Worst customer service. I left Verizon to go to spectrum and now I can't see my account. I can't pay them unless I'm doing it in person. Because I don't have an account I can't see my account in my My Verizon app and they won't let me pay over the phone Worst service ever I'm so happy. I had an extremely frustrating experience at this location. Very poor customer service. I called this Verizon location ahead of time to ask if I could get my SIM card replaced because it stopped working. The woman who answered the phone told me they had SIM cards available and that I could get a replacement. When I arrived at the store, the employee helping me immediately said my phone was "old" and needed to be replaced. He kept pushing upgrades and trade-in options even after I clearly explained that there is nothing wrong with my phone--it works perfectly fine, the SIM card is the issue. He kept pushing sales instead of addressing the issue. When I asked for the SIM replacement I was told they don't have any and that I could not be helped unless I upgraded my phone, which directly contradicted what I was told on the phone. He continued insisting I buy a new phone instead of addressing my actual problem. I left frustrated and disappointed. The employee was dismissive, unhelpful, and misleading. This location clearly prioritizes sales over customer service. I will not be coming back. Now I understand why they only have 2 stars. Zero stars if that were an option. read more

I finally was able to talk to an experienced operator at Verizon. She explained everything to me. She helped me get my payments down to where I wanted it. She also explained their billing cycle procedures. The store where I bought the phone, they need some training. read more

Do not come here. The only people that are writing 4 or 5 star reviews are people that are still unaware they were/are being overcharged. Came here to add an e-sim line to my plan, which is $15/mo. Sales rep did it for me, I left the store, then the following week I see my bill has a whole new line added for $54/mo. Called customer service to get it corrected which took 3 hours. The call center rep also shared with me that in-store sales reps get commission for adding a new line. I'm no genius, but I can feasibly assume that the in-store rep that helped me intentionally added a new line instead of an e-sim line to get commission. I went back to the store in-person to find out how it happened. The rep that greeted me tried several times to not have to get a manager for me, then they proceeded to to make me wait 30 min to get a manager. I originally came into the Verizon Store on November 5, 2024 to trade in my phone for my son's Birthday. We were persuaded that just adding a 4th line would be free and decrease our bill. Everything sounded great. We got our first bill and it was approximately $500! My previous bill before this change was $289. I immediately went back to the store (2 weeks after the transaction and within the 30 days) and they said there's nothing that they can do because the first bill after account changes and/or upgrades isn't the "true bill" and I would need to wait until the next bill cycle. So I did. Our next bill was almost $400. I came back again and they gave me $100 credit as a short term solution and said I needed to call Customer Service and the Loyalty Department. So I did. I was redirected back to the store to ultimately just bring in the old phone, eliminate the 4th line that IS NOT FREE, and move on. Now the store is saying there is nothing they can do because it's over the 30 days! I came in within the first 14 days to resolve this and kept getting pushed back! read more

I lost my phone. Before going to the store, I called Verizon to suspend the number. On the way to the store I was informed the phone was still being used. When I got to the store, I told the two things behind the counted it was still being used. All they did was give me a phone number for Verizon customer service to call, which I did and spent 30 to 45 minutes on the phone only to find out it was suspended. While I was on the phone the two things were laughing and talking out loud and making it difficult to understand the customer service rep. They did nothing to help, but did everything to make it worse (could have they at checked to see if it was suspended?) . I now regret buying my new phone from this store. I have never experience such horrid customer service as I did at this store. If I could return the phone, I would. I will never set foot back in this but only to return the phone ( I am not happy with the phone). read more

i have never experienced such horrible service in my life. Every single employee in this store is completely incompetent. I ordered a phone to the store (because it was 40 dollars extra to buy it in person?) and the employee told me it would be ready in 2 hours. It took 2 DAYS for the phone to be ready. Then, when i went to pick it up, they told me my ID was not valid. I have had personal conversations with rocks that were smarter and more helpful than every employee in that store combined. Harold did not disclose the right terms and did not disconnect one of my lines that I had requested in which he reassured he had disconnected. Hey everyone, I came in to the store to purchase a new phone, watch, and AirPods. They were not helpful in explaining anything sold me the devices with no help on using them or transferring data. After few days phone was dropping calls repeatedly, I was told to change out the SIM card in which they handed me a paper clip and the card to put in myself. After the SIM card failed to fix the device, I went in to return it and was told no one can help me, after speaking with the manager he told me to come in the following day. Meanwhile they were refusing to help an African American woman standing out front and left her helpless. This is a disgrace as a business I will never come here again, I have filed formal complaints with corporate. My phone is still not working correctly and I am currently working with apple, these are some of the laziest, pathetic employees I've ever seen. This location has the worst possible customer service ive experienced in my 13 years being a verizon customer. This visit and the lack of help i recieved talked me out of a new phone even tho i had ironed out all the details with the representative over the phone. Tevin is the name of the guy that helps me Tremendously. He is so helpful with information and he is very knowledgeable in all things that relate to electronics and your Verizon accounts. You cannot go wrong going to this store. There are many Verizon stores in this area but none of them are as accommodating as this one! This is the place for all your iPhone and other device needs. Longtime Verizon customer, disappointed with this store. I bought a new unlocked Samsung phone--chose this option because the phone I wanted was no longer available through Verizon. Checked with Verizon beforehand, who confirmed 1) the phone would work with Verizon and 2) Verizon store employees could install my current SIM card in the new phone. Made an appointment at the Lancaster store, arrived to be told that the store didn't have "equipment" for changing SIM cards. Then the employee told me I could do it myself and that a paperclip would work instead of the "equipment." She could assist me, she said, but we'd have to stand outside with no table, etc. I decided to do it myself at home. Returned home to find that the employee hadn't even checked me in to my appointment. I could have confirmed the absence of "equipment" at the Lancaster store in advance. But when you call the "phone company" Verizon, you can't speak with the local store employees--Verizon routes all calls through a central location with no human contact. Our experience with Oscar at verizon was really frustrating. I don't know if it's a trend among the sales people at verizon or not, but his dishonesty and sneakiness was absolutely infuriating. Do not trust these people. IF we continue with verizon after this contract is up, I will drive the extra 30 miles to use another location. This verizon store has NO INTEGRITY. RACISM ON 1/23!!!! My husband and I own a business in quartz hill. We have used Verizon for our personal and business needs for years. We have over 25 business lines open. One of our iPads Sim cards stopped working, and we received two iPads as replacements for stolen iPads that were also not working when we received them. My husband took the three iPads to Verizon to have the Sim cards activated. For over three hours the employee Uzriel laughed at, belittled, and accused my husband. The Verizon employee refused to assist us in activating the SIM cards, because my husband couldn't login to his "Verizon business" app. Uzriel took all 3 SIM cards out of our iPads and refused to give them back. Uzriel also asked for our business EIN and my husbands full SSN! My husband is a young, black man, with a very lucrative business. He never goes to Verizon but our office manager and PA had the day off so he took it upon himself to get this squared away. Not only was my husband profiled, but the police were waiting outside for him when he walked out of Verizon. Uzriel and the unnamed "manager" also locked our account on suspicion of fraud! We immediately called corporate. Funny, corporate was able to locate our account within minutes and activated all three iPads. We used the IMEI number on each iPad to connect them to our business account. We have had quite a few racist encounters but nothing as grossly audacious as this. My husband is a kind and soft spoken person, I on the other hand, am not. This is my second of MANY steps to seek Justice for the way we were treated at VERIZON! You can bet that. read more

I went into the store to try to get my corporate phone working again which hasn't worked since the previous week. I am dispatched and customers call me on this number since I make a living doing service calls on the road. I called Verizon tech support and they said it wasn't a Verizon phone which it is. I go in, in person and am told only one person in the store at a time. I go in and there are 5 people standing there without customers and not doing a thing. I explained to them what was going on and they asked me questions that told me they didn't listen to a thing I said. Not once did anyone make an attempt to troubleshoot or get the phone going. I told them again and they said take it to your company they are not going to do anything. I then go back home and look troubleshooting tips up on the internet and Youtube. I found on Youtube where a guy just did a hard boot of the network settings which I did and fixed it. Don't worry lazy good for nothings I took care of your job. How many of us would get fired if we didn't help someone while our title was supposed to be customer service. This place is customer service in title only. They are useless no go for nothings! Terrible customer service in the store, and on the phone to their 800 number. This why my personal phone is Tmobile because their customer service tries and their bill is about 1/3 of Verizon. I recommend Tmobile! They also give a true discount of 50% off the bill for being Military or previous military, which I am. I am going to be making a suggestion at the corporate level we dump Verizon and switch over to Tmobile. Tmobile also is taking over Sprint this year, and previously Sprint purchase Nextel. I am very happy personally with Tmobile. I personally dumped Verizon about 15 years ago because I got tired of their customer service in name only. Bait and Switch service best sums up my experience here. I went in to see what incentives they had for switching from my current carrier since I was looking to upgrade my phone at that time. I talked with Paul who was a friendly, energetic salesman and when we discussed plan pricing and trade in value for my phone, I decided to make the switch. Less than 24 hours later, Paul calls me and lets me know that he was apparently not authorized to offer me the trade in value that he did for the phone, unless I went unlimited data instead of 5 gigs. The price he said he could do was about 1/3 of what we'd agreed on the night before. I didn't need unlimited data the night before and I didn't then so I had asked for my phone back and I'd return their phone after work. I was told that it was already shipped off with no way to get it back to me. After going back and forth for about a month, he got me another credit but let me know that his manager Patty said that was all she was going to be able to do. Post agreement negotiation got me about 2/3 of what we had agreed on when I switched. In short, don't get conned here by offers for your device that they're never going to honor. Take a drive straight up the street another few minutes to Palmdale if you're going to go Verizon. It's near the Lowe's across from the mall. read more

Then when we got to another retailer the order was locked in and we couldn't buy a phone for that line. Then we went to another retailer and somehow all of our lines were switched. They don't have any idea what they are doing at this location. They tell you that you will get a huge trade in for switching but instead send you lame gift cards to your email and charge for phones monthly. When you call to switch to the original deal they gave you they tell you that you have to pay back gift cards by using them to pay your bill. Their website only allows you the split payment in two so you end up with all these stupid codes for months to deal with. The customer service is poor and they tell you to activate your own phone and ship yourself back to corporate. They switched both my kids phone numbers arbitrarily and then billed me $100 for the switch. Their explanation was that the numbers didn't port correctly but it had been over a month since I switched when the kids got phantom numbers. When I attempted to call in with my nuclear codes to pay my $700 bill their automated system advises that they will bill you $7 for having a representative take a payment. Yet another worthless cellphone company operating in the United States. I wish I could give negative stars. Verizon you suck! read more

I've been having issues with Verizon that I haven't been able to solve with their customer service over the phone. I made an appointment so that I can get some type of resolution with someone in person. The supervisor there "helped me out". He cut me off as I was explaining to him my issue. All he did was try to pass the buck and have me call customer service. I asked if he could check my bill that I had recently paid so that I can see what I was billed for. His answer was -I can, but I won't- whoever on here gave more than one star for their review must be getting paid. The dude was absolutely useless and should not be in customer service. I ordered a Phone online through Verizon in the morning. I was told in two hours I could go and pick up the phone at this Verizon store. I gave them four hours I went to the store and they had a "glitch" in their system and could not give me the phone. I even had the printed out paper receipts to show them that it was paid for. Paul took my phone number down and told me he would call as soon as the "glitch" was over. I never got a call from Paul. At 12 o'clock the next day I called them they still had a glitch in their system and I could not pick up the phone they could not cancel the order I could do nothing but wait 72 hours for the system to clear out my order. Never use a Verizon store always do it online or over the telephone. Every time I go into that store I leave angry. And now I have to wait two more days to get a simple phone for my son. read more

I've never seen a salesman who spent so long trying to talk us OUT of spending money!! Brion actually seemed concerned over our phone problem and kept his cool even despite the hard time my grandfather was giving him. He tried so hard to get us Not to buy a new phone, but when he finally relented he did try to get us into the cheapest possible solution to our problem. I was shocked and impressed.
