Moved over from another phone provider to AT&T and had an issue with one of the lines in my plan not having service. Contacted customer support but they weren't able to help. Went in the store and the two guys that helped me were amazing! They knew the issue from the start and had a solution for it. Great customer service and super helpful read more

We was robbed! Literally!! Took my 84-year aunt into this AT&T shop to upgrade her ancient cellphone. She's been with AT&T for 20 years and also receives her home WiFi through AT&T. She's a longtime, loyal customer. After selecting a new iPhone we are told they don't have it in stock, but have a slightly more expensive model on hand. Ok, we take the bait and upgrade to the even more expensive model. I provide my credit card to purchase the phone. All good. Now, to activate the phone. The sales woman requests my aunts old phone to deactivate it before activating the new iPhone. We spend the next 20 minutes watching "Ritza" attempt and fail to activate the new phone. She tells us there is a "glitch" in the system and she can't activate our purchase. She says she doesn't know when the "glitch" will be resolved. Could take hours or days, she tells us. Seriously?! Forget it, we tell her. Cancel the transaction. We need a reliable cellphone immediately. An 84-year old senior living alone needs that vital communication option in case of emergency. The saleswoman cancels the transaction and then informs me that there is a $59 "re-stocking fee" for returning the phone. She refunds my credit card minus the $59 fee. So, we have no new phone but are out $59!! Oh, it gets worse. When the saleswoman attempts to reactivate my aunt's original cellphone she can't. There's a "glitch" in the system and she can't restore the original phone to function properly. So not only are we out $59, my aunt has no working cellphone!! Thanks AT&T. Absolutely outrageous. You'd think being a loyal customer for decades would be worth something to this business. Nope! Hey Verizon, here we come!! AT&T are crooks, plain and simple. Avoid this location at all costs. read more

I called ahead and Carlos assisted with holding the Amigo jr for me. I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon. The store was clean and organized. It wasn't crowded and I was greeted right away. Diego assisted with my purchase and set up. He was very professional and patient and even took time to review our account to suggest various ways to make it more efficient for our needs. Overall it was a good experience. I was in and out in less than 30 mins. Thanks Carlos and Diego! read more

Multiple AWFUL experiences with them here. They essentially STOLE my wife's phone by not applying the trade in credits when we upgraded, they told us even though THEY ENTERED THE WRONG NUMBER that they WOULDN'T CORRECT IT because THEY APPLIED THE CREDIT TO A DIFFERENT NUMBER NOT ASSOCIATED TO OUR ACCOUNT! On top of that, I've been with them for almost 10 years now and had an old military discount plan that I was grandfathered in with, and the crooked manager here swindled us into changing it to their new one that includes less benefits for a higher price! read more

Service sucks! They closed the door even tho the door said closing time is at 8. I was there an hour before that. I went one more time and they declined to trade in my phone. Ended up calling customer service and going to a new location. It suck's. They did not want to take the time to help me. Not very friendly. read more

If you don't believe AT&T wireless service is the way to go, check this fact out. I'm a retired communications person, so I have an edge over the public. For years I used my TV carrier to provide my wireless phone service at the price of $14 a Gig. There were so many transmission dead spots and it never worked on the casino floor... AT&T ran a promotion, so I switched. Now I have unlimited service with no dead spots, including the casino floor, for just a few dollars more. read more

Archer, your customer service skills are deplorable. I hope your store manager reads this review so he can properly train you on how to deal with customers in different situations. Archer, you should understand that not all people are alike, and some are harder to deal than others. should I ever be fortunate enough to have you sitting across my desk as my customer I will make sure I treat you with the outmost respect as a profesional should, whether you deserve it or not. My wife went to the store to pick up an order of 3 phones that got delivered there. Since the account is under my name they wouldn't release the phones and that was quite understandable and alright with us. My wife called me at work and asked if I could go get them before they close at 8:00PM. I left work earlier than I should have and made it to at&t at 7:48 PM. The door was locked and two attendants were inside. One opened the door and said they couldn't help me because the store was closed. The sign on the door clearly shows they close at 8:00PM not a little before 8:00PM What got me upset is the condescending, demeaning attitude I got. I explained to the attendant I just needed to pick up an order that was already paid for and that was all I needed. She then related that to her coworker or manager and he replied from afar, quote " well we are close and there is nothing we can do about that" with a sassy tone like he enjoyed turning people away, showing how he couldn't care less about the store's customers. Then I replied to him, your sign indicates you close at 8:00PM not 7:48PM he then got to the door and again repeated the system is closed and nothing can be done. when he said that, I took a closer look at his name tag and he proudly stuck his chest out displaying his name and told me Archer, that is my name. That is when I decided to drop it and not get into a loosing battle with someone who is not willing to lift a finger to assist. I most definitely don't have patience for workers that don't like to work and try to be out the door not a minute after their shift ends. read more

Came here from other store. Quick service , options and quality items. We got an amazing deal from this store. Past experiences have been good but lines have been long. Not tonight. All was good read more

I had tried reaching this store in Palmdale for three days to find out if they have the phone I want. Every time time I call no one answers the phone at all. When we finally went into the store itself the staff was exceptional in helping us make sense of what AT&T Customer Service had told us over the phone and what actually was available in the store. Mo, the manager was very accommodating for our trouble and frustration. We had researched what we wanted and Angie, our sales consultant, gave us excellent recommendations Don't listen to what AT&T says to you on the phone- go this AT&T company store to get the real deal. read more

If I could rate this store a negative I would. Nothing but lies from employees and managers. Told us our bill would go up 10$ not 180$ if we added a line. Got a "free" watch with an offer just to find out it wasn't free 4 months down the road. Now paying that off. Have spent 12 hours dealing with them in store and another 4 hours on the phone with the main office. Very annoying. Stay away from this store and AT&T in general. I've been a customer for over 20 years and their service is going to hell. read more

I never enjoy going here. The environment is dreary and the wait is long. I only go to AT&T out of a necessity to buy or change something about my phone. There are other AT&T stores that are faster and don't feel so outdated. I would recommend the one in Quartz Hill at N and 50th. Its new and not that many people know about it yet. read more

I went to this location to upgrade my phone. All I wanted was a new phone, but as the representative (who was very nice) was clicking away on his tablet to activate the new phone and make the needed changes the representative let me know the 25 gig plan I was on was no longer available and I needed to upgrade to the 30 gig plan to move forward with my upgrade. I didn't want my plan to change at all, but the representative assured me they would be able to "grandfather" my plan back to the original plan, all I had to do was call the AT&T customer service line. After a total of 4 calls and speaking to 4 different representatives about 2 hours each (not to mention the huge migraine) my plan still isn't fixed and now I'm being charged extra money for text messages & locked in for another 2 years :( I wish I had never upgraded my phone. read more

The sales reps and managers both lied to me several times just to get me to leave Verizon and come to ATT. They promised a quote of $214.17 a month, but my bill is over $390.00 a month. I have the paper where they wrote the quote down, but they just leave me hanging. Don't don't don't go here!!! They seemingly can get away with the whole thing. There is no one to hold them accountable. All I have to say is, "Why lie?!" Why can't you just be honest people????!!!!! read more

We called ahead of time to see if they had the iPhone in stock. They tell us yes come in and make a reservation. We have well over 20 of them in stock. So we make an appointment come In are are hoping to upgrade and purchase one. We got there and we waited 30 minutes while some of us waited outside in the cold only to find out they did not have any at all in stock. We are livid!!! Why lie and make us wait?! And while it's cold outside during a freaking pandemic as well. The absolute WORST!!! We just walked out. Why lie and just yell us it was back ordered so we can just order online. What an absolute waste of fukn time!!!! read more

Thanks for your response manager of AT&T. But.. Unfortunately you guys let me down again. After waiting so long i decided to buy 2 sets of AirPods and was advised buy the salesman that there would be no restocking fee if returned before Dec 24. I didnt even ask about it. He just told me.. But to my surprise i was charged $15 to return something after returning one set in less then 24 hrs. When asked to speak to a manager i was told there was no managers. I wouldnt even care if there was a restocking fee but not when i was specifically told by your employee there wasnt. Let me know when i can come in and get my $15 @AT&TManager read more

Extremely rude. Arrived on Sunday 10/15 around 4:30pm. My husband's phone, which is less than a year old, had stopped charging overnight. After waiting for an hour due to them being short staffed we were finally seen to. The lady who 'assisted' us was ready to help until we mentioned we did prepaid. She immediately put us on the phone with warranty, tried to pitch us a sale for streaming services while we were on hold and then walked away when we showed no interest in that. While on the phone their warranty rep told us that she was supposed to offer to fix it in store or replace it since the phone was still new. Or he could send it in to them and wait 5-10 business days for it to be returned. Since his phone is primarily a work phone that isn't feasible. After getting off the phone we found the lady clicking around on a computer, and without making eye contact asked if we wanted to buy a new phone. When we said no, and if it was possible for the problem to fixed here she said no. Again, eyes still on her screen, body language basically saying 'if I can't make a commission off of you, you're not worth my time.' So we left. Not sure what were going to do now, but you can bet we won't be returning to this store. read more

We went here to turn in our old phones from a recent upgrade. We were quickly added to the waitlist to find out there were 7 people in front of us. After about 30/40 minutes we were finally assisted with our return. At this point I was a little frustrated. And if I had to base my review Foley on this, I probably would be giving one star, BUT once we were assisted, the customer service was fantastic. Jasmine single handedly saved this review for the store. She was friendly, helpful, and funny! A real pleasure to do business with. Customer service is extremely important to us and Jasmine provided top notch service! Thanks Jasmine! read more

Quick Summary: 1. I called 20 times until they finally answered the phone. 2. After answering my call, they placed me on hold for 1 hour and 35 minutes. 3. I placed an online order for nearly a $1,000. I just wanted to pick it up. Over a period of two days, I called this store at least 20 times with no answer. At first, I thought the phone number they are posting on Yelp, on their website, or on the AT&T website was incorrect. But somebody finally answered the phone. Since the phone works, they are not making answering the phone a priority. It appears that they are giving priority to people that are in the store. I am willing to give them 5 stars if the manager of the store does something about this. I can verify by randomly calling to make sure they answer the phone. But I need a response from the owner or manager of the business. Here are two suggestions for the business owner. 1. If your employees are busy, tell them to answer the phone anyways. Let your customer know when they can expect to get a call back. 2. Establish a maximum time on placing a customer on hold. Who am I? Just a guy who placed a thousand dollar online order and wants his 74-year-old dad to pick up the phone in the store. But your employees did everything they could to make that as difficult and as unpleasant as possible. So after 1 hour and 35 minutes on hold, I decided to hang up and have my dad go to another store. I successfully made my purchase at another store located at 2002 W Avenue J, Lancaster, CA. The people at the new store were incredibly knowledgeable and nice. As a fellow business owner, I know one thing. It's not the employees' fault. It' the owner's fault for not holding the employees accountable. read more

If only I could give zero stars I would!!!!!! They (employees) have no customer service skills and poor slow service. I went in today 11/28/20 to pay my bill and upgrade my iphone but I want told to give my name to be place on a list and wait outside to be called in. Well how about I was the only black person wait to be call in. Never once did they call or text me! They left me waiting for over a hour plus I watched others after me walking in one right after another. When I called in a female name yuma who was rude and when I asked for the manager she told me he's not there now and when I asked for anyone in charge she said that would be Mo and he's not there, around and around we went until I told her I was calling corporate on her and hung up. I returned to the store spoke to Edberg and he stated they called everyone on the the list and basically calling me a liar.... I so disappointed in AT&T so much I'm leaving you and going back to SPRINT... I will take my money to where I am appreciated and value as a customer read more

This store is awful and failed to correct THEIR mistake. Jasmine and the store manager, Dion, in no way provide a willing and helpful attitude. My sister went in to trade-in her old phone back in October and explained the situation to the representative who processed the trade-in. Fast forward to January and all of a sudden we receive an email stating we will be charged $600 for the device not being returned. We called into customer service and they just gave us the run around, so she went back to the store where she traded in the phone and they refused to correct their mistake. Apparently the representative processed the trade-in incorrectly, and instead of simply correcting it and removing the charge they kept her waiting in the store for two hours while they went in the back room to come up with excuses as to why they couldn't fix it. So she left with no resolution. They had her phone and were trying to charge us $600 for it. Makes no sense. That night I turned to twitter for help and an AT&T social media rep was able to resolve my issue almost instantly. I understand that the store is primarily concerned with sales, but if they make a mistake then they should own and resolve it. read more

Honestly, not content about the AT&T service to begin with. But what makes this experience even WORSE is the dishonesty of AT&T Employees. Went in to start a business account and was told about the discounts I would be receiving, even an overview of the expected first month bill...come to find out it was 300 dollars more than expected. They tried cross selling a UVERSE product and said I could cancel before 14 days at no charge...not true. Note to customers: do not believe AT&T when they say you will get 75megs for internet to yourself. Although it's true to a certain extent, stick with Spectrum Internet, way faster. Had so many issues with UVERSE. read more

A young man named shaeem, i believe, assisted me and he turned a stressful situation into a breeze! I went to other at&t stores and they gave me the run around. Came in just before 6pm today to upgrade to a iPhone 7 from a 5c that turned into a brick a few days ago. Greeted immediately, and when we told the girl checking us in why and what we were looking for, she let us know that the new iPhones would be out in a few weeks. We couldn't go without a phone for that long, but I appreciated that she thought to let us know there was an opportunity for saving money there. Claudia helped us set up the new phone, including putting on the screen protector and case. She walked us through iCloud and how to use it, and explained that the SIM card was in a queue to be activated through their global network, so the phone would read as having no service for a short while. Said to come back if we had any issues. In and out with all the above in 30 minutes. The phone was up and running within 30 minutes after leaving. Super happy with our experience, and I would definitely recommend Claudia to anyone for setup. read more

The worst !!! I went to upgrade my phone. Sergio told me I could do my iCloud update at home faster. So I took my newly purchased phone and went home and tried to update my phone to the cloud. After three at unsuccessful attempts. I went back to the store. I sat in the store for 90 minutes ignored by every employee. When I first got to the store I told Sergio the iCloud update didn't work. That I would be happy to wait until he is finished with his current customer. After an hour and a half he finished with a customer and he went to the back office and disappeared. I spoke to an employee by the name of "NOE" . I asked him was Sergio on a break, he said no he's working in the back office. I told him not one employee addressed to me for the last 90 minutes I've been in the store. You told me you could take my name now when I could sit down. I told him I was going to file a complaint with AT&T. He rolled his eyes and walked away. After an hour and 15 minutes on the phone with AT&T retention they told me all I could do was go into the store and complain. I have been with this company 15 years and I have four active cell phones I regret ever doing business with AT&T read more

AT&T Store - Mobile Phones Near Me - Palmdale, California

*Note: This review is actually for the Authorized AT&T Dealer inside the Mall, not the AT&T Location outside the mall. I cannot locate the dealer on yelp to add the review but I wanted to warn people about this place* I went into this location while visiting family up in Palmdale. All I needed was an IPhone 5 charger for my car. The man at the store sold one to me and told me that I only had 3 days to return it. The very next day when I opened it up to charge my phone, I quickly realized that he had sold me a Samsung charger, not an Iphone! So I promptly took it to another AT&T store near me where I was told...dun dun dun...that this was not an actual AT&T store and that I could only return it in Palmdale! Can you believe that! I don't live anywhere near Palmdale.... I could not even return it at another Authorized dealership because they are not owned by the same people. So beware! Make sure that you are buying product from an actual AT&T store and not the authorized retailers. read more

I would give this place a negative number, but they would not even let me give it a zero. I went into the store yesterday to see what deals I can get to upgrade my plan and phone. I have been a customer for years. The girl, not even going to call that person a woman, claimed not to be able to pull my account up with my phone number, claimed I was not an AT&T customer, and them told me I would have to pull my account up on my phone if I wanted help. No wonder why this places gets such bad reviews. Their customer service is horrid. It seems that all the AT&T employees are getting paid to play on their phones and be rude to customers. Well as of today, I am no longer an AT&T customer but a Verizon customer. At least the Verizon employees were respectful. BYE BYE AT&T...I will NEVER be using your service again.
