The yelp reviews certainly helped but speaking with Joseph made it even easier to use their services. He and David showed up on time and really did fine work installing my ststem. I understand VOIP isnt nearly as good as old telephone systems, but I was sold on a system that was supposedly a superior solution to the standard VOIP systems. Moreover, the quality of customer service is atrocious. I can go days without getting a message back from them about an issue. Apparently that's the norm. They may be "Telephone Pro's" but they definitely are NOT "Customer Service Pro's". If you are looking for good customer service when your phone is down for hours don't look to them.
