I showed up at the store at 7:15. I knew that the store would be closing in 45 minutes. There were two other shoppers in the store, and only one AT&T staff member visible. So, I knew my odds of success really weren't great. About 15 minutes passed, and a gentleman walks into the store and asks the young lady a question about an issue he had dealt with another AT&T staffer. Rather than dismissing him, the young lady begins showing her multi-tasking skills. While she is on the computer for another shopper, she calls someone about the gentleman's issue. Serving two customers simultaneously. Amazing. One by one, I watched as this woman handled each of the other shoppers masterfully. She was done - it's my turn! I was pleased. She came and offered to assist me. Her name is Daniela Alva. I talked to Daniela about what I was specifically looking for, and while it was not very complicated, it also wasn't perfectly simple. She made sure I understood each & every part of what amounted to additional services & equipment. There were some complicating issues with both my account and the changes I was requesting, but Daniela again showed her mastery. When there was an area code problem, she called in a specialist to handle it. After some time, we were done with all of it. It was at least 8:30, possibly 8:45. My wife and just bought 2 new cell phones, we changed our service from Virgin Mobile because of coverage. I want to say the these people (Nicole Good and Simon Baca) were the best and give the store a good name. There isxxa reason why they have almost 5 out of 5 stars. Their GM (General Manager) Chris is no slouch either. The deal they made for me put Versions bs attitude to shame. I have only the highest praise for them. They kept lying about how much I would pay and upcharged me to premium when I wanted a basic plan it's hard to file a complaint against these people because they are a retail store. Them store manager along with multiple employees cat lying about my bill and what I would be charged with please do not go here your complaints can't be recorded and I tried calling multiple people to file a complaint and I wasted my whole day and I wasted a lot of money being stuck with AT&T I should've stayed with T-Mobile I would've been a lot happier none of this would've happened and I would've saved a lot of money and not Had to deal with this amount of stress read more

I just got off the phone after speaking with the so-called supervisor Shirley. She was rude, inconsiderate, nasty and definitely needs a moral booster. Anyone who doesn't know who their supervisor is or who signs their paycheck needs to be sent packing. When a person asks to speak to your superior, don't try to tell them you are all there is. If you want great service, go to this AT&T store. Shirley is the best. She is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She found me a phone that not only suited my needs perfectly but also fit within my budget. She even showed me a plan that was better suited for my family's needs. While waiting for my contacts/photos to transfer to new phone, I was also able to see how Shirley and the other workers treated customers. They truly go above and beyond to ensure your needs and concerns are met. I see all these good reviews and I literally cannot understand why. The dude Alan sold me on residential and business. Whenever I had a problem I will text him and never get a single reply. I would call no reply I will text no reply. Honestly, what is the point of giving me your card and telling me to call you anytime I need anything and you don't even reply.? Make the sale collect the commission it say F the customer After that. Yeah he was nice and cool soon as I was given in my money. And after that ghost wind. I called the store to try to get someone else's help ,,,, Rude, unhelpful. With all the other providers out there it's a miracle to be why anyone would still go with these guys. And don't get me wrong they were nice for taking my money. And in case you think that I was in someway blowing this guy up and calling him and texting him constantly. I was not in anyway I just wanted one answer to one question one time. And I couldn't get any response after maybe three text throughout an entire week. What's the point? When you can go to Verizon or even T-Mobile has better service in customer service than this. I had a such a great experience with AT&T i used to have T-Mobile and they didn't treat me so well i liked the store manager she was so helpful and knowledgeable and was willing to go the extra mile to make me and my husband happy we love our new iPhones I'm so glad I made the switch I always thought AT&T was really expensive but it turns out it was cheaper to go with them, then to have T-Mobile and that was a major plus I definitely recommend going there and asked to speak to the manager her name is Shirley and there was another gentleman he was such as awesome thanks guys read more

Don't expect to be greeted by staff when you walk in. When you ask if you need to sign up somewhere in order to be called for service, don't expect a verbal response. Expect a shaking of the head. These guys missed Customer Service 101. read more

This store out here in Lancaster has improved quite a bit. Customer service in the past wasn't all there and it really felt uneasy walking in before and asking questions to the point I would have to cringe coming in. Not until my last visit I was greeted by a young gentlemen by the name of, Simon. I felt overwhelmed with all these questions I didn't have answers to and Simon in a very well manner answered every question, and when there was a time he didn't have the answer to a question he wouldn't even flinch and somehow ask someone who did know the answer and got back to me with a response (unlike others just say idk and leave you in the dark). I really found him very helpful and would definitely recommend services to friends, and family. Shirley would have to be acknowledge as well as they both helped me and made my visit so pleasant. Thank You Both, Shirley and Simon having such STRONG Customer service is the reason why us Customers with AT&T are still around and aren't with the other 90% with METROPXS. Made my visit extremely smooth and activating another device has never been easier ! Thank You Both!
