A call to John was made the wee hours of early Sunday morning.... By 8 AM that morning John responded and explained their upgrading and by the early afternoon, it was back up and running! I understand VOIP isnt nearly as good as old telephone systems, but I was sold on a system that was supposedly a superior solution to the standard VOIP systems. Moreover, the quality of customer service is atrocious. I can go days without getting a message back from them about an issue. Apparently that's the norm. They may be "Telephone Pro's" but they definitely are NOT "Customer Service Pro's". If you are looking for good customer service when your phone is down for hours don't look to them.
