I was seen as soon as I walked in. They did a great job taking images and testing my eye. Dr Shields was super nice, patient, and explained my results thoroughly. I never felt rushed or treated like another number. Jasmin helped me out my whole way through and even hooked me up with a couple pairs of glasses through my insurance. My father is 83. He is in a wheelchair. Although he is retired, his time is more valuable than spending many hours at an eye appointment. The office has been here pretty long, it's nice and pleasant to wait in, the staff is friendly and gets you in the system as soon as you come in. There are only a few pages to fill out as a new patient and very little hassle to deal with. They then take you back and check your eye pressure and pupillary distance. Once they're done they walk you into one of the empty rooms with all the equipments. You're going to get either one of the optometrists and they're both equally great I've heard, and since I have already personally experienced with one I definitely recommend it for others to come and get your eyes checked! Once a year folks, don't be afraid, your eyes are worth it
