I brought my iPad to this repair store with a cracked screen and ended up with a iPad that no longer works. Took 4 days for the screen repair. The guys from the shop wanted to try fixing the screen that was going on and off or I would get a full refund. In the end the iPads screen won't turn on now and only gave me a partial refund. I should have took the iPad to my usual repair guy. These guys don't know what they are doing and didn't bother to communicate that they messed up the iPad until I arrived for pickup. Not cool to try to scam senior citizens! Went in to get my iphone battery replaced and when I came back to pick it up The person behind the desk shows me a bubble and a neon green line right down the middle of the phone in the old battery and says it needs additional repair work. When i dropped off the phone there was no bubble and definitely no green line going down the middle of my phone. This was clearly a scam to make me pay for additional needless phone repair and that he had clearly damaged my phone intentionally. I immediately asked for a refund which he grudgingly issued. I called twice before going in and was told a certain price for damaged screen. When it was time to pay I was told a different amount. The guy said it was taxes but not once de he mention being charged tax beforehand. It is now the next day after repair and I am already having difficulties with it that I was not having before. I researched cell phone repair stores for a few hours this past Sunday and after careful consideration based on other customer reviews of all of the places I looked at, I chose to go with iFixandRepair and my spidey senses chose correctly. My preteen daughter cracked her phone to the point most of the screen was black. So I knew I needed a quality repair and iFix provided that. Not only was the repair exceptional the wait time was no more than 30 minutes. They are located in Walmart so you can go shopping while they are doing a screen repair. I can't speak for other repairs but I would most certainly trust them. In addition to all of this their price was very respectable and within my single parent budget! I have been here twice for different issues to get my iPhone fixed and they did a great job. First, my charging port wasn't working anymore and they replaced it. My phone is charging now. Then, my home button stopped working and they were able to fix that too. The prices are affordable as well, and helped save me money. I did not have to buy a brand new phone.
