My 11 or 12 year old Dell desktop started wanting to do a "system restore" when I booted it up. I'm so glad my sister suggested I do a search on yelp - that's where I found Carlos and C-Cat Computers with his 5 star reviews. He is worth all of them! He initially thought the problem was my hard drive plus my mother board needed some repairs so was quoted $230 - a day or two later after running diagnostic tests, Carlos told me my hard drive was fine, but he still needed to do mother board repairs and reinstall Windows 7, and the quote was reduced to $150 (!) He did a great job in a timely fashion, and even threw in a little extra memory and a used CD drive, as mine was sticking, for free - He is also very nice and professional -- I highly recommend him -- read more

I went from a dial up WindowsXP computer to a Windows10 laptop with the help of Carlos at Ccat Computers. He was referred to me by my niece in Europe who searched for the best rated computer store in my area. I will always be grateful to her because Carlos was extremely helpful, patient and courteous. He took me through Windows 10, explained everything and made things easier for me. He is an expert in what he does, very knowledgeable, and a very pleasant person to talk to. Any time I come into the store, he is ready with helpful ideas and answers my basic questions with understanding and patience. There is no other place I will go to and if you are wise, you will do the same.in read more

Excellent work on upgrading my HP laptop. I was seriously considering getting rid of the laptop after updating it to Windows 11. It was terribly slow and non-responsive. I visited C-Cat Computers and was given all of the options available to me. They told me if it was not fixed to my satisfaction, I wouldn't have to pay. My laptop is running so efficent now. The speed and responsiveness has improved 100%. Thank you C-Cat for your customer service, professionalism and doing an amazing job on my laptop. read more

I chose C-Cat Computers because of all the rave reviews!! I will preface this with I know very little about computers, so I took our laptop in because we could no longer connect to the internet. Carlos immediately turned the Vios laptop on its side and saw that the wireless button was off. Wow, how embarrassing!!! No charge for stupidity!!! This place is located at the corner of 10th West and M in the Mobil Gas Station building. Please read other reviews and give this gentleman your business. read more

I was helping to my friend to fix his old MacBook Pro. Unfortunately I could not do the job due to lack of some specialized tools to fix the logic-board as that was my diagnosis. I did quick online check and I found this place. Carlos ( the owner I guess ) had both the tool and experience to do it. The price was good and service time quick. My friend's MacBook Pro is up and running again. I do recommend C Cat Computers as the Laptop Expert. read more

I never leave reviews, but I'm so happy with my new rig that I had to. Thank you Carlos!! I tried building my own gaming rig, got in over my head, and called Carlos. Not only was he quick, efficient, and quality work, he was 1/2 the price and 1/2 of the time of anyone else around that I called. Left $3000 worth of product with him and got my dream rig back. I won't go anywhere else. Carlos is THE guy. read more
