My husband and I were very disappointed. We went into the store because we were thinking of switching cell phone plans, and were offered a plan that was very comparable, with new cell phones. We were verbally advised of what monthly payment to expect on our auto pay. The first bill was more than seven times what we were quoted, insurance and someone up plan were added to our plan without our permission we had to spend over five hours on the phone with customer service three different times, and go down to the store several times. Finally, we worked out a plan and got a lot of the charges off, however, the plan is still more expensive than the plan we've had with our existing cell phone company for 20 years. We're now locked in for three years the reps there do not give truthful quotes.. I would recommend going anywhere else T-Mobile or a reputable company not this location. read more

Robert was extremely unhelpful and frustrating to deal with. He spent nearly an hour talking in circles without actually resolving my issue, and the interaction felt very inefficient. In the end, I had to go to a different store where another employee solved the exact same problem in under 5 minutes. I expected better communication, and more competence. read more

I walked in, no greeting, no "I'll be with you momentarily". There was 2 reps, both with a customer, and a mom with her child sitting in the back of the store. In other words, they were not very busy at all. My husband and I waited for 10 minutes. We walked out. I worked in this industry. Ignoring customers is not good for business. This store needs a major house cleaning starting with the manager and working all the way down. I wish I had read the reviews 1st. I am pretty sure that the five 5 star ratings was from friends, family, or relatives. read more

If i could give this store 0 stars i will. THE WORST ATT LOCATION. Horrendous customer service (ROBERT)every time i try to go back so i end up going to other Attnt stores who deserve my money. They have no value and always look untrained. So today i called to ask about a product the man (ROBERT) hung up on me not knowing any type of information and said the f bomb and hung up on me 6:33pm 5/15/25. I will be reaching out to corporate with the recorded line it gave me. I kept calling back and i got missed calls but when i called with my other cellphone a girl picked up saying it was a guy named robert. Go figure. I see why the one star section is high. Lol dont waste your time here. Get these guys out of our plaza. read more

I am only giving this retail store one star because it is required but if I can give no stars I would. I went in there today asking for assistance with replacing my screen protector. There was no one in the store, but myself and 4 AT&T staff members. I was assisted by Douglas who said he would help me with putting on my Screen protector. When he put on my Screen protector , it must have taken him less than a minute. I noticed there was bubbles all over my screen so I went back in and asked him if he could fix the bubbles on my screen and he let me know that the bubbles would just go away on their own if I press on them enough times. I asked him what would happen if I were to continue to press on them and they would not go away. He told me that they would go away once I asked him again what would happen if they did not go away if I would I have to return to the store? He said yes. I told him I want him to fix the bubbles a female staff interrupted the conversation by saying it is a courtesy for them to put on the screen protectors. She did tell me that I could have my screen protector taken off and given another one. I told them that I would want a new screen protector and I left the store. I went to the Lancaster AT&T corporate store and they took their time with putting on my Screen protector and it came out perfectly. They let me know that location is not a corporate store. Therefore, they do not have the same standards for customer service. I do not recommend this store to anyone that would like to be treated with decent customer service. They are getting paid to do a job that they quite frankly have no desire to even put an ounce of effort in. This place is just awful. If you would like to go to a good AT&T store, you can check out the Lancaster AT&T store or the Palmdale AT&T store near the mall. They are both corporate stores and they will provide you with great customer service. Do not go to the AT&T store and the target shopping center they are not professional! It was also really hot in there and they all smelled like armpits. I wasn't sure if it was the guy that was helping me or all the staff members I know this is not relevant, but they must not be able to smell that they all stink. Their body odor must match their customer service stinky stinky! read more

Vanessa was really nice and helpful when my sim card wasn't working and also helped me upgrade my phone to the 15 plus super fast

****ONE STAR IS REQUIRED NOT EARNED**** PLEASE SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN This "authorized dealer" is giving AT&T a bad name. I went here various times over the years and each experience has been one I could've lived without. This last one is my final straw with this location. Ultimately EDDIE took advantage of my son and I the evening we went to add his new line to my existing account. Instead of recognizing an opportunity to be a compassionate human (or simply doing what I the customer requested) he chose to charge me for adding a PREMIUM LINE which was not necessary or requested. After not being able to cancel an unused line in-store I called in and was informed during that call that EDDIE acted unethically when automatically making it a premium line as opposed to a basic/standard line and that she filed a complaint on her own accord because she recognized his greedy actions. I followed up by returning to the store to speak with the store "manager" MIKE who took it upon himself to LIE and say that at their location they're only able to add new lines if they're PREMIUM. Obviously this isn't true and various other corporate store managers AND authorized dealer store managers agree, that that statement isn't true. Being that MIKE made it a point to declare that he DOES NOT WORK FOR CORPORATE, that he works for an authorized dealer he feels he isn't required to maintain company standards, BE WEARY when conducting your AT&T transactions at this "dealer" whom proudly separates his store from ethical AT&T practices. read more

AT&T general BAD about A month ago we called AT&T. about asking if I can still use mine galaxy s8 plus for the 5G. and some one said yes. but when the time came, they turned off my phone. so, I can't use my phone they gave me A $40 phone. that is slow. AND when I went inside to get help they said we only sell phones. And on the paperwork with the phone said to go to an AT&T store. And the people on the phone did not know when we called AT&T the people got confused on the answer, read more

Great staff, great customer service and everyone smelled great. I recommend this location to everyone I know

This store gets a zero, as soon as I walked in Iris had no name tag and she was very rude and rushing, when she offered insurance for the watch I asked for my options and what does it cover she answered rude I don't know I don't work for the insurance, and for the colors of watch also really rude , disrespectful. I canceled my order with her asked for her name and told her thank you for your help and have a blessed week. read more

Rudest service ever ! Jerk was telling your calling a store call customer service hello it's a port in the option is for in store ass hole and I've had AT&T for 2 years read more

BEWARE EXTRA LINES SCAM: The store employees will try to scam you by adding extra lines to your account telling you that your overall bill will decrease, but your first few billing cycles will be higher until the changes to your plan take effect. I am sure they get a commission for adding lines to an account. I was paying about $190 for 3 lines after taxes and fees and was told if they add 2 extra lines it would decrease the cost per line and I would only be paying $175 total everything included, but they lie and don't tell you that doesn't include taxes and fees. My bill was over $270 for 3 months and when I called ATT to ask why my bill had not decrease like the store employees told me. ATT told me it was not going to, and the store lied to me. All the employees are in on it and if you are not convinced on the scam at first like I was then they'll get the store manager involved to reassure you that it's a good choice and that he has extra lines on his account because its cheaper even though he doesn't need them. If you find yourself in this situation stand your ground, do not fall for the BS. They are very friendly to gain your trust and make it seem like they really want to help you don't fall for it. read more

Great customer service!! The customer service representatives are very nice. The store always have enough employees on staff. Very short wait. Very attentive. read more

No wonder this store has 2.5 stars, it doesn't even deserve 1 star. The worse customer service I have ever encountered at an AT&T store in 30 years. Managers and District Managers are you coaching your associates properly in customer service skills?? I walked at this AT&T in East Palmdale on Thursday April 30Th around 6:20 pm and your associate named Vanessa didn't even greet me, she saw me walk in and she ignored me and kept on walking away from me and cleaning, after I greeted her and explained to her the situation with my moms phone she told me in a rude way to go back to the store I have purchased the phone and she didn't even tried to help me. When I asked her for her name she didn't even care, she told me her name in a sarcastic way. There was another associate in the store at the time and he didn't even offer to look at the phone to try to figure out what was wrong with it. If Vanessa is not going to treat her customers with respect she should quit her job at AT&T and work at a job more at her level. read more

I wish I can rate this lower than 1 star. Worst service ever. The second I walked in. They didn't even say hi or ask if they can help me. The girl saw what was in my hand & right away said " sorry I can't help you with that here you need to call our customer service line" like b.tch! I didn't even say a word! UNPROFESSIONAL!! read more

Great store, the staff here are so helpful and knowledgeable. Vanessa was amazing! she helped me out so much and walked me through the whole process. I'll be recommending my friends & family read more

So I paid my bill and I get a block away and realize that Chris had who my bill was paid by my name but the address didn't match. It had a Florida address. I've never lived in Florida. So I go back and show them. And him & Phil tell me it's a fake profile. But why? My name and address should be on my receipt with my account number. Like any other receipt I pay a bill. read more

When I first set up my service I came to this store. The 2 people who helped me were great. Since then I have been in several times due to issues with phones or billing and the customer service has gone way down. Not only are the employees not friendly or professional they dont know anything about the phones or how to process things. Eight different tries to process a document needed for employment verification being faxed and they managed to even screw that up. Had issues with my phone and their solution was to keep hitting factory reset. This store is closer to my house but it is worth the drive going to anyother store but this one. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Horrible experience. They lied about getting a free phone with a free line. Both not true. Now I'm paying for a line that I don't need that was supposed to be free. I call them to fix it & of course there's nothing they can do. Super rude & just want to screw you over. read more

Vanessa provides the worse customer service, she added lines to our account which we didn't understand since we only went for a watch to replace a broken one. She stated oh it's to lower your bill!!??? Wait what?? I started getting billed $130 more per month!! Per att customer service, this store informed them we walked out with 2 phones!! But when I asked for an e plantation she stated she gave no phones only SIM cards. I reached out to the store first in April and was blown off by one of the reps stating they had no idea and I would have to call customs service, now they're asking me why I didn't call them first to begin with??! Shirley the supervisor at this store promised a call back 2 weeks ago and never did, now that I tried speaking with her she's too busy and can't spare 1 minute! read more

Came in May to get the new iPhone 11 that came with a promo of half off if I added a new phone number. So I did, and the guy who helped me (can't remember his name) not only canceled my old phone number which they aren't supposed to do but he also switched it to a prepaid account. Since then I've been having issues with billing. I'm being billed full price for the iPhone 11 instead of half off and I've gone twice to let them know and they say they will fix the issue but never do. I'm going to have to go for the third time and hope they will fix the problem this time! read more

One of the worst experiences trying to buy a phone... I never feel compelled to leave a bad review, but their service has been egregious at best. I had purchased and paid for the Samsung Galaxy S10 only to find a few days later that I was given the Samsung Galaxy S10e, a phone that is significantly less than what I had paid. If I had not found their mistake, I would have been paying over $200 more for a product they did not give me. In addition to their horrible mistake, their service is incredibly slow and unfriendly. Find another AT&T store to give your patronage. read more

I have read the reviews and have to agree this store needs to learn customer service skills without right away calling the customer hostile or person yelling at them. First we had been on the phone with AT&T for two days a total of 10 hours to fix a problem with cellular service, without any luck. Had Device checked, apple store fixed the problem. Then we had to go back to AT&T to get service activated. Another hour on phone with AT&T and was told by the Tech go to a AT&T to get them to help with setting it up. Nothing else was said. Tell my daughter to go in to this store. They would not help her with the set up because she was not authorized on the account. But told her she had no service because there was an outage. she said no I have to start my service. They would interrupt her and not let her explain the situation. I am in Arizona in a town of 500, she is in California and on a Obama phone. I can barely hear and I am on a speaker. So I get accused of yelling and being rude because I did what Tech said and told them, but now being told she needs to be authorized on account. I had never been told she need to be authorized on account to get it turn on. Mind you she has had this number for over three years. She just need the phone activated. My daughter was called hostile, I was called rude and yelling. I had to call AT&T on my phone from Arizona, to get her authorized on account. She asked for store phone number, the gentleman tried giving her the 800 number she said no store phone number. The Customer service representative on phone wanted the store ID number, he said I do not know it, then gave it to her later. The three then started being rude to her they kept saying it was an outage in the area not her phone. It was her phone it needed to be activated and AT&T representative on the phone told us to go to the store. I think AT&T needs decide what they want stores do. I have been with AT&T for over 30 years and with all the name changes. The stores just want to sell you phones and service. They do not want to take the time to help you if it is anything else. But I also fine that the new customer service of some employees now, like to use the new buzz words like hostile and rude if they do not want to help. It is their way out from helping. Especially if they can't sell you anything. So go at your risk, but may want to try customer service over the phone cause if your not buying anything they don't want to help. read more

My experience from the moment I walked in was the best experience I've had thus far when it comes to sales I did not feel hovered over at all... one of the reps named Vanessa answered all my questions about the service since I was transferring over from a different carrier where I was really unhappy she made me feel at ease with the tradition thank you so much for your excellent decision in staff she deserves a raise I will make sure to refer everyone over to Vanessa she was just the best and super friendly! Thank you! read more

Horrible staff and customer service. I came in to buy a new battery for my Samsung 8 and the employee named Christian told me to go somewhere else. After he charges my credit card for a new phone, he tries to charge me an additional 60$ for something else which I never agreed to. When I asked for help with installing Apps, he told me to ask my children for help because he was too busy. He was watching tennis the whole time. I'm not making this up, it really happened!!! AT&T has already closed 300 stores across the Country and my guess is the rest are soon to follow. There is no point in keeping these places open as the employees are completely useless. read more

We purchased new iPhones on Dec and purchased Screen Savers for the phones that came with a year warranty. We came back in July to install a new replaced screensaver on the iPhone; However we had the worst Customer Service Exp, the rep didn't know what he was doing and ruined the screensaver, then the manager tried selling us a new glass screensaver. The Customer Service dropped, including the manager service.... We will never come back to this store. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would cause they do not deserve one star. The service here is despicable. The sales associates rude, female manager is astonishingly rude. She makes matters worse with her ignorant remarks and lack of training on customer service. She really should be fired. A manager should deescalate the situation and not instigate it. After her sales associate informed her of the situation her response was "so why are they mad?" Clearly, she was in on the scam! The rudeness isn't even the height of it. This location is full of scammers! I walked in to upgrade my phone to the iPhone 12 with the national promotion going on to trade your phone to get up to $700 off the iPhone 12. When asked about the promotion, these scammers said the promotion requires you add a new line to be eligible. LIES!!! I leave the store and call corporate and several other AT&T stores and I was told that the promotion did not in fact require that you added a new line. I returned to the store and shared my findings and the sales associate responds "well if they offered you that, then we can honor it" HUH??? Honor it? It's a national promotion. You all were trying to get one over on me and were caught! If you like to not be scammed out of your monies and tricked into opening a line, AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST! The lack of integrity is insane. read more
