An amazingly nice person, i had made an error and thought i had a virus on my computer. I texted the C-cat text line and explained to him what I thought was a virus to which he welcomed me and made me feel that the problem i had could be fixed and that it would not be a grand issue. I later found out it was not a virus. I got a text confirming my appointment right away. When I arrived Carlos was very friendly and welcoming. He seemed very knowledgeable and explained things so I could understand. He never made me feel rushed even when another customer came in. He was very polite and acknowledged that he would be with them as soon as he had finished up. It's actually quite roomy inside the shop; better accommodations than other places I have seen. The owner, Carlos, is very personable and friendly.
