Right from the start he was…read morewilling to wait for us keep in mind (they close at 7 PM), and instead of turning us away, he kindly waited for us and still helped us out. That alone already showed incredible customer service. From the moment we walked in, he was friendly, respectful, and very professional. He fixed the phone right on the spot, and the quality of the work was excellent. Everything was done quickly and perfectly. What really stood out to me was how honest and helpful he was. The prices were very reasonable and not overpriced at all, which is hard to find these days. On top of that, we bought a screen protector and even though we purchased it ourselves, he installed it for free and also helped put the case on my husband's phone. That kind of extra care and attention to customers really goes a long way. I also bought a case for my iPhone 14 Pro Max, and we were both extremely happy with the service. It's rare to find businesses that treat customers this well. If you need phone repairs, screen replacements, or accessories, this is definitely the place to go. Great service, great prices, and an overall great experience. Highly recommend supporting this business!
