Great experience from beginning to end…read more Went in for my first visit here on 5-2-25 and was very impressed by the service. The entire staff were extremely friendly and efficient. I was seen as soon as I walked in. They did a great job taking images and testing my eye. Dr Shields was super nice, patient, and explained my results thoroughly. I never felt rushed or treated like another number. Jasmin helped me out my whole way through and even hooked me up with a couple pairs of glasses through my insurance. This is my only eye doctor and place I'll order glasses from here on out.

Dr. Shields explained all of the results of my examinations to me in terms that I could understand. I wear reading glasses every day for work as I'm constantly in front of a computer screen, so my eyes tend to get very irritated and dry by the end of the day. She offered me a coupon for an over-the-counter eye-drop solution that I'm using daily now. I was able to pick out a new eyeglass frame, too. Her members of staff were very warm, patient and friendly as well.

I went to America's best and I purchased eyeglasses for myself and my daughter two pairs each each…read moreand after they convince you to add in the scratch resistance in all of that stuff, the nighttime glare resistance I actually needed it but that's not my issue. I paid maybe three to $400 for my two pairs and then my daughter's two pairs it's nothing to sneeze at but my problem is this. I paid for the protection plan this protection plan you are only able to use once as what they say. The reason I bring this up is I had scratched resistance added to my glasses. My glasses were scratched, took it in. They fixed it about eight months later maybe six give or take my lenses were scratched again now this is using the spray and the cleaner towel that they give you and my lenses still were scratched so I brought it back again and they told me I can only get one repair done to my glasses all this money I gave these people and I only need one repair a year if I have scratch resistant lenses why are my lenses getting scratched? I spoke to a person and they said if you drop your glasses and they get deep scratches that doesn't count I get that my glasses weren't dropped. They were just cleaned with their product so America's best like Ralph Barbosa said it's not the best Walmart treats you better Warby Parker a little better and there are a bunch of other online places you can go to get your prescription filled as long as you have your prescription but I advise everybody do not go to America's best not to mention the people that worked there aren't always that friendly. Been there a few times and so many people are rude like the lady who I gave my glasses to and said this was the second time that I was bringing them back she blamed me for my scratch resistant lenses being scratched, so that's my post
