I am SO thrilled with this company and its very impressive techs! I took a chance and bought my favorite microscope (which I use extensively in my photography artwork) which was unusable for almost a whole year until I could find a business that I could even ask to check out the issue. Not only did the tech find the first problem within 10 min, he still kept it for a few hours to do a thorough diagnostic. That extra step did, indeed, find a bigger issue that wouldn't have been a problem right away but would - most definitely - later. All of this was done at an EXTREMELY reasonable price. Absolutely unprofessional and garbage quality. This is the only time i have ever written a review and it's really annoying that i even have to do this . Initially went to fix my girlfriend's iphone ( cracked screen ) and they charged me $151. Picked it up and the screen was bulging out the phone, screen was super laggy, the colors on the iphone were horrible, and there was a thick black outline at the bottom of the screen. Went back and complained and said they can give me the more expensive screen and specifically said the " original screen " for an extra $113. I agreed and they put the new screen on, was a bit better than the first , but still horrible. Super trashy products, don't go to them, they suck, save your money, go to apple. Down $264. I'm not a fan of leaving negative reviews, but I felt it could be helpful for others for me to post my recent experience with this shop. Short Version: I brought my phone in to get the screen replaced and they replaced it with a very low quality screen that has been causing more damage to my phone. They will not rectify the situation. Full version: I was in town for the weekend, from an hour south, helping a friend move to the area. I mentioned how I was in the middle of a stressful move and needed help asap. I went in for a screen replacement having cracked the glass the night before. I was told the part was in stock and that they could have it repaired within the next 4 hours. I was initially going to be charged $417, but they brought it down to $400 out the door. Now, for this price I am expecting my screen to be replaced with the same screen I had on it with no new issues. I returned 4+ hours later to pick up my phone and upon first glance I didn't notice anything wrong. I chose to pay an additional $38 for a screen protector (side note, horrible price for a cheap screen protector that had bubbles and scratches within an hour of leaving the shop). That night I realized my phone battery had dropped significantly and it was burning up. My phone's charge typically lasts 12 hours with moderate use - this was in my pocket for 4 hours, almost no use, and is almost dead. Then my wife points out that the screen is much smaller than it was before and she was right. The corners were rounded and the screen didn't go all the way to the edges of my case like it did before. Then after I play with it more I'm noticing a ton of issues- texting/keyboard is glitchy, the colors are off, I can't access the sidebar, etc. So, since the shop was closed I decided to pop by the next morning to get everything sorted out and hopefully have them replace the screen with the proper replacement. I get into the shop and the employee (same guy from the day before) took zero responsibility and even argued with me that the screen was correct. I was then told they only use aftermarket parts and that there are no guarantees on what they look like (rounded corners, etc.). When I told him I wanted my phone back to the way it was before without all the new issues he has caused he told me word for word "9 times out of 10 people just want a working phone". He refused to fix the problems or give me a refund. He told me to contact the shop's technician for more help, but wouldn't give me any information other than the stores number and that "he'll be in on Monday." I reminded him that I lived an hour away and that I needed a working phone in the meantime and he reiterated there was nothing he could do. I was angry, I felt I had been taken advantage of, and now I would have to take a 2 hour roundtrip and time off work to resolve something that should have been long taken care of. I finish the move and drive back home. The next morning I get a call from Marcell, the shop's technician, and was told that they didn't give refund of any kind. He told me I could come back up and he would personally "guarantee" that this time I would receive OEM high quality parts. If this was an option the first time why did they feel it acceptable to charge me for faulty/low quality aftermarket parts and then claim no responsibility? I explained that I had no confidence that they would fix my issues this 2nd time and that it was a hassle taking the time to drive back up. Marcello said "Well, call us back when you can schedule a trip up. Otherwise we do not do refunds." Ultimately I am nearly without a phone (it heats up so bad it won't take a charge, I can barely text on it as the keyboard glitches out so badly, etc) and now have to find another shop in my area that can fix their mistakes. I am in the process of disputing their charges with my bank/credit card. read more

A couple weeks ago in the month of February, and after calling a few cell stores around town, I went to iPhone repair Lancaster/Mobilelink Communications to repair my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G with a broken screen, because they were the only store in town that had the part needed for the repair and could have it done before I left town for vacation. After when I received the phone back from repair, I noticed a tiny bit of yellow glue seeping out from the side of the phone, at the time and thought nothing of it, because it was not too noticeable, paid the 420.00+ for the repairs and took the phone. After almost a month later I noticed my side button stopped working, and I had to keep the phone fully charged to prevent it from shutting down, because when it did, I had a very hard time to turn it on. So, when I came back to iPhone repair Lancaster/Mobilelink Communications, the taller gentlemen of the two that works there said, we don't touch the side button and pulled out another part that was used to replace my part and said again see we do not touch the side button, but he did say that to repair the side button it will cost me another 120.00, of course I declined that option and left. I finally went to D and D Wireless in Lancaster near the Boulevard, had them checked the button and he discovered that they used the wrong kind of adhesive for cell phone repairs and some of the glue seeped down to the circuit connectors where side button is as you can see in the picture below. David from D and D Wireless corrected the errors made by iPhone repair Lancaster/Mobilelink Communications by cleaning the connectors and he also replaced the back cover which was damaged due to the wrong adhesive used all for free, and I am a very happy new customer. I will never return to iPhone repair Lancaster/Mobilelink Communications they are crooks, and I will be recommending my co-workers, friends, and family to D and D Wireless for their cell phone repair needs. read more

I took my phone in because the speaker wasn't working The employee was very helpful, but he does not make up for how rude and corrupt the owner is. I decided not to go through with fixing the phone and I was charged $20, FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I have an I phone 11, my talk to text was not working unless the phone was plugged in while I was in the car. Siri wasn't working either. I took the phone this place hoping it would be an easy fix. Manny said I t was probably the proximity sensor and the charging port. I do not know anything about phones and how they work. I informed him there had been water damage. my phone never had a problem charging. When I picked it up the first time after Marcelo "fixed" it I could no longer use my facial recognitio, I took it back and they said because the sensor was replaced sometime it damages the facial recognition! My son dropped his phone in the street and a car ran over the device cracking the back of the phone and crushing the front screen. I brought it in to mobile link here in Lancaster California and the salesman Marcello said it could be repaired front and back For $200. I told my son that he could get another phone for that price( Samsung Galaxy 9).but Marcello convinced him to having the phone fixed so he wouldn't lose all his contacts. I asked Marcello specifically if that $200 included any other damage in the phone including the audio, and he said it did!. So I agreed upon his $200 price which had to be paid in advance . Later on in the day Marcello calls to inform me that the volume on the ear piece was not working so that would be an additional $30,, when I reminded him that he gave his word of $200 which would cover everything, He then told me that he could replace the earpiece but then he would not replace the back unless I paid an additional fee. . That was pretty much like blackmail because he already had by $200 cash as well as the phone, so I agreed, but I told him that that is not a good way to business. I went in the next day to get the phone, and because of his prior deceit, I decided to record him and get him on tape acknowledging his deceit. The worst customer service experience! I left my phone on June 10 and was told 5 to 7 business days. I asked could I keep the phone until the screen came in and the guy told me he would rather keep it to fix it right away if it comes in sooner. Left my phone and didn't hear a word until I called over 2 weeks later. I was told the screen still didn't come in and they will get back to me. I waited until July 6th to check the status just to be told it's still not in. The guy on the phone was a little rude, he started reading off dated on the calendar like I was just being impatient. I woke up this morning with the screen not turning on. I came back with my phone wich is in there records. But they refused to work on it because i was unable to provide reciept. They are in the businness of rippig off customers. Never told me i had to have reciept for warranty work. even admiting it was in his system. I had new SIM card tried everything through service provider. They could not get service on phone I believe they sold me a dummy phone. And blocked service on there end somehow. I paid $138 for just the diagnostic I was told it would go towards the repair, it was supposed to be 2 hours instead it took 3 days and they tried to charge and extra $100 for a malfunctioned chip and apparently the $138 did not cover this. I would not have paid $138 just for a diagnosis. So apparently they lie saying it goes towards repair but charge u for repair on top of the diagnosis. Waste of time and money. read more

Customers Beware! Marcelo installed a faulty cell phone battery that wouldn't hold a charge for more then 2 hours in my phone. To add insult to injury, he quoted me 125.00 by phone for a cell phone battery replacement then charged me 146.18 on my credit card. I called numerous times and left messages explaining that the battery was faulty and he never returned my calls. I made the mistake of going there after work, too tired and trusting that he was an honest merchant although it's no excuse. I should have realized something was not right after he replaced my cell phone battery, handed me my cell phone and he told me not to turn my phone on until I got home to fully charge it. I followed his instructions only to learn that the battery was not good. Don't sign the reciept until you read it carefully and check your phone before leaving the store. Marcelo made sure I had no recourse as he ripped me off. Marcelo is nothing more than a low class common thief. I should have read ALL the reviews before going to Mobilelink Communications. I hope this review helps prevent another customer from being taken advantage of and ripped off by this low-life thief. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Destroyed my phone. I brought it for a small issue to get the screen replaced for 180$. Next thing you know I come home and the phone wasn't closed all the way it was half open. So I came back to get it closed so I left my phone for a few hours when I came back to get it my phone was FULLY reset. All my pictures, videos, important information was GONE. So then I take the loss and go home. Then now my Bluetooth is not working at all. Does not even turn on. I go back a third time & I have to pay another 200$ to get the Bluetooth fixed. I did it because I need the blue tooth for my music. My mistake because when I got home it was not working still. Then my whole phone goes black. Everything stops working completely.
