Steve here at non stop wireless is absolutely amazing! He was so nice and cut me a really good deal on my phone. Best of all he was fast! I'm sorry but listen up this is fraud and I will escalate this there is a guy at AT&T cloning chips and my number while I am writing or doing something from the other side I could hear them saying cancel transaction and everything I will escalate this to a higher team I thought this was a family but this is what money does to people. Please stop invading privacy all my phone numbers they taking all my everything they are taking my customers they are stealing in this past week they stole $15,000 in three cars that could've been in my shop but went to their body shop. This is fraud and will escalate this to hire enforcement of law. read more

This place is great I was looking for a place to replace the screen on my iphone7 everyone was closing early at 7 and this place closes at 8. First off anyone that can replace a phone screen in 20 min is a genie in my eyes already.. we bonded right away since I brought my 2 year old baby girl with me and he mentioned he has a 2 year old also of whom we got to meet before the store closed. I told him I have a newborn and he mentioned he'd buy a house before getting a 2nd baby and I had mentioned to him that I'm in real estate and showed him some listings I sent my buyer earlier in the day of some new construction houses, since he mentioned houses in the valley are old and beat up lol..very knowledgeable guy I would recommend this place to anyone who needs their phone fixed. I was in the shopping center and saw the store, so I took advantage of that and went in to get my iPhone 6 Plus screen repaired. Steve and the rest of the staff was super helpful, fast, and they offered great pricing. I was out of there after 20 minutes. I definitely recommend them to everyone! They are Authorized Verizon Wireless retailers as well, and offer great plans and services, skipping the lines at the Verizon store. Went here because they had 5 stars and now I know why. I had 2 iPhones, one with a motherboard issue and one with a cracked screen. It would've cost 200$ to fix both; or 110$ to fix the motherboard and 70-90$ to fix the screen. However, they phone technician recommended that I simply take the working screen from one phone and put it on the working body of the other phone for 25$ in labor. Saved me at least 50 bucks and at most 175$. Great work and very honest. Plus I got a tempered glass screen protector for free with a yelp deal!! read more

LISTEN UP YALL, I'm writing to let everyone know the truth about the place. So I went to get my IPhone 6 repaired Customer service was OKAY however they did give THAT look when I told them what happened to my phone. They blowed dried my phone because IDK? I'll cut to the chase 1st day of new phone screen I'm all happy and I put in my back pocket. YA'LL it broke. Full 2 cracks down the screen. I just want to know where do they get off ripping a little girl off. $60 down the drain. read more

Cracked my camera lens glass and T-mobile quoted me at $175 called this fine establishment and got quoted at $25. Came in and it turned out my actual camera got damaged . Not a problem as it got fixed, along with a replacement glass all for a whopping $26 read more

This place was great. I cracked the glass screen of my 6S Plus about a week ago, and finally got around to getting it fixed. Went to a few different places in Burbank, but they were asking upwards of $160 and higher... Oh no Satan! Found Non Stop Wireless on Yelp, best price, super quick. I paid $80. I took my phone in for cracked screen and was charged $80 bucks (iPhone 6). I was greeted by a gentlemen who said it will take 15 min. After returning I picked up my phone and left. Screen seemed fine as I'm trying to make a call the screen display isn't working. I tried turning off I wasn't even able to do that. At this point I'm frustrated. I called and they said we can't guarantee so we can't return your money or fix your phone. I just realized I can't even take my phone to apple care. They charging $80 bucks but can't even guarantee. I would never recommend anyone there. read more

My iPhone charging port had seen better days and needed to be replaced. Went to my go to app (yelp) to find the closest iPhone repair spot and this spot is right down the street from the shop I work at. Gave them a call and Steve quoted me a very reasonable price to perform this repair for me. Upon arrival I was greeted by Steve himself ... And I'm a gigantic fan…read more I first found Eddie's Computers seven months ago or so, while doing some online shopping to help a friend who wanted to buy a computer setup for her kids. It was time for them to have their own machine. But she didn't want to spend an arm-and-a-leg on it. I found Eddie's shop on Craigslist. It seemed too good to be true. $120 for a complete set up -- box, flat screen monitor, keyboard, mouse, and speakers? I called. It seemed legit. We buzzed out the 170 to Sylmar (tip: 170 to San Fernando Mission Rd. to a left on San Fernando Rd. to a L on Astoria. Make your first left once you're on Astoria, then a L onto Berg). He operates out of his garage. But what a garage! It's full of used desktops, monitors, and other peripherals. We told him what we wanted, and Eddie -- a stocky Latino guy who knows his stuff -- dug out a used HP desktop, Viewsonic 19" monitor, and the promised peripherals. Word loaded already, and XP operating system. Plus anti-virus and a few other programs. And not a junky box, either. More than 1 gig of RAM, and a big hard drive, too. Everything worked. $120 changed hands -- cash only, I think. And now, seven months later, it's still working perfectly. Can you spell B-A-R-G-A-I-N ? Then today, my own Dell Optiflex desktop wouldn't boot. I suspected a power supply problem.Called Eddie. He said bring it out. He was there. (I think he's always there!). He tested the power supply, which had gone bad. Looked around for a used one to replace it. (He'd told me $20 to do the replacement.) He didn't find one. He could have sold me another box, and I would have bought it, but at the last minute he went into the back and dug around some more. Back there, unearthed another older Dell, which he raided for its power supply for me! Everything got connected, and booted fine. But Eddie wasn't happy with the speed of boot, so he went into the system controls for me and de-listed some programs from automatic startup. That worked, too. Twenty dollars for part and labor. Are you kidding? B-A-R-G-A-I-N! So I can't recommend this dude highly enough. He seems to be open seven days, and well into the evening. Bonus: this part of Sylmar and San Fernando have some hellified Salvadorean restaurants. Get some pupusas while you're out there. Oh! Travel time from Studio City to his place? Under twenty minutes with no traffic. I timed it. JCBF: For any and all computer needs.

If you want good service, and get a good technician, this is not the place you want to go. My son took his iPhone 7 to get repaired, the screen and the home button didn't work, we were needing to get the data out from the phone (important pictures, documents and videos that were not saved on the cloud). Steve told my son that a specialist on motherboards was going to look for it because that was the only way to get the data from this iPhone, and my son mention how important was to us this matter to be resolved, and to get a respond as fast they can so he would be able to find a solution somewhere else if they couldn't get the files back. Steve mention it was going to be $300 if they get the files back and that it was going to take about a week to do it. We left the phone and nobody call us for 10 days, we called and we always had somebody answered: "Steve wasn't there" or "they were still working on the phone" and excuse after excuse, time passed and no words from them for one month. My son had to go to the store twice to get the phone back since they didn't even knew where it was the first time. Very disappointed with the service from this place. read more

Broke my iPhone 7 plus over the weekend. I was looking for a place to take it on Sunday and most places were closed. I came across Non Stop Wireless and saw they were open. Called them and someone immediately picked up and helped me out. Told me to walk right in and they'll have it done asap. That's exactly what happened. Took my shattered phone to them, paid a very reasonable price for a legit Apple screen (unlike lots of other stores that give you aftermarket cheap screens) and got my phone back within 30 minutes. This is my go-to wireless store from now on. Had lots of cases, covers and everything else you need for your phone. I have passed along their info to all my friends and family and will highly recommend them to anyone who needs phone supplies or a screen repair. read more

Definitely would Recommend this place period I mean I made a phone call to check whether or not they are able to help me with my damaged iPhone screen and it was about 30 minutes before closing the lady that answered the phone asked for a description of the damage and quickly decided they can help me if I show up in the next 10 minutes which I did period about 10 minutes did after I had a new iPhone screen and LCD touch screen . All though on Yelp there Was A free Screen protector included as part of the deal . I thought it's worth mentioning they threw one in without me ever mentioning that I'm A Yelp customer .the whole process from phone call to leaving the store took just 30 minutes and cost was 70$. read more

I being the disastrous person i am , I probably go through 12 phones a year. So believe me when I say I have been to cell phone repair shops in every zip code and I am done searching. To begin with the service was great. My slaughtered phone was brand new in under 20 minutes and the prices are just unbelievable. Trust me friends when I say this is the place for all your mobile needs. Old phone issues. New phone issues. Any phone related issue this is your one stop. Ask for Steve. This is definitely the ONLY place I will go for ALL my cell phone/tablet repairs!!! Steve is super knowledgeable about all things wireless and was very fast and thorough with repairing my iPhones-- Yes iphone (S)!!! I came with two broken screens, one of which also had an additional lcd problem He got to work right away--right in front of me while I waited!!! Steve and the team were GREAT! I had called around they were the most affordable and had the quickest turnaround time. When I got there they were very knowledgeable and helped me understand what needed to be done without trying to push a repair. I felt very comfortable leavng my phone with them. They told me 30mins so I decided to get some boba from next door by the time I finished my boba the phone was ready in LESS time then promised. I been shopping around looking for places to fix my broken iPhone There where some ridiculous places charging me too much I called the Apple store and they told me I need an appointment and they were charging me too much and I had to leave my phone for about 2 hours I said for get it... My friend referred me here to get my screen fixed. My iPhone 6 glass screen was completely cracked and shattered. I walked in to Non Stop Wireless and got it replaced in 15 minutes. Everything was perfect. This is the second time I have been here. The last time was also a solid experience. Came in with a broken screen. Last place I went to totally screwed my phone up. Came in here cause it was close by. Was not disappointed. The screen was fixed in 20 minutes. In and out with no problems and good customer service. Walked into the store with a broken/cracked iPhone 6 and in a matter of 10 minutes the repair was done and they also gave me a FREE tempered glass for my phone so I won't crack it again. Great and friendly staff. I recommend anyone with a broken phone to come here and get it fixed. I will defiantly come back for all my phone needs. You guys are awesome!!!! read more

More than satisfied with this place. Assumed I would be waiting half a day and spending half a fortune to fix my iPhone6s LCD screen and glass.... nope! Super fast, cost efficient, while still great quality. If you bust your phone up, you'd be missing out if this wasn't your stop. Steve was the also the man and was happy to deal with him.
