I got my phone back in worse condition then when I brought it in! I brought in my iPhone 6 Plus for a screen replacement, i gave him an hour (as he requested) to replace the screen. Apparently he didn't have any new screens (which is fine) but there are now 4 DEEP GOUGES In the aluminum body of the iPhone where he tried to pry the screen up off the phone Also the guy is very high strung and loud And it should be noted that he tried to give me a different iPhone all together when I went back to pick up, anybody reading this learn from my mistake and take your business elsewhere read more

I want to start off by saying that Eddie (store owner) is an amazing guy. Extremely professional and kind. Unfortunately, the work performed was in my short lifetime, one of the worst experiences. I can go on a rant about how terrible it was but that will not be fair to who he is as a business owner and worker. From my personal point of view, all I can say is "when the customer tells you something is wrong with the work performed, don't makeup reasons why the screen coloring and lighting isn't what it's supposed to be" 1 week later, I no longer have a phone and will be paying $1,000 for a new phone instead of just paying $160 to get my phone screen fixed properly. Like I said, great guy, very professional, but now I'm phoneless. (Backstory) Got my phone fixed with Eddie and an hour later my phone kept pressing random buttons on the screen and continued for 4 consecutive days while I was traveling in a foreign country. Eventually, it texted and called random people at random times and attempted the password so many times, it locked me out. I was phoneless for 5 days in a foreign country (the worst!!) When I finally got back, the phone forced me to delete everything in order to get access. When it finally turned on, once again it started pressing buttons again. Once I turned it back off, it kept turning on and off eventually just burning out. I didn't drop it, there was no water damage, it wasn't overcharging. nothing happened besides the phone screen just not being placed properly causing it to glitch out. I just want to say Eddie is a good dude! Very friendly, helpful, and honest. I'm from out of town and needed a possible in ear receiver repair and or replacement on my iPhone 6s. Instead of taking me for a ride he offered his options for solutions to fix the issue without having to give up an arm and a leg in cost. He's very knowledgeable and it just so happened that instead of a whole replacement the ear piece the phone just needed a cleaning which he did for free because he just wants to help. I forgot to give this shop a review the day I had my mom's iPhone 8 serviced, but I remembered after watching a video on the "Right to Repair" movement (very important stuff, it's what allows independent repair shops like Jucin's to exist). Anyway, Eddie replaced the screen on the phone, cleaned out the speaker holes (and taught us how to do it), and even installed a 3rd party tempered glass protector that we bought on the phone for us. He had the phone ready within an hour, which is the best thing. I first went to the big name stores, one that sells office supplies and another that sells electronics, but they didn't repair phones, or didn't have the part in stock until the end of the week, respectively. I break my phone screen a lot, I work construction and I'm always using my phone. I called around and no one was able to fix my phone the same day. Lucky I called Jucins, he gave a flat rate and let me know he could fix it same day. I showed up and surprised to see his work studio, it was purely utilitarian, you could see him working on phone after phone, dozens stacked waiting for him. The man knows his work, unlike other places where they take their phone to the back, he displays his work proudly for everyone to see. He is very friendly with a strong presence. The amount of work shows he is good enough to always be busy. In the time I was there, at least a dozen people came to leave or pick up phone to be repaired, everyone with a sense of relief that they would be take care of. It was especially comforting that he would lightly banter some repeat customers to buy a phone case, so as not to come to often. Including the fact that he himself did not sell any. overall, it was a change of scenery to see and appreciate a man toiling away in his work to please people desperate to get back an extension of their body back.
