Amazing customer and repair service. I called to get a price quote to replace my iPhone screen and his price was substantially lower than his competitors. I walked in about 20 minutes later and he immediately took care of me. Excellent customer service. If I have any repair service that is needed I will definitely return to this company and recommend his service to everyone. Professional, funny and great service. read more

Let this mf "fix" my phone and now it wont let me do Face ID. And he was sniffling like he on drugs or sum.

Good prices, cool dude. Chopped it up with him while He repaired my iPhone screen. Solid work and cost. read more

I usually don't do reviews but this is one of those rare instances where I felt like I actually had to let others know lol. Fixed my phone screen in less than 20 minutes. Great prices and overall great service!! Best in the antelope valley hands down. I'm so glad I found this place! If you need your phone fixed this is the place to go! read more

Horrible , do your best to avoid . Unprofessional business ! Treat clients horrible! The men here have no manners . Please stay away

I got my phone back in worse condition then when I brought it in! I brought in my iPhone 6 Plus for a screen replacement, i gave him an hour (as he requested) to replace the screen. Apparently he didn't have any new screens (which is fine) but there are now 4 DEEP GOUGES In the aluminum body of the iPhone where he tried to pry the screen up off the phone Also the guy is very high strung and loud And it should be noted that he tried to give me a different iPhone all together when I went back to pick up, anybody reading this learn from my mistake and take your business elsewhere read more

Let's make America Great Again. Eddy from Jucins is just the guy to do that. He emulates integrity, professionalism, and great ethics and honesty. I took my phone in that a little water spilled onto it from the lake I was kayaking on, down the paddle, into my pocket, and onto my phone...damn. Eddy tore it apart and immediately helped me figure out all of my options. Seriously, if we could clone this guy and have him teach every kid in America, that would make America Great Again. read more

Totally unprofessional. I took my phone in to get repaired and first thing this trash person does is start snooping thru my pictures trying to find my intimate memories. There is no need for anyone to be looking thru your phone when "repairing" something totally unrelated. This guy is a creep and totally unprofessional. I would not recommend you going here unless you want your pictures looked at and possibly stolen. read more

Took my daughters phone to get the screen fix, they fixed it but a month later it started glitching, took it back in and they said I had drop it or something and that there was no warranty, they offered a discounted price for another screen but I just ended up buying another phone! read more

I have used his services multiple times and each time it was immaculate. Very knowledgeable, super chill and very understanding. He only does Apple products from what I understand. Hands down recommend him to repair your phone. He has fixed broken screens, battery replacements and even did a repair where a mail went into the phone and was able to pretty much fix it all. read more

I want to start off by saying that Eddie (store owner) is an amazing guy. Extremely professional and kind. Unfortunately, the work performed was in my short lifetime, one of the worst experiences. I can go on a rant about how terrible it was but that will not be fair to who he is as a business owner and worker. From my personal point of view, all I can say is "when the customer tells you something is wrong with the work performed, don't makeup reasons why the screen coloring and lighting isn't what it's supposed to be" 1 week later, I no longer have a phone and will be paying $1,000 for a new phone instead of just paying $160 to get my phone screen fixed properly. Like I said, great guy, very professional, but now I'm phoneless. (Backstory) Got my phone fixed with Eddie and an hour later my phone kept pressing random buttons on the screen and continued for 4 consecutive days while I was traveling in a foreign country. Eventually, it texted and called random people at random times and attempted the password so many times, it locked me out. I was phoneless for 5 days in a foreign country (the worst!!) When I finally got back, the phone forced me to delete everything in order to get access. When it finally turned on, once again it started pressing buttons again. Once I turned it back off, it kept turning on and off eventually just burning out. I didn't drop it, there was no water damage, it wasn't overcharging. nothing happened besides the phone screen just not being placed properly causing it to glitch out. Instead of paying 160$ from his competitors, I went to him to pay $100 and that $60 difference cost me everything. read more

I just want to say Eddie is a good dude! Very friendly, helpful, and honest. I'm from out of town and needed a possible in ear receiver repair and or replacement on my iPhone 6s. Instead of taking me for a ride he offered his options for solutions to fix the issue without having to give up an arm and a leg in cost. He's very knowledgeable and it just so happened that instead of a whole replacement the ear piece the phone just needed a cleaning which he did for free because he just wants to help. It's very rare that a person just wants to do good for the sake of doing good and we should be so lucky to have someone like him on this planet. Thank you Eddie! I will definitely be back if I have any issues with any of my phones if and when I'm in the area! A+ service all the way! PS I highly suggest that even if he helps you out for free give him a solid tip and put some good back into the universe! read more

I forgot to give this shop a review the day I had my mom's iPhone 8 serviced, but I remembered after watching a video on the "Right to Repair" movement (very important stuff, it's what allows independent repair shops like Jucin's to exist). Anyway, Eddie replaced the screen on the phone, cleaned out the speaker holes (and taught us how to do it), and even installed a 3rd party tempered glass protector that we bought on the phone for us. He had the phone ready within an hour, which is the best thing. I first went to the big name stores, one that sells office supplies and another that sells electronics, but they didn't repair phones, or didn't have the part in stock until the end of the week, respectively. Eddie is deserving of all of his positive reviews. If you need your iPhone repaired, he can fix it! read more

THE BEST. The most thorough. The most honest. One of a kind person Honest about wait times & talked to us in detail about EXACTLY WHAT HE WAS DOING ---AS--- he fixed my mom's screen. read more

I don't normally do reviews, but I have to for this guy, Eddie was awesome! I called and asked about prices for a screen replacement on an iPhone 6s. He was upfront and honest about his services. After I arrived, he was asking if there was anything else wrong that he should know about with my phone, so that he wouldn't have to do double work. He was very funny and entertaining as I waited for him to fix my phone. His service was fast, and he knew what he was doing and talking about. I left completely satisfied with my phone and knowing I had met a good, honest, businessman with integrity, and quality work. About a week later my phone was acting up and wasn't working correctly, so I took it back to him. He asked about what was wrong, I told him, and he happily installed a new screen, no questions asked. The screen was still in new condition, so he knew I wasn't just trying to pull a fast one on him, which I think he knew when he seen my face when I showed up. Again, I can not say enough great things about this place. If you want to take your iPhone to get repaired by a professional businessman, in a fast, and timely manner, go to this place!! I HIGHLY recommend them!! Honesty and integrity mean a lot, and you will find it here. read more

OMG! I can't rave enough about this man and his repair work! I came in the day before 4th of July in crisis mode. I broke 2 iPhones in one day and needed them both fixed ASAP. I found the building easy however, locating his suite was kinda tricky. His suite is up the stairs to the left, then left again, then a quick right. I was happy to see him smiling and working on phones. He was able to fix 1 that day and the other one I had to come back for because it was the day before a holiday and he had family waiting for him. When the other phone was ready he sent me a text to let me know. His personality is the best, and his work speaks for itself. I value great customer service, and it's hard nowadays to find that. I have a couple of iPads that have cracked screens that I need him to fix so I will definitely be back. read more

Jucin was a great choice to take my phone to get repaired. The location is right on the corner of Avenue J and Elm with signs stating iPhone repair that also guide you through the building to the suite in which he is located. Jucin was extremely nice to do business with. I would definitely recommend going to him as you can tell he loves to interact with customers and provides the service in a speedy manner. I have an iPad with a cracked screen that I will be going back to him to get repaired as well. Thank you! read more

Eddie repaired my iPhone 6 Plus cracked screen within 60 minutes for $75. The location is a little difficult to find because it's located inside a 2 story building upstairs & the business signs are small & not very noticeable. However, based on Eddie's excellent customer service, charismatic personality, he earned 5 star rating from me. read more

This guy is awesome, he really knows the nooks and crannies of fixing phones. Dish=I just might be converting to Samsung pretty soon cause apple is going under real fast, simply put, they suck! Great professional businessman thank you for your help I'll be back if I have any issues in the future !

I break my phone screen a lot, I work construction and I'm always using my phone. I called around and no one was able to fix my phone the same day. Lucky I called Jucins, he gave a flat rate and let me know he could fix it same day. I showed up and surprised to see his work studio, it was purely utilitarian, you could see him working on phone after phone, dozens stacked waiting for him. The man knows his work, unlike other places where they take their phone to the back, he displays his work proudly for everyone to see. He is very friendly with a strong presence. The amount of work shows he is good enough to always be busy. In the time I was there, at least a dozen people came to leave or pick up phone to be repaired, everyone with a sense of relief that they would be take care of. It was especially comforting that he would lightly banter some repeat customers to buy a phone case, so as not to come to often. Including the fact that he himself did not sell any. overall, it was a change of scenery to see and appreciate a man toiling away in his work to please people desperate to get back an extension of their body back. I'll always recommend someone here. read more

I received the best customer service from Eddie. Not only did he fix my dads phone but he made our day with his unforgettable and upbeat personality. He was extremely helpful and resourceful. Replaced my sister's iPhone 5s battery for 25$ and only took him a few minutes! He was supper helpful and polite to my mother and my family is happy with the work! Other places were quoting 45$-70$ just to look at at the phone, prior to replacing the battery! read more

Jucins is the perfect example of how small business is intended to be. I am a loyal customer based on experience! The most customer appreciative man that I quite possibly have ever met! Great conversation while my phone is repaired (multiple times now) and each experience is better than the last. Fast service! Absolutely reasonable prices! And puts his name on everything he does because he is proud of his service business! Don't go anywhere else - you won't find better quality of service!!! read more

When you call a service man and tell him your phone will not charge and you cannot hear out of the speaker and he tells you exactly what to do over the phone to repair it with basic cleaning maintenance that is a big plus. Jucin could have simply had me pay a diagnostic fee and took money to do this task. Amazing person cares! read more

I got my iPhone (6) around April and two months ago i dropped it and it cracked right by the home button (very unnoticeable I should add) when I got there I asked him about it, (I must also say he's such a nice and funny man, helps you out as much as he can, he has great communication!) and he said "is this what you came here for?!" In such a playful way! I laughed and said yes and because the side of the phone was coming up and it made a funny noise. He made me feel a lot better by telling me it was not leveled correctly and all it needed was super glue so he put some and the phone had no noise after :D , the crack he said I should wait and save my money because like I mentioned it's not noticeable. I asked him how much for doing what he did and he said nothing and I said no at least something, so he said a dollar lol but I didn't have cash on me but credit card and he said " I don't want it then" he said I could buy him food (which is still something I want to do) but when I mentioned finding him on yelp and I went because I saw all the great reviews , he said to write a review as a payback for what he did and I am because I want to payback one way! I 100% recommend Eddie to check your phone! So go to him! :D trust me, you'll absolutely like him! Thank you so much Eddie for checking my phone and making me feel much better! I will definitely go back if I have another problem! read more
