The woman who did my hair (remaining unnamed) advised me she understood. Now I provided pictures of what I was wanting or needed to be done to my hair. She assured me that would be fine. She then proceeded with a Dark version when I wanted vibrant colors. The expirience with her was great. Great customer service... but they don't specialize in what I now know it as "fantasy colors" which was misleading. The whole time I sat there she told me the color looked like wine... well that's not what I wanted... then during wash out and styling I never saw the hair till the end.. when I seen it I was very caught off because I had to look very hard to see a difference in my hair... it's like nothing had changed expect the $170 whole in my pocket. She gave me her personal card as I wanted to help her get more clients. Well I text her and she was very understanding on why I didn't like my hair or that the follow through on color was not vibrant. 3 weeks later after going back and forth she tells me she can do it for me at my house... I was hesitant but agreed. Then at last minute she ghosted me and told me to go back to Ulta to get it fixed so it wouldn't cost me more...... I then called the store and spoke to the manager because I was defeated. I felt I was lead on from the second I sat in that chair. I was able to get the $140 refund as tip was not able to be refunded off a card.. which w.e and the manager took care of the rest. Regardless if you go here make sure you're being VERY CLEAR and have a full plan to follow through. The ladies are nice but I won't be back. That and the customer noise and constant perfume bottles beeping was triggering for anyone's anxiety. Personal opinion true facts and honest feedback. That is all.

They did not - 6 times. A health savings plan means I pay the negotiated PPO fee of the insurance company. How hard is it to accept or deny a health savings plan? I assume they decided to cancel the plan because Dr Sarkissian was removed from the insurance accepted provider's website. A returned phone call would have saved me a lot of aggravation. I cannot give Dr Sarkissian a low score based on my friend's assessment of him. However, I am very disappointed, I know 3 people also looking for a dentist, not certain if I can offer this office as a referral.

Then on Sunday, May 12th, I received an email stating my upcoming appointment had been canceled without any explanation. No call. No context. I called the office today (May 13th) to ask what happened. The rep I spoke to was completely unapologetic and casually told me the doctor "isn't available." She also claimed someone had called me to explain--false. That never happened. She then tried to push my appointment out even further to mid-July. At that point, I declined and let her know I would no longer be continuing as a patient. Between the lack of professionalism, the disregard for patient communication, and the poor follow-up system, this experience was incredibly frustrating. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend them.
