Tortello knew right away that the 13 Pro doesn't repair like the older phones and needs a full TrueDepth module swap, and even pointed me to Apple's Self Service program in case I wanted to try it myself. That kind of honesty when they could have just taken my money told me everything I needed to know. Flat fee, genuine Apple part with a year warranty, and seal replacement as standard practice. Part came in early and they turned the repair around in a few hours. Face ID, Apple Watch unlock, and Portrait mode all work perfectly now and the service history shows a genuine TrueDepth camera. Friendly, easy going, and clearly knows this stuff at a level most shops don't. I priced this against a mail in place that quoted me way more and would have meant shipping my phone across the country. Glad I went local. Highly recommend.

He's the greatest and most genuine guy. So ya if you have something that needs fixing or specifically your canon camera go to him!!!!!

Called the number at 9am sharp on a Saturday morning and Alan answered the phone on the second ring. Although he had a limited schedule this particular Saturday, he didn't hesitate to accomodate me and quickly offered to meet me at his shop in 30 minutes. I drove over immediately. Upon meeting Alan face-to-face, I found him to be friendly, upbeat, professional and efficient. We chatted as he replaced my screen and I was on my way in under 10 minutes. Phone is now looking great and working perfectly again. So happy to happen across Alan as this level of customer service is truly rare these days AND his pricing was more than reasonable! Highly recommend!

Passed by this store and thought to myself they would be just as capable and probably less expensive so I popped in and was quickly greeted by the friendly proprietor who diagnosed the problem as being the after market protective cover and yes, he can remove the bad one and put on a new one for me and within a few minutes my phone was like new again. The price was much lower than I originally paid for the first one at the company store Highly recommended and they have a great selection of phone covers

I initially paid $225 through Zelle and the 30 day warranty only covers the knockoff screen. This business replaced my apple battery with a knockoff as well and I was still having the same issues even 30 minutes after picking up my iPhone. They neglected to resolve or fully refund, I was done making attempts with them to fix my phone when it would lead to another issue they will cause. So glad they're not standing in business anymore at the small plaza.

I paid a pretty penny for this new computer, but it got wet inside of my trunk due to a leak (went through the car wash ). I was absolutely devastated... until Josh took a look at it. As he opened it up, he explained EVERYTHING that he was doing. No, he didn't take it to a backroom, nor did he just do it without explanation. Everything he was doing was so transparent. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. A few days later, he notifies me my computer is now turning on and working. His transparency and work ethic is priceless. It's hard to find an honest and trustworthy electronics person these days. Especially when they know you have no idea about electronics and how they work. I will definitely go back to Josh for any electronic needs. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you, Mr. Josh!
