There are generally only two or three employees in there and every time I have gone there before or five people waiting to be serviced otherwise they're very kind and courteous and they have a very clean store and they seem to be very anxious to work with the customers when they come in their store read more

Enique was stellar rep. Very professional, patienct, answered my questions thoroughly and easy to understand. I would recommend him at AT&T to any customer that comes into the store. Much thx Enique much thx for the professional service. You deserves a raise. 10 star rating. read more

Went in to look for a watch for my wife. We immediately was greeted by a young man named Dom. He was a pro all of the way. His patience was stellar. He definitely deserved his five star review. He took his time, which we appreciated, as some people have very little patience for older people. Long story short; he was great! read more

Horrible! First off...it doesn't open until 11am, then they're not that helpful -- There's several people in the store they have 3 people in which 1 seems to be actually helping not sure what the other 2 are doing as one looks like he's cleaning a closet. Why do this with people in the store???? That's what happens when the kids are left to run the store with no adults That's what it looks like here! ‍ read more

This location has horrible customer service. I bought my phone here 6 weeks ago and bought screen protector which when I bought it had a protection plan and I can get it replaced anytime for $10 and find out they don't do it here anymore I have to go to Palmdale and get it done there. Mind you I was here last night too and no one ever really acknowledged you and you wait around and they asked you if you signed it like where the hell are you supposed to sign in?! Came in on my lunch break made an appt online to be seen at 12, a trainee was trying to help me and she ask one of the guys rep the screen protector and the guy said we don't do them here, but another girl was helping the trains found the screen protector and the guy said u can buy it for full price and I was like u have one here but u want me to go to Palmdale and the other lady was also like wtf we are getting rid of them anyway.... So needless to say the guy was an ass if he was a manager he deserved to be demoted and for the 2 ladies trying to help me thank you. You are the reason why people order things online because you DO NOT care for customer satisfaction! read more

The employees at this store does not know what they're doing. They feed you the wrong information just as well as the manager and when you address the issue, they want to brush it off if I can cancel my phone services just because of this store I would Kevin , Edgar there's one more I forget his name, but I don't recommend this store for nobody go to the one on 50th or buy the mall read more

The waits to get any service is terrible. They don't have enough workers and have the nerve to not have check-ins working . Do not come here if you have anything to do read more

Came in because I could not make calls with my phone. The manager that day was able to go online and get that straighted out. He offered me the new Router with speeds up to 300mbs. Tried it out for one week and was not satisfied with it as it only reached 80mbs the best day. Came back two weeks later to return it. Kevin was helping a costumer, I told him I was just there to drop it off, he said it would be 45 minutes until I get help. I went to the nearby shops, came back 25 minutes later. I waited past an hour and Kevin said I was the next costumer. Waited patiently a total of 1 hour 5 minutes, he asked me what I was there for and repeated I was there just to return the Router. within 20 seconds of helping me he had said I had to go online to process the return and cannot be done at the store. I was pretty upset that he could not spare 20 holy seconds to tell me that and avoid an hour of my day completely wasted for absolutely nothing. I asked him why would he not tell me that if he had seen me there waiting with the box in hand and he knew from the moment I came in the store what my visit was for. 20 seconds that's all I that would've taken Kevin to help me and get me on my way. 20 seconds, that's all. I think it's lack of sympathy for those of us who wait. read more

I wish I could leave ZERO STARS! I have never had a company or business refuse cash for a bill. The kiosk was down and said to see employee. I asked for assistance and the employee said go to Palmdale. I explained I've given cash to an employee in the past when the kiosk was down and she still said sorry can't help you. There were 8 employees during my visit and no one would help me. ALL EMPLOYEES were sitting and having their personal conversations. The customer service is absolutely horrible. For those who can't make it to another location what are they supposed to do? read more

Terrible service! I went in to buy a phone, made it super easy and asked for an iPhone pro max didn't matter the color, and the employment to the back to go "get it". I waited 20 minutes and she never came back out! There was only 1 other customer in the store. O yeah, if your 10 year old kid asks to use the restroom, they will send you to smart & final. About to spend over 1k on a phone and we can even use the restroom. Ridiculous! read more

No one would answer the phone. Lack of service and no value if I can't get selection or value.

Had just bought a new iWatch from Target and needed help getting Cellular activated on it. Called up the store, asked if appointments are needed and was told not needed, just walk in. So I did. Customer Service rep Liza Z. was the sales lady that helped me out. She completely walked me through the process, explained everything, cost, coverage and any fees (1-time). She also successfully restored the iWatch from a backup (so glad it's auto backed up) so I did NOT LOSE any information. Her professionalism, customer service, easy to understand, spoke very good English, and just an overall OUTSTANDING experience. I have had NOTHING short of a GREAT experience with the iWatch thanks to Liza and her willingness, patience and knowledge / experience. I would recommend ANYONE looking for an AT&T iPhone, Watch or OUTSTANDING Customer Service to visit the store located at 20th St West, Avenue J in Lancaster, CA. You won't be let down. Thank you Liza Z. for all of your help - we NEED MORE people like yourself. Sincerely, Tomas P. (visited store on 2/10/23 for iWatch help) read more

Worst store and employees ever, do your self a favor and avoid this place at all cost. AT&T Store - Store hours - Mobile Phones Near Me - Lancaster, California

Worst store and the staff that I met are unhelpful I've been here twice and always had horrible experiences. I was told they are not able to help in store and I have to call a certain number which I keep getting passed on turns out they are able to help me in store after all. Second experience, I kid you not I was there for three hours! Seems like no one knows what they're doing in this place. Go somewhere else. read more

Just came to get a SIM card for my second line been waiting for almost 2 hours!? But this store is always under staff. Really poor service

I have been trying for weeks to upgrade my phone. After 2 1/2 hours on the phone with ATT, I gave up and went to this store. In less time, Lily had my new phone ready to go. The staff had no idea how to help me. They offered scripted excuses and have no real authority to make helpful decisions. I was told the manager was on break so I waited. The manager finished his break and let me sit there for 30minutes until I finally ran up on his dumb ass. They are all very young and have no real leaders in the store. I came here on a Saturday night and everyone was just hanging around chillin. Just close the store and outsource their jobs. They are taking up space that could be used for something useful like idk maybe a waba grill. read more

Great service workers here doing amazing work and very patient- But after about a half an hour at least of waiting, not enough staff here. Product didn't work when I got home and now in a line waiting again for half an hour with no knowledge of when my it will be my turn . Overall it's okay if you get a free day to deal with whatever you need just don't plan on in an out in an hour- disappointing . So great service When you get to it read more

Worst service ever. There is one awesome man who works here, and is so kind and helpful.. but the rest of them, are not only useless, but racist and refuse to help me just because of the color of my skin. They refused to help me with the issue I had been experiencing for months. I asked for the manager, who was also the same race as everyone working today, and he refused to come out and help me. Finally, I found a guy who had helped me prior, and he was aware of my situation. I brought all the things I needed to get it done, but he too refused to help me. Which is when I realized I was being discriminated against. At first it seemed as if the staff were just confused, but after he also refused it became apparent to me that it was due to discrimination.. and I called him on it and he did not deny it. Don't go here! They also lie to get you to sign up for things, promising that the offers are free.. but they are not free. By the time you find out, you can't cancel. So, unless you want to support racist liars who deceive you and refuse to help you as a group, don't go to this place.. they literally ganged up on me, and had no plan to provide customer services what so ever. Instead, they acted like they were still high school, refusing to help me and provide assistance.. I am canceling my AT&T account due to this experience. I can't support a corporation who employs racists and allows racist discrimination to take place. I was bullied by their group mentality and I will never forget it! There is only one person who has consistently been an unbiased, customer service oriented and genuinely helpful person who helped me multiple times. His name is Austin. And I wanted to recognize him.. He is the only thing good about this store!!! But nothing is worth going back in there! Ever! read more

GO TO PALMDALE!!! This store is more interested in watching TV Sad to see that nothing has changed with this store. I recently visited this past Friday to upgrade my phone, and upon walking into the empty store that had only 1 other couple being serviced, the staff was too busy watching television to even address me. I sat and waited for 5 minutes before the rep that was helping the other group told the 3 staff members watching TV, that I was waiting to be helped. Once the rep finally came over to help me, it was as if he was too busy to even explain anything to me. I also happened to be in the mood to purchase accessories for my new upgrade as well but he was too busy to ask if I wanted anything else to go with the new phone. I decided to go to Palmdale and spend my money there since I was such an inconvenience to the staffs quality TV time. read more

TERRIBLE. UNRESPONSIVE. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Long wait times. Went to in to buy a new phone and was told that I cannot buy a phone. It took a call to corporate and four visits to complete this simple transaction. My wife a few weeks later had the identical, same issue. Then when she requested they unlock her old phone they REFUSED, stated it has to be done on line. POOREST EXCUSE FOR A STORE EVER. WHY DO THEY EVEN HAVE A STORE FRONT. Will NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. Carelessness resulting in dropped credit score! Writing this review on behalf of my grandparents. A store employee failed to note in their system that their phone had been returned, which resulted in a bill for $900 for the phone. Several messages were left for the manager asking for a return call to help resolve, and not a single call was returned. Within a few weeks, AT&T reported the unpaid bill to a debt collector. More calls to the store manager, again not returned. This ordeal caused a 50 point drop to my grandpa's credit score. He was finally able to get in touch with corporate (they only accept disputes by certified mail, and then call you at their leisure), and had to request (after submitting proof of the return) that their team write a letter to Experian removing the bad debt. He had to request this action multiple times; he was initially told that they couldn't do anything, even though they acknowledged that it was their mistake that caused this. After hours and hours spent of his own time, he was finally able to get his credit score fixed. If he would've accepted their "oh well, nothing we can do" response", this is something that would've taken years to fix. Ridiculous display of ineptitude; I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. read more

I feel the need to write a bad review even though I've since moved out of state and it's been a few months since I've dealt with these people. I was ultimately kicked out of the store which hurt me so much, it prompted me to get the hell out of Lancaster in general. These people are evil to the core and they discriminate against anyone they can for any reason. Its been about 5 months since I came in. I know long time but hear me out please. I simply came in one day and asked their employee edberg if he would put a screen protector on for me once I received it in the mail. He said yes, no problem. A week goes by and I come in again. It happened to be busy but I specifically asked for edberg as he said he would do this favor for me. 20 minutes go by and he was still assisting other customers. I really didn't think much of the situation until I saw him gesture to another employee to help me instead. He was very rude, in my opinion. Why couldn't he just take 2 minutes of his time to tell me that he couldn't help me himself? After all, I asked for edberg! Anyway, I was greeted that day by another employee, nicole. She was new to the company back then and evidently it was her first time putting on a protector. The girl really didn't do a good job putting on the screen protector and I just have to be honest about that! I'm not saying it was her fault. I can't put them on for shit! But it would've been nice if the person who originally said he'd do it would've honored what he said! That's completely edberg's fault and not Nicole's! So anyway, I was really upset that day and I came back and tried to tell them that the protector was not put on correctly, I could barely use half of my phone! There were several employees in when my mom and I came in but no customers at that time. I felt like they were purposely trying to intimidate my mother and I because they were all standing around us giving us dirty looks! I can't believe how immature the employees are at this establishment! I mean come on this isn't high school! I spoke to the so called manager Salvador who told me that it's not their job to put on a screen protector and that customers should know how to do it themselves! What kind of customer service is that?? I was really appalled and ended up cussing the guy out. In the heated exchange, he told me I would need to buy something from the store next time in order for them to put on the protector! What the fuck? Another lie! I now live in las Vegas, nv and recently went into an at&t store here. I was greeted very kindly and the employee put on my protector here with no problem! Wasn't required to buy anything! My point is that there are assholes working at this Lancaster location and they don't follow rules nor do they go out of their way to help customers in need! I'm glad I moved to Vegas and received the help I need. Lancaster people are just heartless and not normal. Avoid this location and go to Palmdale if u have to. read more

This store was terrible. I called to see if they had the phone I would like to upgrade to, they said yes. So I made an appointment. I did arrive 5 minutes late- then waited 45 minutes to be served. After this so called service at this store I will NEVER use AT&T or directv ever again I will go with a service provider who actually have customer service skills. At this store they are rude, I walked in and a woman who worked there had her back turned to me looked at me, saw I was black and ran to the back and sat down and did not even help or sign me in. I went to go look at the phones and the alarm went off. Thinking someone was going to come turn it off and help me they did not and let it go off.
