    I rarely leave bad reviews, but this experience absolutely deserves one…read more On January 23, 2026, I was stopped in Walmart by a third-party Spectrum rep who convinced me to switch from Verizon Home Internet and port over four mobile lines, promising major savings. He even warned me not to listen to the Spectrum store reps. I didn't listen--and that was a mistake. After waiting three hours at the Spectrum store, the in-store rep told me the third-party rep "screwed everything up" and said he would fix it. I entered around 3 PM and was the last person to leave at closing. I went home with equipment that didn't work. The next day, nothing worked. I returned to the store and waited another 3.5 hours, only to be told I was still tied to Verizon Home Internet. After more failed attempts at home, I learned the "new" equipment I was given was assigned to another customer's account. As of February 9th, this was STILL not fully resolved. It took three tech visits to finally get internet and cable working. One tech spent over three hours at my home and was openly frustrated with Spectrum's own support. The mobile service has been just as bad. Only yesterday did my two iPhone lines finally work properly. Today, I was told the buyout promotion would only be $222 due to a "technicality" on a Verizon bill. They claimed one line only had three payments, ignoring the fact that the LINE is four years old and the phone was a replacement. The employees tried, but Spectrum's systems are broken. Spectrum Internet is solid. Spectrum Mobile is misleading and not worth the headache. DO NOT SIGN UP.

    This was Verizon which is now Frontier Communtications…read more We were with Verizon for 8 years as a Business, in a residential area. Once Frontier no service took over, we were fine for 6-8 months, then one day my internet dropped, I called 2x spent over an hour on the phone each time. I replaced my old router with new router still nothing. After reading over 5000 consumer affairs negative reviews about Frontier I decide it was time to switch to Timewarner Cable. I bought a modem the next day my old Router was back to normal, I took back the new one I bought because I apparently didn't need one. The guy at the at the help desk for Frontier never asked if they could send anybody out to see if I was having hardware failure here. He just said I don't show any outages Oh Well! Now these guys who I never signed a contract with want $650 for early termination???? We only renewed once with Verizon in 8 years for hardware that's was installed in the beginning. The package they were giving us cost $50 more for phone and Internet than anywhere else! Seriously? What savings? Now they want more money. I hope Frontier gets it together because the really are the bottom of the barrel. Thanks Verizon for dumping us in this mess.

For 6 months I called every month to have them fix the issue and resolve it. They never got it right. My internet was having issues and the support i received was excuses never a solution. I which providers now and extremely happy that I do not have frontier. Worst customer service, no support and they can not get there problems fixed in a timely manner or at all. I would rate 5 negative stars if I could.

    We got a bid from Don since family members had hired him on a few different occasions to set-up…read moretheir home as well as an office with dependable and high quality internet, video and other low-voltage services. After reviewing proposals by the other two bidders, I could already tell that the other two were both lacking in terms of product knowledge and creativity. Don, however, spent time asking questions about exactly what our vision of the perfect home was (relative to internet, music, security and all) and how we spent our time on each low volt supported time of service. Only after that did he begin proposing ideas and then he put forward his fairest price. We did a major renovation and had the opportunity to pre-wire and our goal was lightning fast internet capability in every corner of the house as well as music and security camera zones that were well thought out as well. We got all of this and more from Don and his outstanding team. Henry and Ishmail were excellent installers and consultants and were so courteous and helpful that we miss their visits. The highlight for me, other than the outstanding service we received, was that they helped me for the first time in my life get a truly universal remote (including Apple TV and everything else). I used to always have just one system or function not perform via previous universal remotes, but we now have everything very nicely on one remote, including our Apple and all other devices. Further, we can control all cameras and music with ease on our phones. Lastly, Don has gotten right back to us on all subsequent questions and special requests...thank you!

I work as a foreperson for a land baroness out in the desert. We tried frontier which was a failure, then someone bragged about hugesnet being so great because they had 5G and then they in turn assured us that we needed their more expensive business class, and to make an extremely long and boring story less, as in "less being more" giggles, it became a tedious and dismal failure!! Then we found John Aliso and Renee at Supernet 360. Set up the appointment for the install, they came out, installed the new system of which DID NOT REQUIRE A DISH mind you. Based on microwave technology.......... Three words best describe our experience so far........ NIGHT AND DAY!!! Night being the DARK SIDE of things with Frontier and Hugesnet Day being the BRIGHT SIDE of things Supernet 360 Our system went down recently because of a Supernet 360 system upgrade. A call to John was made the wee hours of early Sunday morning.... By 8 AM that morning John responded and explained their upgrading and by the early afternoon, it was back up and running! Now this must be said, WHAT BUSINESS do you know that will make any response to your inquiry on a SUNDAY MORNING, let alone on any weekend at all but especially on any Sunday for crying out loud, giggles!! I give this service and John Aliso two thumbs up, and he certainly has my vote!!!
