My insurance is taken here! I'm impressed with my optometrist, he seems young and new to the practice but very knowledgeable, encouraged me to ask any and all questions I may have about my eye health. The office has been here pretty long, it's nice and pleasant to wait in, the staff is friendly and gets you in the system as soon as you come in. There are only a few pages to fill out as a new patient and very little hassle to deal with. They then take you back and check your eye pressure and pupillary distance. Once they're done they walk you into one of the empty rooms with all the equipments. You're going to get either one of the optometrists and they're both equally great I've heard, and since I have already personally experienced with one I definitely recommend it for others to come and get your eyes checked! Stumbled onto this place by chance of being in the area and it is truly a GEM. Upon entering from a hot day, the establishment was nice and cool with a very attentive front desk. My presciption is very thick so some glasses won't work with me. I came with a presciption off my phone from CostCo and it was no problem. When I told the lady up front it was my first time and I was just looking for frames, she welcomed me. Shortly after, she brought out Laura (you will absolutely LOVE her) to help me with any questions I had. I continued to look through their selection of glasses with my mom and Laura would come out from time to time to assist me as I tried on various name brand glasses. I found ones that I absolutely adored and the frames were very fair priced! She even offered to order ones online that I had been searching for. They told me it would take anywhere between placing the order and 2 weeks to finish, just to be safe, but I recieved a text that they were ready 8 days later! Genuiely such an AMAZING bunch of individuals who are dedicated to customer service and work ethics. I was so excited that I wanted my glasses before my flight on Monday and Laura was SO flexible to come in on Sunday to mold my frames and send me off ( but not before I met her beautiful dog she brought in for a stoll ). This place had terrible customer service and were not wanting to help me because I already had a perscription. They do not care whether you can see or not at work apparently because I couldn't even get a pair of safety glasses through my insurance which they are a supposed top provider for . I highly recommend not going to them the lady that helped me or lack of helo was super rude as well read more

I have been a patient at Dr. Silverman's office for well over two decades. His support staff (both front and back office) are always friendly and helpful. Having a great support staff is nice, but is not why I highly recommend Clearview Eye Center. Finding a means to correct my vision has been a challenge for every eye care professional I've seen since I had RK surgery (a forerunner to LASIK) performed on my eyes back in the early 80's. My corneas are as smooth as a raisin (very irregularly shaped) due to refractive surgery, and my vision fluctuates a great deal over the course of a day as my eyes become fatigued. Dr. Silverman has always been patient and willing to go the extra mile to try and find a solution which will work for me. His office utilizes a number of computer assisted vision testing tools to check for visual acuity; field-of-vision; and several other vision and health related concerns. Glasses are only a time-specific solution for me, due to my variable vision throughout the day. In efforts to find a contact lens which would fit my irregularly shaped corneas (my best option), we've tried soft lenses; hard lenses; piggy-backing a hard lens over a soft lens; custom fit lenses; and several varieties of scleral lenses. When Dr. Silverman did not offer services which he believed were beneficial to me, he directed me to other vision care professionals (who does that these days?). Dr. Silverman's dedication to finding a solution for me is why I continue to drive 90 minutes one-way after moving out of the AV over 10 years ago. If all that wasn't enough, Dr. Silverman has discovered issues the ophthalmologist I see every 6 months has not related to me. For anyone who believes they are a hard-luck case when it comes to vision correction, this is the office to visit. For everyone else, giving this office a try is a no-brainer. read more

Great service for adults but to be honest not a great place for children. Doctor seemed annoyed with him My son is 7 so he was bored after awhile of waiting ... Prices are a bit pricey but decent enough. I will have to find another place for my son more kid friendly. read more

Horrible experience did not feel welcomed at all. The doctor was nice but the people that have to take care of u to choose eye wear. Well let's just say that I felt rushed and they did not call me to tell me my glasses were ready. I went today and once again felt rushed and trying to push me out the door. If I could give this company no stars would. My husband went in there today for his eye appointment called 20 minutes before he went just to confirm and all was well. My husband went in the receptionist gave him the paperwork to check in. Once my husband was turning in his paperwork the woman doctor came out looking at him telling him that they had to reschedule his appointment because there was an exposure of Covid there today. But my husband looks around and there was people there waiting she was just seeing somebody and not turning away nobody else. Not only could they have told him this over the phone if this was true so he could have avoided going down there. But also what is really disturbing that if there was an exposure there of Covid why didn't she turn away everybody else!! This is very unprofessional and Also they were not following Covid protocols for all patients or was it just because of my husband's appearance (has tattoos) Nevertheless I will be following up with this with the health department read more

With a history of six eye surgeries, including RK, cataracts, and DSAEK, I have very irregular corneas and am very difficult to fit for contact lenses. I tried several types of contact lenses prescribed by other optometrists, with limited success. Dr. Silverman performed a very thorough eye examination and prescribed semi-scleral lenses that provide excellent correction and a very comfortable fit. I have been Dr. Silverman's patient for several years and am very satisfied with his service.
