I was seen as soon as I walked in. They did a great job taking images and testing my eye. Dr Shields was super nice, patient, and explained my results thoroughly. I never felt rushed or treated like another number. Jasmin helped me out my whole way through and even hooked me up with a couple pairs of glasses through my insurance. This is my only eye doctor and place I'll order glasses from here on out.

Dr. Shields explained all of the results of my examinations to me in terms that I could understand. I wear reading glasses every day for work as I'm constantly in front of a computer screen, so my eyes tend to get very irritated and dry by the end of the day. She offered me a coupon for an over-the-counter eye-drop solution that I'm using daily now. I was able to pick out a new eyeglass frame, too. The office has been here pretty long, it's nice and pleasant to wait in, the staff is friendly and gets you in the system as soon as you come in. There are only a few pages to fill out as a new patient and very little hassle to deal with. They then take you back and check your eye pressure and pupillary distance. Once they're done they walk you into one of the empty rooms with all the equipments.
