Raul knows his stuff…read more First of all, he works out of his garage but has a professional business setup and communication (e-mail, text, phone) was excellent. My aftermarket SSD hard drive crashed on my 2009 MacBook Pro. He was able to recover the data, order a new SSD hard drive, reload the most current OS, and get me back up and running. Best of all, he provided me with the invoice and description of the problem that I was able to supply to my renters insurance company and get the repairs covered. He dealt with me indecisively trying to figure out if I wanted to just buy a new computer or have him fix my old one. He patiently talked me through options and let me make the decision and then had a rapid turn around time. I would recommend Raul. If I need computer support again, I plan on returning my business to him. Great small business!

Initially my search started online but a co-worker suggested I contact Brian at BC Enterprises and see if he could meet or beat the price. I always prefer to keep my business local however didn't expect anyone to be able to touch an online dealer's pricing. Well. Damn was I surprised. Brian was able to meet the price, and was able to get it to me the very next day. On top of that I now have a place for local tech support if I have a hiccup. Overall a much better value than had I purchased it online. The whole process was very quick and easy, and they were able to offer some additional services that almost anybody who gets a new computer would have to deal with such as updating drivers and software, and installing anti-virus software. Bottom line, I'm looking forward to the next time I get to use BC Enterprises.

1 Star 0 if possible I really tried to give this store the…read morebenefit of the doubt, but after multiple experiences, I'm extremely disappointed and no longer feel comfortable shopping here. The first issue was a PS2 controller I purchased from the store that turned out to be defective. I had the receipt and had purchased it that same day, but when I asked for my money back, I was given a hard time and was told that they could exchange it. I eventually accepted the exchange, even though the experience already made me question the quality of the products being sold. The second issue was a PS2 game I purchased that didn't work. I had to make another trip back to the store to return it. After that experience, I was hesitant to purchase another used game without knowing that it actually worked. Then, on Sunday, August 9th, I went back to the store and found another PS2 game I was interested in. There was only one copy available, so I asked if they could test it before I purchased it. Considering my previous experience with a defective game, I didn't think this was an unreasonable request. Instead, I was basically told that it was up to me if I wanted to buy it. At that point, I was done with the store and walked out without purchasing anything. I genuinely tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but after these experiences, I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service. I don't feel like the store made any effort to make me feel confident about spending my money there after I had already experienced defective products. I would highly recommend taking your business somewhere else. I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for used games or gaming accessories. Honestly, it makes sense why this place always seems empty whenever I'm there.
