I took Jeremy's recommendation for the midface cheek filler (Restylane Lyft) instead of going for my original request for chin filler. The preventative Dysport helped smooth my forehead and masseter tox helped with my TMJ and significantly slimmed my face. They did not - 6 times. A health savings plan means I pay the negotiated PPO fee of the insurance company. How hard is it to accept or deny a health savings plan? I assume they decided to cancel the plan because Dr Sarkissian was removed from the insurance accepted provider's website. A returned phone call would have saved me a lot of aggravation. I cannot give Dr Sarkissian a low score based on my friend's assessment of him.
