positive outcome, since I don't want to lose $250, but as of now the phone is completely useless- not working at all. I'll keep you guys updated. read more

Am amazed by the honesty displayed by this company. This has been one of my best experiences on Yelp. My request was answered in a timely manner; all corresponding messages answered right away. Ali was honest with my phone unlocking request and quick at working on it. When it was unsuccessful due to an issue related to the phone, he offered me a refund without me asking. Very great guy, I highly recommend getting your phone services repairs done at this company. I didn't even have to go there, everything was handled over the phone and done with great professionalism. read more

I drove passed an advertisement for this company and I am so glad I called! Ali drove over to my house as soon as he was available, which happened to be only an hour later than my phone call. Quick and helpful! Came back after 20 minutes to a working screen and a tempered glass screen protector.

Al is great. He asked questions of my Iphone 5s' performance before making his professional recommendations. He really had my best interest in mind. He changed my battery and charger and gave me a discount for both procedures which was $40 LESS that the other guys who were rated as least expensive repair. read more
