I got my RayBan Meta from here and they are amazing. I have a weird prescription and they got it spot on. The staff talked me into getting transitions and it's great to not have to put on sunglasses or take them off when I go inside. VERY RUDE AND IGNORANT EMPLOYEE! I received an email stating my glasses had arrived and to go pick them up. 28 min before 6pm. I got there at 5:50pm. The door was already closed and I checked inside and there was a female employee on her phone on social media, I knocked on the door so I can get my glasses but she pretended she was deaf and ignore me and walked towards the back of the office. This employee had a long way to go in customer service. she needs more training! read more

I rarely do reviews but when my wife spoke of the treatment she received was inconsistent with the standards expected it's a must! If you have kids leave them at home! If you're thinking I'll bring my sisters with me to help me pick out some glasses DON'T! Well..... you can but they'll tell you "ONCE OTHER PEOPLE GET HERE YOU HAVE TO LEAVE!" I read another review someone experienced the same with the waiting room. If you are going to charge so much money at least have top tier customer service. They don't cater much to medical care clients. Rather the less fortunate As my sister is disabled and they gave her a hard time. Pretty much bait and switch tactics deceptive marketing yeah they'll give you just enough and then! Wanted to go elsewhere so asked for the prescription after the (free) exam and they gave my wife a hard time. From my understanding that falls under FCLCA The law aims to promote competition among sellers, lower prices and increase convenience for consumers. All the ladies were super friendly and helpful. I had an apt for later in the month, I asked to be put on waiting list for cancellations and they called me back the next day with and opening. The location was easy to find, plenty of parking and the appointment it self was quick and easy. No long waits or asking when you're next, I was seen right away! The office and machines were very clean, plenty of glasses to chose from, and only a couple weeks for my new pair to come in. I'm very pleased! read more

I love going here! My kid needed glasses for the first time last year and they were so sweet with her. This year we both needed glasses. And we were not rushed looking or felt out on the spot. They have a fairly large selection of glasses! They don't pressure you to upgrade or get better glasses. And explained everything I was getting billed for. I will continue to return. read more

I forgot to make a review for this place and was reminded from their text that I'm due to be seen....it's been LONG ENOUGH with NO GLASSES...since I have YET to get a correct prescription for myself. I went in and got the eye exam; I don't know if the doctor just started out high and so I ended up answering with what I can but her prescription was DOUBLE my regular. They insisted that it was what was right for me. However, I couldn't get through not even an hour with those glasses on because the script was so high...I was getting headaches and my eyes were hurting and straining; I couldn't even see right in them...felt like virtual reality. I took the glasses back in a few days later to voice my concerns and how the precision is now DOUBLED my original...long story short I paid them $50 to give me the wrong script and then they refused to do another test...all I asked for at that point was them to just give me the same numbers as my precious prescription that expired (from a previous doctor) and they said I'd still need to pay. So I have been glassesless for the longest time...because I can't afford to fork out $100 and pay for glasses and my insurance only paid for one test. The worst experience at an eye doctor ever. I really wish eye prescriptions did not expire. If the persons still content with it then why bother forcing them to retake an exam. It's left me unable to get glasses that work for me as I my eyes are different visions. read more

Their waiting room is super tiny and it gets pretty corteses in the afternoon. People are just standing awkwardly waiting to be called. The doctor is amazing tho. She was great with my kid and wanted to make sure the exam was done perfectly, so I can see why there's a wait. They have a huge selection for glasses to purchase, but not if you're going through medical their selections are very limited and not that great. read more

Dr. Demirjian is the best. The staff is helpful and attentive as well. My husband has been going there for the last 2 years, but this was my first visit. Overall review is for staff: My first visit here was a little upsetting at first. My phone doesn't work so I had to look online for an office to get new prescription for glasses ASAP since my pair had broken, and I need them for all wear. I'm new to the AV and read the reviews so I gave this place a chance. Upon arrival , I was semi greeted by 1 employee whom didn't introduce herself at all. I told her my situation of broken glasses and needing help . She asked me about my insurance & due to having VSP we aren't given cards, but they can always go look up , in all my life , I've never had an office so unwilling to just look up or help out. She just handed me a phone number , after I told her my phone doesn't work, for me to call and get the info. I left frustrated . Fast forward , I came back, handed her a card and she said this is all you needed , but she never indicated that specific card would help. She said the office is by appointment only, but online shows they accept walk ins, but that she'd squeeze me in because another person didn't show. During the wait I kept getting off stares from another employee that made the experience more unsettling . There was no will to really help, just felt like she threw her hands in the air like, you don't have the info, that's a personal problem. The experience with the doctor was nice, she was pleasant, comfortable to be around, open to discussion on my needs for eye care. My return will likely be due to the doctor patient experience. read more

I also scheduled an appointment for contacts. Not only were they very informative but they took the time to make sure I knew how to properly apply, remove and care for my contacts. Walked in today with broken glasses, looking for something inexpensive that will hold up until my insurance kicks in in a couple months. The office was nice and clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful when it came to selecting the right pair of glasses. Gloria was quick and attentive to answer all my questions and meet my needs. I'm not sure of the other employees name, but she also provided great customer service with a big smile on her face. Love these women. Friendly and make you feel welcome, and that's only the front desk. Did carefully help me pick out a pair of frames there was some tional comfortable and look good without charging me an arm and a leg. Did you eat follow-up from the lasiks that they had set up for me. Even though I temporarily have to wear glasses for night driving, I couldn't be more happy with my vision. I went for the first time to Mezmer-Eyez Optometry. That day the receptionist was there by herself with the doctor. The receptionist was doing my intake asking me personal questions, if I take medication, any health issues in front of other patients. I felt this information was very sensitive to me and answer no to all the questions. No patient privacy. The eye exam went well. The Doctor answer all my questions. I order my glasses and the receptionist told me I have a co-payment, I asked her to check again she said yes. I asked I have a co-payment to obtain glasses, I told her I thought I had no co-payment. I went home called my insurance and in fact, I have no co-payment. I called on 12/30 left a message but no one called me back. I called 1/3/2022 and spoke with the same person who help me. She said that the frames I order require a different lens. I told her that was never informed . I told her that she told me something else. Then she said "What do you want to do. She did not apologize and her response made me upset. I told her to cancel my order. Now I'm waiting for my refund. My review is to provide customer service training and additional training to staff on member insurance. read more

Caring, friendly individuals with really great customer service. Only con is the final price for glasses, the exam, and contacts did not add up right. We got in the car and calculated everything (totals we'd written down as she said them separately and double confirmed) and it came up to a number in the high 100s. The total they gave was in the high 200s. I don't know (but don't believe) it was intentional, I just assumed maybe there was another fee I didn't hear her mention or it was after taxes and that the price was correct and being a very non-confrontational person, I didn't want to say anything; especially after their top notch service. read more
