Yikes. The guy seemed cool and all but once you bring up a concern he gets hostile and defensive. Don't bother doing business with this guy as he clearly sees all his clients and customers as cheap. They came very quickly and Repair costs was cheap. However, their skills are low and the phones they repair are not returned in 100% condition. My phone had a cracked screen, and when it was returned it had a new screen but the screen was cheap and less powerful than the original screen. And also after the repair, phone start to act weird. What's worse, they have failed to make any effort to fix it or take responsibility. This is the worst possible outcome. I can forgive mistakes, but I cannot forgive the fact that they refuse to take responsibility for the damage and charge me extra for the repair. read more

After getting my screen replaced, I basically just need to get a new phone now. My battery is beyond messed up, the screen malfunctions multiple times a day, and now my phone gets super hot when in consistent use or charging. I also didn't read the bad reviews for this guy but if I did, I would've gone somewhere else because the way he's talked to customers is actually wild and rude af. Back story: I needed the screen on my refurbished iPhone 12 pro replaced because I messed it up when trying to fix it myself. I was able to meet with him pretty soon and he came out to me. Over Yelp he said it would be $69 for a new screen but in person said it would be $75 if I pay with Zelle. I asked him what kind of screen it was, he said LCD which he said people don't have issues with but I could pay extra for an OLED screen if I didn't like it. I would just have to make sure the LCD screen he installed wasn't damaged so he could take it back and charge me the difference the next time. When we were messaging, he didn't give me these options or tell me there was an up charge to pay with Zelle, which could've easily been shared before I decided to meet with him. He said my battery was already degraded so I feel like he shouldn't have told me the LCD screen would be fine since he said it drains the battery quicker. If he had told me right off the bat that he recommends the OLED screen, I would've considered it to save myself from having to get an entirely new phone, but he doesn't really seem to care what happens to you after you pay him and part ways. Service was done in a few minutes, I paid, and left. Immediately I noticed a huge difference in the quality of the screen graphics and how bright screen could actually get. In the next couple of days, I also noticed how the screen wouldn't respond or it would just malfunction and click the wrong thing. When I messaged him about this issue, he had nothing helpful to say because he doesn't care lol. His attitude at the beginning of our interaction seemed chill and friendly but when I had issues he turned cold. I recommend doing more research than I did and finding somebody who's actually willing to provide adequate customer service and talk you through what options are best for you. read more

Hello, I would not recommend this business. I went to him to fix the LCD in my screen, and he made my phone worse. The phone started flickering and going blank. This was not happening before I got it fixed. The next day after my phone was fixed, I texted him about the problem. He stated to reset phone, I did, and the problem only went away temporarily. I texted him again, and by this time was upset because I needed my phone for work, and it was in worse condition after he "fixed it" We met again to fix it, and this guy didn't even bring the right screen for my phone, and then said I dropped my phone after he "fixed" it the first time because he didn't want to be blamed for messing up my phone. I knew it was the LCD, but he said he was a sensor in my phone LOL. So basically he never fixed my phone and proceeded to curse me out.(Messages attached). Btw, I went the very next day to fix the mess Etron created on my phone to another repair store, and guess what the guy said it was my LCD. The other iPhone repair service fixed it RIGHT, and I have not any issues with my phone since. Also, he doesn't tell you when booking, but there is additional fee he charges if you don't pay in cash. I think this service is incredible. Etron had the best price quote for an OLED cell phone screen replacement. He even comes to your preferred address and does the replacement in his vehicle saving you time and money. It was super convenient. I walked away a happy customer. However, though the service was amazing and I was happy with my newly fixed screen, my receiver was damaged in the process. Now whenever I receive phone or make calls have no audio. The media speaker works fine. Like walking in to get lasik surgery and walking out with 20/20 vision... but now without vocal chords. I had a very negative experience recently with Etron mobile. I let them pick my phone up and take it to their Hollywood location to repair my cracked screen back and camera housing. They quoted me $119 through yelp. Everything seemed fine until the tech showed up. He was visibly twitchy. They say they are mobile repair, but they needed to take my phone to their Hollywood location. They said they would be done in 2-3 hours in writing. The tech asked me what my work schedule looked like today and tried to push for an all day repair. I said I needed the phone back by 2pm for scheduling. At 2pm I called the company and left a message stating that if my phone wasn't back by 3 I would be calling the police and reporting the phone as stolen. The tech called back and said he had said the phone would be done by 3, which was a lie. I specifically said 2pm. Then, it turns out they don't take credit cards. Instead of telling me this before accepting the job, they told me this on pickup. They also said there would be an extra fee for Zelle instead of their cash price. I was quoted $119 for this and paid $128, which would have been reasonable if the phone didn't give me a headache every time I use it now The most annoying part of this whole experience is that now my phone reeks of heavy metals and machinery. I can smell it from feet away. They used a laser machine to repair the glass and it made my phone smell so bad it gives me a headache when I use it. It's literally poisoning my body. I'm going to go have to buy a new one now, I can't stand the smell and these heavy metals odors can't be healthy to breathe in. Awful experience all around. I called the company to try and get them to remedy this, no response. The technician advertised a 90 day warranty but is no longer answering my calls. I requested they come and fix this or pay for my $1400 device. No response. Litigation incoming! Nothing about this company is legit. Even the email on their business card is fake!
