The reviews were awesome so I gave them a call. Spoke with Joseph and he was very helpful and accommodating with all of my questions. I explained my situation and he made me feel at ease. He arrived on time and immediately explained everything he was about to do. He was not only thorough and neat but his prices were more affordable in comparison to the other companies I called. Usually I don't always go for what is more affordable because "you get what you pay for" but in this case everything was outstanding. You cannot put a price on peace of mind and I feel so much safer now. Thank you Joseph and Zion Communications for making this such a stellar experience and giving me and my family peace of mind! I will continue to recommend you to anyone wanting to feel more secure.

My aftermarket SSD hard drive crashed on my 2009 MacBook Pro. He was able to recover the data, order a new SSD hard drive, reload the most current OS, and get me back up and running. Best of all, he provided me with the invoice and description of the problem that I was able to supply to my renters insurance company and get the repairs covered. He dealt with me indecisively trying to figure out if I wanted to just buy a new computer or have him fix my old one. He patiently talked me through options and let me make the decision and then had a rapid turn around time. I would recommend Raul. If I need computer support again, I plan on returning my business to him. Great small business!

1 Star 0 if possible I really tried to give this store the…read morebenefit of the doubt, but after multiple experiences, I'm extremely disappointed and no longer feel comfortable shopping here. The first issue was a PS2 controller I purchased from the store that turned out to be defective. I had the receipt and had purchased it that same day, but when I asked for my money back, I was given a hard time and was told that they could exchange it. I eventually accepted the exchange, even though the experience already made me question the quality of the products being sold. The second issue was a PS2 game I purchased that didn't work. I had to make another trip back to the store to return it. After that experience, I was hesitant to purchase another used game without knowing that it actually worked. Then, on Sunday, August 9th, I went back to the store and found another PS2 game I was interested in. There was only one copy available, so I asked if they could test it before I purchased it. Considering my previous experience with a defective game, I didn't think this was an unreasonable request. Instead, I was basically told that it was up to me if I wanted to buy it. At that point, I was done with the store and walked out without purchasing anything. I genuinely tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but after these experiences, I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service. I don't feel like the store made any effort to make me feel confident about spending my money there after I had already experienced defective products. I would highly recommend taking your business somewhere else. I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for used games or gaming accessories. Honestly, it makes sense why this place always seems empty whenever I'm there.
