Came in today and saw Ricky. We have had a long business relationship at a different location. When our previous rep left, we struggled to find another that could match the exceptional service. Ricky was very helpful today! He helped us reduce our bill and was honest with what he thought would and wouldn't work. He offered current promotions and had a positive attitude. We will return and see how things go.

My fee for fixing my phone screen was cheaper than any phone place I have called in the AV, SCV and…read moreeven down to Glendale. I appreciate the flat fee, and it was shipped quickly. It arrived on time, and the lady that ordered my screen replacement called me the day before it was anticipated to arrive, as promised, to schedule my time to come get it fixed. Once I arrived to the shop, she and the owner (who fixed my screen) were very polite, and very casual. My screen was fixed in less than half an hour, and works beautifully. The very next day, my screen broke again, so I do wish they had some kind of warranty or something - but it was totally my fault that it broke again. (Ive never broken a screen in my life and broke the one on this phone twice in a month right after getting it, go figure!) I was so happy with my experience I called about another phone, and they were very straightforward with me in saying that since my other phone and software was so old, just upgrading would be cheaper. I researched it and they were totally right. I appreciate their candor, rather than them just trying to make a buck off another replacement. I'm not sure why the other reviews are so negative at all. If i need another screen fixed, I will definitely come back with no hesitations. My friend even said she was happy she came with me, because if she has an issue she will definitely come here too.

The manager Mika and owners are scammers beware when going into this location. I would not suggest…read moreit at all. We went into get a plan for a tablet and Internet box we brought in our iPad after asking her if that would work and she said yes. when we got there She set us up with the phone plan with the iPad. Two days later we were notified that it was going to be shut off because it "wasn't a phone" she knew that it wasn't going to work but still set up the plan as if it was a phone and customer service notified her that it showed in the system as an iPad. so we had no choice but to return the Internet box and lost out on100$ because she said it wasn't refundable since we didn't come in the same day to return it but never had any intention of returning it?! Wasted hours speaking to customer service who agreed that them not refunding me was UNJUSTIFIED and they repeatedly apologized but the owners DID NOT care and NEVER gave me my money back for the services I COULDNT USE. Complete finesse.

the worst customer service! do not shop here! the sales-girl told me since i was upgrading that my…read morephone would be free. then she plugged in all of my info, transferred my data and then charged me over $110 dollars! i got home and discovered the phone didn't even come with the main charger unit. i went back the next day to return the phone and the same sales-girl and her manager refused a full refund. they stated i'd have to pay for service fees. i explained i couldn't use the phone without the charger piece and i shouldn't incur service fees for a phone i didn't use, however they refused. as of now, i have contacted customer service, my bank, and the chief operating officer of metro and still haven't received a resolution! at this point i am willing to make this a legal matter out of principal. no one should be treated this unfairly!
