Had laptop deep cleaned. Did great job. Was done quick. Replaced broken clips no charge. Went the extra effort. Great guy.

Great service from a knowledgeable expert! They were very fair on the pricing working in 2 of my IPads

Very friendly and helpful. Have been there quite a few times and always have had no problems. He does great work and prices are very good.

I ended up filling a claim for a new phone. But he did respond to me in a timely manner.

After our usual computer technician missed the appointments made to migrate data from our existing computer to a new Windows 11-compatible system, we contacted Carlos at C-Cat Computer Services. He responded promptly and maintained regular communication before the appointment. He arrived at the scheduled time, was courteous, and completed the migration efficiently. After a minor software issue arose, he returned the following day to address it. Our computer issues were resolved, allowing our business operations to continue. His fees are reasonable, and he kept his appointments and if necessary, informed us of any delays. Highly recommended. read more

They we're really great. I brought my grandson's computer in. It's under warranty but I thought it was something small. They are going to be my go to computer company from here on out. read more

Professional service! I found C-Cat computers from online search and based on reviews chose them. And I was happy I did! I called a couple other businesses in the area and they didn't even return my call. Carlos was responsive right away. I was trying to find an affordable fix for a minor coffee spill on my surface labtop 3 without shipping it through GeekSquad for hundreds of dollars. Carlos was able to do a free diagnostics on my computer, and it was repaired in a week. Def recommended. read more

An amazingly nice person, i had made an error and thought i had a virus on my computer. I texted the C-cat text line and explained to him what I thought was a virus to which he welcomed me and made me feel that the problem i had could be fixed and that it would not be a grand issue. I later found out it was not a virus. Regardless he was extremely welcoming and nice to me, he explained to me what we could do to fix the problem if i did have that virus and he made it all very simple. If i ever do actually have a virus i know i will be welcomed. read more

I had spilled water on my laptop. This repair shop worked miracles and got it back to me the same day. I recommend this shop.

Sent my laptop to C-Cat Computers for repair as the laptop would not power on. Carlos, the owner, called me the next day to say he diagnosed the laptop but found nothing wrong. When I asked what I owed for the diagnosis he said....Nothing....they do not charge for non-problems. I was shocked, this was the first "diagnostic no charge" for me! Thank you for your courteous service and honesty. You are my "Go to Guy" from now on. read more

First time customer here, I frequent the gas station next door and I've always known it was there but never had an occasion to go in. Yesterday was the day, walked in with my apple laptop which was having issues connecting to the web after downloading the Mojave update. I was in and out in less than 15 mins for $20. Staples wanted $169 just to diagnose the issue. Carlos was helpful, friendly and professional, not to mention fast!! I will definitely be back in the future! read more

I've been with C-Cat Computer four times and I didn't know I could write a review about them. So here I go... they helped me with several issues with my teenage son's laptop, and also they helped me recover some lost files which was great. As somebody else said, every time I go, they finished the job before the estimated time which I really appreciate. I recommend them for any computer services any time. This is a family business and you can tell by the great customer service they have, they go far and beyond to satisfy their customers. read more

Carlos is worth the 5 stars. He is personable, friendly and most importantly an HONEST and TRUE PROFESSIONAL WHO KNOWS HIS STUFF-COLD. I took in a gaming lap top that was getting error messages on a game. Well, Carlos went through it and it was not my computer, a problem with Spectrum/router was the culprit. Carlos explained things superbly and though=he took at least a half hour to do this, he refused payment. THAT IS HONOR AND INTEGRITY IN OPERATION. I wont fire Geek Squad for minor stuff, but if you are having computer problems, this is the professional that you want. I wish far more businesses in this area had his code of professionalism and ethics. Truly a job well done. read more

I had questions about getting my Television repaired...I called a few repair shops in the area...This company have an option to leave a message or I did both, within a few minutes I received a text. I was in need of repair on two laptops. I seen that reviews were very good here so figured I would give it a try. I made an appointment through the website, which was very easy. I got a text confirming my appointment right away. When I arrived Carlos was very friendly and welcoming. He seemed very knowledgeable and explained things so I could understand. He never made me feel rushed even when another customer came in. He was very polite and acknowledged that he would be with them as soon as he had finished up. The pricing was fair and he said it would be ready on Wednesday (it was Monday). I got a text the next day in the morning telling me they were ready for pickup. I was very impressed on how fast he was able to finish. When I picked them up he showed me what he had done and then even helped me bring them both to the car because I had my one year old in my arms. Such a great experience! read more

I was having problems with my Dell Computer. the first shop I had gone to was unable to help me. When I met Carlos and his wife they were friendly and helpful! My computer had quite a lot wrong with it. I ended up leaving it for more extensive service. The cost was an AWESOME VALUE!! Carlos service was professional, friendly and prompt, my computer is like NEW!! He cleaned out all of my problems since then I have been back to have him help me with some additional things I needed to input. He is always so glad to answer and help with anything. I had made an appt at the local popular place and was told I would have to wait 2 1/2 weeks and it would have been a lot more expensive. I will now be taking my computer to Carlos at C-Cat Computers when there is ever an issue. I am so very happy with the service and really appreciate every thing he has done to help me!! Thank you for the wonderful service Carlos you do an AMAZING JOB!!! read more

After 30 years in Customers' Service I can't take for granted a great service when I get one. Carlos is a professional, knowledgeable, not expensive and a kind gentleman. After trying a few other services, I found his store about a year ago, and I am going to stick with him for good. Friends that I have referred to him reported the same, and I recommend him wholeheartedly! read more

I appreciate a small, independent repair shop over the big guys like Best Buy. C-Cat is located in part of a gas station. I found them when I pulled in one day for gas. It's actually quite roomy inside the shop; better accommodations than other places I have seen. The owner, Carlos, is very personable and friendly. He explained what he would do and what it would cost. I took two machines--a desktop and a laptop--in for repairs. Both machines were repaired faster than Carlos estimated. One was available the next day; the other a day early. Both machines run just fine now and I am perfectly satisfied with his service. read more

I saw positive reviews for C-Cat Computers on Facebook and Yelp, but the final decision on where to get my laptop fixed was based on their sign saying if they couldn't fix it, there would be no charge. I didn't need to worry: Owner Carlos was cheerful, thorough, and faster than estimated, and my laptop works better than ever. He said he could repair the logic board himself instead of making a more expensive replacement, and offered the choice of an Apple or generic battery. The work was done before he had estimated, and he charged less than I expected. We will be using his business from now on. read more

Carlos, owner of C-Cat Computers, is indeed a 5-Star service provider - highly skilled and experienced, knowledgeable, professional and courteous - states a meticulous and detail-oriented customer. Had purchased a brand new laptop HP Pavilion 15z Touch last year but feeling not confident on the seemingly complicated latest operating system Windows 10, as opposed to obsoleted user-friendly Windows Vista of old desktop, I opted to have a computer expert do the installation setup to get the laptop up and running with all the latest version of Google, Chrome, Internet Explorer, Adobe Reader, ITunes, Pandora, etc.; move the folders/docs from the desktop to the laptop, as well as install and config the old printer HP Laserjet 3390 to the laptop. Carlos was not daunted nor showed hesitation with my long list of specified tasks and proceeded discussion/clarification of each task. He addressed all my questions patiently to help me understand the technicalities. By the second business day, he had exceeded my expectation to have done the job so well, I was happy and extremely satisfied. Here's sharing to all who have a need for a computer expert my highest recommendation of Carlos' C-Cat Computers, who can solve fix repair concern(s) on computer-related problems, hardware, software, PC or Mac. read more
