I called twice to check whether they were…read moreready for pickup, but when I called again on June 25, 2026, I was told that the lab had not received the frame. As of today, July 2, 2026, I am still waiting for an update. The fact that it has taken this long and the glasses are still not ready says a lot about the level of professionalism and communication throughout this process. I understand that delays can happen, but I would have appreciated better follow-up and more accurate information regarding the status of my child's glasses. I will leave this review for now and provide another update once my child's eyeglasses have been received.

Great experience from beginning to end…read more Went in for my first visit here on 5-2-25 and was very impressed by the service. The entire staff were extremely friendly and efficient. I was seen as soon as I walked in. They did a great job taking images and testing my eye. Dr Shields was super nice, patient, and explained my results thoroughly. I never felt rushed or treated like another number. Jasmin helped me out my whole way through and even hooked me up with a couple pairs of glasses through my insurance. This is my only eye doctor and place I'll order glasses from here on out.

Later I took the glassed in for repair and was told I had to make an appointment. When I went to pick them up I found that the store closes between 11 and 1 for lunch. Nowhere on their website does it mention anything about closing. It's very frustrating to not only take time off of work for what would normally be 15 min. Not to mention the gas used. I checked their website and there is no mention of closing for lunch, especially 2 hours. Nobody closes for a 2 hour lunch without letting their patients or customers know. Very poor management. I won't be back. That cost me a couple of hours of my time. And no apology from the staff when they did open. Won't go back.

Overall, a smooth and informative experience.

An employee came to my aid when she saw me. We sat down. I told her that I wanted a progressive lens with transition. She gave me the tiers and prices as well as what it comes with it. She recommended the first 2 tiers. Looking at the prices, it is not that bad compared to other stores that offer the same. Then she asked for my vision insurance. That's when it went down. They don't accept my insurance anymore so I was dismayed. But I left with good information. Employee was very helpful and knowledgeable.
