I came across the T3chno Shop while I was in the Palmdale Mall. My phone had a small corner crack, and out of curiosity I decided to inquire the cost of replacing the screen for my Iphone 6. Marlon, was able to answer all my questions and gave me a quote, the price was very reasonable but I didn't want to spend all day waiting for my phone, since it's like a life line to me. Marlon said that it would take 20 minutes, I jumped at the offer and handed over my phone. It took less than 10 minutes for my screen to be replaced and my phone back in my hand. I was amazed how affordable and fast their service was. If anyone needs their phone repaired I will recommend this shop to you or anyone! Their service is top of the line, very informative and customer driven. There's no need to have to deal with a cracked screen when you can just bring it here. Took me a bit to find this place. It's inside the indoor swap meet, literally as soon as you walk in it's to your left hand. They quoted me for 80$ to fix the screen on my gold 6s and they fixed the vibrate on the phone (as the sensor was lose from shipment) for free. Took them maybe about 2 & 1/2 hours to complete the phone but I can only assume that was due to the amount of people there. I left and asked to be called back when it was ready and they did. I called 30min before close and they managed to get me in and out with a new screen and glass screen protector all for less than $100!and the phone I had fixed was an lg aristo , everywhere else I called was $100+ just for the repair and a wait of 3-5days for a screen because it isn't a common phone. Buyer beware!!!, I brought 2 iPhone 6s into this shop from replacement of screen. Paid $150 for both which was a good deal. BUT you do get what you paid for. Days after replacement BOTH phones started glitching. Started getting worse and worse then one bad tap and the screen cracked again. Probably cheap materials. So I took my phone to a different repairman whose charging me $120. He took a look inside my phone and get this he says my phone is missing screws!! Behind the home button there is a plate which has 3 screws my phone only had 1 after repairs at this place. New repairman says there is movement that should not be there which makes the screen more likely to break!!!! Got it? this place purposely left my phone without its screws so that in the chance my screen broke again, they would get my repeat business. Please beware. One more note new repairman is giving me 1yr warranty. This place 30days. That says something in itself. read more

Really impressed/satisfied with their speed, price and customer service. I went in to fix a cracked screen on iPhone 6s and was out in about 30-40 minutes. They quoted me 60 over the phone but after I got there and evaluated my phone, they said it would be 45$. I had to grab a case as well since the price was right! Please don't waste your money on a new iPhone screen from this shop. You can't use the buttons in the corners, scrolling is weird, etc. They gave me a new one because the first replacement did the same thing. It's apparently the quality. They never answer the phone. I went in to get my screen replaced on my iPhone 7 Plus. As soon as they handed me my "fixed phone" I was walking back to my car and it started glitching. It was going out of control opening apps on its own. I went back in so they could look at it again and they asked me, "What I did you do to it." Like cmon? What did I do to it, excuse me but you were the one working on my phone for over an hour! So the real question is what did you do to my phone? When he looked at it he saw the glitch and told me he had to replace the screen AGAIN! He said it in an annoyed way which was not good customer service at all. After replacing the screen for the second time we realize the front camera isn't working anymore. He then tried to blame it on me again saying I have too many pictures. That has never been a problem before and my camera worked perfectly fine before going there. So the he replaces my screen one more time, still camera wasn't working . He asked if I wanted him to check again to see what happened with the camera but that it would cost about 100 or more to get it fixed . No thank you, but I think I'm done being ripped Off by you. I ended up leaving with my screen fixed, but my camera not working. I went in there because I thought they were really good and after hearing good reviews. I was absolutely wrong. I took my iPhone 6 in for screen repair on 08/21/2016. I had accidentally dropped the phone the pervious day and was in search of a quick and economical solution. I searched for mobile repair services in the Antelope Valley and most were inactive on Sunday's. Fortunately T3chnoshop is opened on Sunday's and out of all of scarce mobile repair options I had on a Sunday, were the cheapest as well. It took the technician about 90 minutes to make the repair which was alright with me. Both men who worked the establishment were professional, informative, and kind. My cellphone was repaired to my delight. The workers here at T3chnoshop are also much more friendlier and hospitable in comparison to a lot of the oriental immigrant proprietors who tend to be condescending, unfriendly, & bigoted towards minority customers but are also located throughout the flea market (swap meet) which is why I typically try to avoid swap meets but T3chnoshop and it's workers are the bright spot here and know what it means to have satisfactory Customer service and performance read more

I was very leery of this place because I have been burned by swapmeet places before. I bought a phone case here first and even though it was a return to another store (like a charge back) it worked great. I am not worried about such things because if something does not work well for me I quickly return it. Either way I wanted to get my husband a laptop and I saw them here for really reasonable prices. I told hubby and came back with him. They had what he was looking for and were very nice and helpful. I still was not sold so I didn't want to make a jump decision. The rest of my family and I had a prayer circle as my husband asked all his questions. As we said amen . My husband yells "honey this is perfect, exactly what I need". So basically this is a good place. The only reason I don't give them all the stars is because they could have been a bit more prepared to sell high priced items.
