    I rarely leave bad reviews, but this experience absolutely deserves one…read more On January 23, 2026, I was stopped in Walmart by a third-party Spectrum rep who convinced me to switch from Verizon Home Internet and port over four mobile lines, promising major savings. He even warned me not to listen to the Spectrum store reps. I didn't listen--and that was a mistake. After waiting three hours at the Spectrum store, the in-store rep told me the third-party rep "screwed everything up" and said he would fix it. I entered around 3 PM and was the last person to leave at closing. I went home with equipment that didn't work. The next day, nothing worked. I returned to the store and waited another 3.5 hours, only to be told I was still tied to Verizon Home Internet. After more failed attempts at home, I learned the "new" equipment I was given was assigned to another customer's account. As of February 9th, this was STILL not fully resolved. It took three tech visits to finally get internet and cable working. One tech spent over three hours at my home and was openly frustrated with Spectrum's own support. The mobile service has been just as bad. Only yesterday did my two iPhone lines finally work properly. Today, I was told the buyout promotion would only be $222 due to a "technicality" on a Verizon bill. They claimed one line only had three payments, ignoring the fact that the LINE is four years old and the phone was a replacement. The employees tried, but Spectrum's systems are broken. Spectrum Internet is solid. Spectrum Mobile is misleading and not worth the headache. DO NOT SIGN UP.

I work as a foreperson for a land baroness out in the desert. We tried frontier which was a failure, then someone bragged about hugesnet being so great because they had 5G and then they in turn assured us that we needed their more expensive business class, and to make an extremely long and boring story less, as in "less being more" giggles, it became a tedious and dismal failure!! Then we found John Aliso and Renee at Supernet 360. Set up the appointment for the install, they came out, installed the new system of which DID NOT REQUIRE A DISH mind you. Based on microwave technology.......... Three words best describe our experience so far........ NIGHT AND DAY!!! Night being the DARK SIDE of things with Frontier and Hugesnet Day being the BRIGHT SIDE of things Supernet 360 Our system went down recently because of a Supernet 360 system upgrade. A call to John was made the wee hours of early Sunday morning.... By 8 AM that morning John responded and explained their upgrading and by the early afternoon, it was back up and running! Now this must be said, WHAT BUSINESS do you know that will make any response to your inquiry on a SUNDAY MORNING, let alone on any weekend at all but especially on any Sunday for crying out loud, giggles!! I give this service and John Aliso two thumbs up, and he certainly has my vote!!!

I called…read morethis Verizon location ahead of time to ask if I could get my SIM card replaced because it stopped working. The woman who answered the phone told me they had SIM cards available and that I could get a replacement. When I arrived at the store, the employee helping me immediately said my phone was "old" and needed to be replaced. He kept pushing upgrades and trade-in options even after I clearly explained that there is nothing wrong with my phone--it works perfectly fine, the SIM card is the issue. He kept pushing sales instead of addressing the issue. When I asked for the SIM replacement I was told they don't have any and that I could not be helped unless I upgraded my phone, which directly contradicted what I was told on the phone. He continued insisting I buy a new phone instead of addressing my actual problem. I left frustrated and disappointed. The employee was dismissive, unhelpful, and misleading. This location clearly prioritizes sales over customer service. I will not be coming back. Now I understand why they only have 2 stars. Zero stars if that were an option.
