It arrived on time, and the lady that ordered my screen replacement called me the day before it was anticipated to arrive, as promised, to schedule my time to come get it fixed. Once I arrived to the shop, she and the owner (who fixed my screen) were very polite, and very casual. My screen was fixed in less than half an hour, and works beautifully. The very next day, my screen broke again, so I do wish they had some kind of warranty or something - but it was totally my fault that it broke again. (Ive never broken a screen in my life and broke the one on this phone twice in a month right after getting it, go figure!) I was so happy with my experience I called about another phone, and they were very straightforward with me in saying that since my other phone and software was so old, just upgrading would be cheaper. I researched it and they were totally right. I appreciate their candor, rather than them just trying to make a buck off another replacement. I'm not sure why the other reviews are so negative at all.
