My fee for fixing my phone screen was cheaper than any phone place I have called in the AV, SCV and…read moreeven down to Glendale. I appreciate the flat fee, and it was shipped quickly. It arrived on time, and the lady that ordered my screen replacement called me the day before it was anticipated to arrive, as promised, to schedule my time to come get it fixed. Once I arrived to the shop, she and the owner (who fixed my screen) were very polite, and very casual. My screen was fixed in less than half an hour, and works beautifully. The very next day, my screen broke again, so I do wish they had some kind of warranty or something - but it was totally my fault that it broke again. (Ive never broken a screen in my life and broke the one on this phone twice in a month right after getting it, go figure!) I was so happy with my experience I called about another phone, and they were very straightforward with me in saying that since my other phone and software was so old, just upgrading would be cheaper. I researched it and they were totally right. I appreciate their candor, rather than them just trying to make a buck off another replacement. I'm not sure why the other reviews are so negative at all. If i need another screen fixed, I will definitely come back with no hesitations. My friend even said she was happy she came with me, because if she has an issue she will definitely come here too.

Or any other usual new iphone necessities not even earbuds or really not even a damn BOX! Basically leaving the store I spent $500 and lucky me they threw in the screen protector on them laughable I basically bought a screen protector for the same price as what this phone should actually cost honestly that's cool fucked up TBH granted I guess I am to blame and should have looked into it but to charge more than DOUBLE the retail price and not even sell me a boxed phone I mean damn I'm not going to lie I'm pretty upset and feel seriously scammed and really want nothing more than to bring you your phone back and get a refund because literally $500 for this is just straight up wrong also nothing in the store had a fixed price tag anywhere it was more price upon asking so I'm feeling like price upon person you guys are honestly wrong for this you work in the phone business so you know what's up ‼*BUYER BEWARE*‼

Two days later we were notified that it was going to be shut off because it "wasn't a phone" she knew that it wasn't going to work but still set up the plan as if it was a phone and customer service notified her that it showed in the system as an iPad. so we had no choice but to return the Internet box and lost out on100$ because she said it wasn't refundable since we didn't come in the same day to return it but never had any intention of returning it?!
