I had taken my Apple Watch to the Apple Store to get a repair. The bottom of the watch had come apart. Apple told me that they couldn't fix it at the store and would have to send it back and the cost of the repair would be $350. I took it to V fix and the price he quoted me was $69, which included a part he had to order. This whole process was only a couple of days. Ali is the best. Caught him just as he was closing. He said no issues and replaced my daughter's screen for her iPhone in under 15 min. To top it off he looked at my phone which was having issues charging and was able to fix the issue with a quick deep clean. A previous repair spot told me it would cost $75 to replace the charging port. If you need your phone repaired, see Ali. read more

He'd looked up the model number for me and said I could replace the speakers for less than what it would cost to replace the wire and the audio connection. V - Fix is a great place to get your iPhone screen fixed! The service is extremely fast and very well done. It is also significantly less expensive than if you got it fixed at the Apple Store (the Apple store charges around 300 depending on how bad the break is and I only paid $120 at V-Fix). The service is great too! I cannot remember his name (I am horrible at remembering names) but the manager of the Valencia Town Center location was awesome! He was friendly and very nice to talk to and was clearly great at his job. I would recommend this phone repair location to anyone looking to get one of their devices fixed. Ran across this gem at the Valencia mall, I brought in a samsung galaxy note 8. Front screen cracked and rear glass bevel cracked, they had the parts in stock and fixed in under an hour even though he said it would take an hour. Very professional and no Bull$hit, Highly recommend and price was very fare. whole repair was 236$ + tax...... worth every penny just for comparison the store " The Fix" upstairs quoted me 350$ just for parts. Avoid them, they don't have techs on hand... V - Fix had 2 techs on hand and were in the middle of repairs, I was quickly greeted an told how much and how long. Very professional!!! i droped my i phone5s from second floor, my screen and the LCD broke. my phone had lines on the screen and i couldnt see anything on it. after couple hours the phone turned off completely. i brought it to V fix. the gentelman just looked at it and told me that %90 it just needs new screen with lcd. and if it is not fixable he wasnt gonna charge me anything. i didnt have too much time, had to go pick up my kids. he told me to wait just 10 min. he will fix it. in just 10 min he fixed the whole screen. my phone worked just like new. all my pictures and contacts still there. great costumer service, great job. Edward is always friendly. My youngest child's repeatedly broken iPhone XR looks brand new again! We had the screen replaced once before at another place, but that time, we kept getting notifications that the screen wasn't an official iPhone part. However, after Edward fixed it, no such notifications appeared, which makes me think the replacement screens used here are of higher quality. Brought my iPhone in to replace the screen. They were upfront about the prices $75 for the after market screen and $95 for the manufacturers (apple) screen. After about 25 minutes I returned to the kiosk with my phone ready to pickup. They tried to up sell a screen protector, but there was no pressure when I declined. All in all I was a good experience, I was able to have my phone fixed for a reasonable price and at least this time was quicker than going to the Apple Store read more

I got my phone fixed for an unbelievable price here. I went to a different place that had messed up my phone and would not give me a refund so I had to search elsewhere to get it fixed. While at the Valencia mall I saw V Fix and they fixed it for very cheap and have had no problems. They gave me 3 months warranty in case anything were to go wrong. This place made fixing my phone SO EASY, I dropped it off and went to the food court and by the time I finished my lunch they were done and even hooked me up with a screen protector. These guys are the greatest . Been going to them for many years now. They always do a great service - warranties his repairs without issues . Excellent service! Excellent and prompt replacement of iPad 2 air screen. Was replaced in less than 45 minutes as promised. Cost less than other businesses for ipad replacement when I called around prior to using this business. Great customer service! Highly recommend! read more

I got my little sister screen fixed here and it only them took about 15 minutes to have it done. The phone works like new now. great quality service I was very pleased. I'm going to go back next week and get a temper glass screen protector put on my Iphone 7. read more
