TERRIBLE SERVICE. Destroyed my phone. I brought it for a small issue to get the screen replaced for 180$. Next thing you know I come home and the phone wasn't closed all the way it was half open. So I came back to get it closed so I left my phone for a few hours when I came back to get it my phone was FULLY reset. All my pictures, videos, important information was GONE. So then I take the loss and go home. Then now my Bluetooth is not working at all. Does not even turn on. I go back a third time & I have to pay another 200$ to get the Bluetooth fixed. I did it because I need the blue tooth for my music. My mistake because when I got home it was not working still. Then my whole phone goes black. Everything stops working completely. At this point I'm fed up I come in for help & they refuse service unless I pay again. The man's name is MANNY. He also kept making remarks trying to make me feel stupid and saying everything is my fault. Don't go here. They steal your money and continue to destroy your phone so you keep coming back. I recommend going to the phone store inside the mall across from the food court. They don't play around and will fix your phone no issues. read more

I took my phone to mobil link communications. My screen was cracked and the battery was separating. He fixed my screen and replaced the battery with a new battery. My screen cracked again and somebody referred me to tech surgeon. He told me whoever repaired your phone glued the back cover instead of getting a new back cover with the proper adhesive. He said since it was glued and not replaced properly, if I had dropped my phone in water it would have been destroyed. He said the glue was not waterproof. My phone is a Galaxy note 8 which is supposed to be waterproof for 30 mins in 3 meters of water. Mobile link communications was very lazy and his laziness could have cost me my phone. I will no longer use this facility for my phone repairs or any electronic repairs of any kind. I left him a good review on Google and if I can find it I will delete it immediately, it was a mistake. If I had known about his laziness in gluing my back cover and not getting the proper cover with the adhesive, I would have never left that good review. I do not recommend this facility any more and I warn people with caution who elect to get their phone or any other electronic device repaired at this location. He should be very ashamed of himself. read more

Seemed good at first, even offered to deliver when done. Bottom line, they fixed my screen and installed the new case, but returned my phone without audio, Screen broke again within 2 weeks, which the new case was expected to protect at additional cost, of course. I later removed the case only to find that my brand new phone had been switched out for a damaged one. read more

Came to get iPhone 11 repair, marcelo seemed helpful. He told Me that he would put a new screen on my phone really fast because the ink on my old LCD was damaged & the digitizer was damaged. He put a new screen on my phone showed me that my digitizer wasn't working without rebooting my phone first so it could gain its full accessibility. He told me that the screen and digitizer repair would go from $160 to $220. I told him no thank you and I took my phone to Best Buy and I told the technician what marcelo told me and he told me that marcelo lied and that all he had to do was reboot the phone when he replaced the screen. Getting over on people is not the way to go, it is very unprofessional and I would not recommend this business to anybody. Saddened that I had to put one star, no stars deserved. read more

I wish I had read the Yelp reviews before I had come to this place... PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU COME HERE. We dropped my iPad off at this location in order to fix a crack. I've had iProblems before and normally I would take it down to Santa Clarita to a very competent place on Orchard street. This time, I waited until the last minute before school starts and in a panic, I took it to Mobilelink . Considering that most of my classes are online, an iPad is a necessary tool. I'm totally not blaming them for ME waiting til the last minute. When we took it (February 7), they said that the digitizer was broken and we would have to pay extra for that. It ended up costing $125 and they said that it would be by the end of the week. This is three times the price of the place on Orchard and double the wait time but I figured I was saving myself two trips to SCV. Fast forward a week and they are still waiting on the part. When I called them on February 18th, they had "just received the part late last night" and now I had to wait for the guy to fix all the cracked screens that came in "yesterday". First off, they had already had my iPad for a week and a half, and now MY iPad is in line AFTER the stuff that had come in the day before? Why can't yesterday's people wait over a week for their stuff? She told me she would call by the end of the day... No call, duh. The next day (February 19th, 13 days later), they call us to tell us that when he went to lift the LCD screen, he had cracked it and it would be another $70. Ummm.. No. Give me my iPad, my money, and lets pretend we've never met. No. He was willing to give us "the money, minus the part he paid for but didn't install... hold on, I'll call you back." He calls us back saying he can replace the LCD screen THAT HE BROKE with one they have in the store, a black one. I dropped off a WHITE iPad. Fine, just give me my iPad back. So now, my white Ipad is a black iPad with a white button. It looks so stupid and I'm obviously willing to pay extra money for looks which is why I have an iPad in the first place. NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR! If I could give this place zero stars I would. I hope the place on Orchard street is ready for me to bring it back so that I can have my iPad back to normal. This place has no business being a business. They are incompetent at customer service, ordering parts and fixing the things they say they fix without breaking other things in the process. There was no compensation for giving me back something I didn't drop off or the fact that it took double the time they said it would. They acted like they had done us a favor by "putting a rush on it" when it took two weeks. I'm still going to pursue this with the BBB and my credit card company because it is completely outrageous the treatment we got from them, the ridiculous price, and the fact that my iPad now looks ridiculous. read more

If I could rate them lower I would. Very similar experience as the others and can't believe we didn't read the reviews before dropping the phone there for a screen repair. They had the phone for 3 1/2 weeks, never answered the phone when we would call to check on it, and were never open when we would drive by. They make you pay in advance too. So you pay in advance and they hold the phone hostage for as long as they want and you have no clue if they are actually doing the work or if they just stole from you. To their credit they did eventually fix the phone, but the stress along the way of not knowing what was going on isn't worth it, it's no way to treat customers. I arrived at Mobilelink super last minute and they were able to fix my phone. I got my phone diagnosed at the mall. The person in the mall took apart my phone and forgot to replace the home button plate. So my home button didn't work at all. When I took my phone to Mobilelink, they replaced the home button plate, phone battery, and a tempered glass screen protector for a great price. While I was waiting for my phone, they explain what's going on with the phone and how to prevent it from happening again. I appreciate everything they did. read more

I took my PlayStation 4 console this week to mobile link communications. My PlayStation 4 needed a cleaning done to it because it was making a really bad noise. The next day when I got in the store, I asked him was the issue resolve with my PlayStation 4. Marcellus and his worker who worked on my PlayStation told me that it was really dirty, and which was true. So later on, when I got home, I turned on my PlayStation 4 and I put it on my cooler, soon as I placed it on my cooler, I heard something fallout out of the inside of the console. I clicked on a game I was playing for about 5 mins when a big noise was coming from my hard drive. I came back the next day and told Marcellus that the issue was not resolved and it's making a bigger noise the noise is coming from the hard drive, he told me to leave it with him and pick it up the next day. I came back the next day and I asked him can we hook my console up to the tv to see if it works so we did, so he puts in a disc game FIFA 15, so the console was running smoothly, so he told me that I needed to replace the hard drive and I need to keep my console lying flat and I told him that " it Doesn't matter if the Play Station 4 is lying flat or on my cooler at an angle it doesn't work" then if went on to say that were only responsible for the cleaning. Marcellus and his worker pretty much dismantle my PlayStation 4 hard drive and did not replace it at all. Their customer service is bad here the worker their did not have any proper customer service, they pretty much took my 65 dollars. I would highly recommend that nobody go here for any electronical service it is a scam, there business just steals your money. This business either has the lack of knowledge for iPhone repair or they're Purposely taking your hard earn money and playing repair roulette with your phone. I took my phone into this janky business and got straight scammed. All the staff are unprofessional, they'll make you think that your getting some kind of discount on the supposedly service that they scream across the room to make it sound good. However, they are scammers, I took the phone in to see why it was displaying "NO SERVICE" upon using a razor blade to take the back of it off the "unprofessional technician" made me think that it had water damage to it and said that he could clean the water out of the phone and it should not be displaying the "NO SERVICE" on the screen anymore. The wizard kept my phone for four days and the day before he called to question my sim-card but I was already warned that it wasn't my sim-card. I go back on the 16th, and they tell me next Wednesday because they don't know what happened to the order, is not on the computer and is not paid. so I go back the 21st and big surprise the phone is not ready (I'm driving from Rosamond) they tell me to check back Friday. I called and big surprise is not finished. I called today 1/26/15 and the phone was finally done. but it had no battery. I tried to tell the technician (who I called, because no one called me that my phone was done) that the lady who took the phone checked it in front of me and made sure all the parts were there. if it had no battery she would of noted it on the pick up slip. the guy got really defensive when I asked about the batter, and told me "if we happen to find an extra battery we will call you" ant to finish it up the NEW SCREEN HAD A BIG SCRATCH IN THE FRONT BY THE HOME KEY. Terrible company. Ive used them twice and they jipped me both times. Once to fix an iphone in which he didn't get the part in and just put a case on it and didn't refund my money. The second he didnt fix the simcard included in the quote. I tried to discuss this with him and he was unavailable for several days. The phone has the SAME issue less than 2 months later and he wants to charge even more than he charged the first 2x he fixed my phone. They never answer their phone and they gave terrible hours (10-5) and often close early. If you take youre phone here expect to leave it for over a week. It wont be fixed by the deadline and it will be poor quality work. The only reason i gave them 1 star is because 0 stars isn't an option. Ill be taking my business elsewhere in the future. So my bf went back to mobile link & told them either give me my money back or unlock the phone and they did NEITHER. I took my phone there because it was recommended by one of the AT&T stores. when it came home it was still broken in the same condition that it was in when I gave it to them. I lost the phone called them and told them, so that the warranty wouldn't be voided. I found the phone went in to talk to them and they said too bad we have to follow the warranty. I said even after I called you and told you I lost it and it was broken when you sent it home. it still didn't charge when I took it home the charging port was not replaced.
