I called a couple times around noon, and got sent to voicemail. Well, not actual voicemail, because the recording just said voicemail hasn't been set up. Seems like a bad sign for a phone store, but whatever, obviously not available to take my call. I finally get through to someone later that afternoon and explain what I want to do. Without answering my question as to whether it's possible, he asks for my phone number (which I give) and then my PIN. For whatever reason, I get a bad vibe. Maybe it's all the training I get at work to never share my password with another living soul. And though I realize I'm calling to do business about my phone plan, I just wasn't comfortable giving up my PIN; at least not while we're still at the planning stage. I explain that, and ask if there's another way to continue. No. (Boost, are you listening?) So then I think, well, I like my PIN; how about I change it to something temporary and then call back? So I ask the guy's name so I can ask for him later. No. At this point, he's mocking me--using the same language I used earlier about my PIN. And he's very clear that he won't tell me his name. So get off the phone pretty annoyed. But I move forward with the temporary PIN anyway. I call back 2 more times at about 4pm and get the same non-existent voicemail as before. I figure it's a sign to take my business elsewhere. I give up and order the phone online instead. You might be better off doing the same.

We were told that a replacement would be ordered and we would receive a call. We checked a couple times and still nothing. We than receive a call asking if we wanted the item still. We went in today only to find out that they ordered a refurbished product and they will be charging us a $60 stocking fee. Not only did we pay for the product, installation and now they will be charging a restocking fee. I'll be checking with the credit card company about disputing the fee. Do not go here they are frauds!

We were verbally advised of what monthly payment to expect on our auto pay. The first bill was more than seven times what we were quoted, insurance and someone up plan were added to our plan without our permission we had to spend over five hours on the phone with customer service three different times, and go down to the store several times. Finally, we worked out a plan and got a lot of the charges off, however, the plan is still more expensive than the plan we've had with our existing cell phone company for 20 years. We're now locked in for three years the reps there do not give truthful quotes.. I would recommend going anywhere else T-Mobile or a reputable company not this location.

It arrived on time, and the lady that ordered my screen replacement called me the day before it was anticipated to arrive, as promised, to schedule my time to come get it fixed. Once I arrived to the shop, she and the owner (who fixed my screen) were very polite, and very casual. My screen was fixed in less than half an hour, and works beautifully. The very next day, my screen broke again, so I do wish they had some kind of warranty or something - but it was totally my fault that it broke again. (Ive never broken a screen in my life and broke the one on this phone twice in a month right after getting it, go figure!) I was so happy with my experience I called about another phone, and they were very straightforward with me in saying that since my other phone and software was so old, just upgrading would be cheaper.
