If I could give less than 1 star, I certainly would. This office billed my insurance for a visit that did not occur. The office manager 2 years ago stated she would fix it. They billed my insurance anyway and now 2 years later are stating I owe them a copay. read more

At one time this was a preferred medical facility but then I realized they can really drop the ball on you and wouldn't care about it. Was left alone during an appointment in the room for around 1-hour. Nobody came, nobody explained and nobody apologized. That speaks for itself. read more

I highly recommend Dr.Sandhu's office for all your skin needs. I have seen Dr.Sandhu in the 90s and he has removed various moles. I have seen Michelle for tattoo removal, and I had the pleasure of meeting the daughter of Dr.Sandhu , who is also a doctor at the office , today. I was so frustrated because I have been to Urgent care, ER, and they didn't do anything for me. I've utilized their services for several years now, mainly injectables. Previously, I've used a few other places having moved to the area from Studio City. Generally friendly, prompt, efficient, professional and offer multiple services. As purely aesthetic customer I understand there are limitations as people respond differently to their services. When I ask the doctor if and what can be done about the two horizontal lines at the corners of my mouth and he specifically recommends lip injections as the "fix", then I trust that it will do the job. However, having spent $650 on the procedure, it did not in any way impact the lines around my mouth. This certainly leaves me wondering why I should trust any further recommendations from them as they appear to be mainly interested in transferring money from my bank account to theirs. They next recommended the fractional laser, which I would seriously consider if I can schedule "Down Time" from work afterwards. However, given their prior poor recommendation for my situation, I am very doubtful about proceeding. There are no guarantees of satisfaction and if you spend your $4,000 on this procedure, you are on your own regardless of the results. No matter what they tell you, the agreement you sign says otherwise. Also, when asked how many units I had the last time I was in (for another injectable) which I couldn't recall, clearly they didn't have this information in my file as it should have been. They seem to have "sales" on what they want to offer, not really on what customers want. Even a small savings would be an incentive but I guess they have plenty of business. I'm left with the overall impression that they are pretty much the same as any other cosmetic spa place out there, unfortunately. read more

I would have given this place 5 star rating BUT!!! The treatment of the receptionist who's name I completely forgot.... Is Horrible!! Not sure what high horse she's on but you don't treat patients in this way. Very dismissive, rude, nor care. The M.A. and Dr that saw my son were amazing. Receptionist (glasses tattoos) ruined the whole experience. It was our first time here. It's people like this that make everyone else look bad. She's the first person you see and the last. All the hard work in between goes to waste. And here I was trying to purchase some of their products and not even there was she willing to put in effort. Very disappointed. read more

I love this location (private/modern), the whole building is dedicated to their services offered, not wedged in a place. Received botox and laser removal, both went wonderfully. Retha is the best. My only concern I have to make the place better, is that I noticed the foot pedal for the laser removal has to be moved to be accessed for use. Got it. But, what I didnt like was the technician or nurse would pick it up off the floor, move it and then proceed with services handling the equipment and touching my face. No removing of the gloves, washing hands, and replacing gloves. (worried). The pedal is for their feet to start the machine or laser process!!!! Never have I seen the laser equipment wiped down before or after services rendered and I know there is jelly-goo on it from being on the body. This also goes for the glasses used to protect the eyes, I see smudges, and fingerprints from previous clients. I just wish that cleaning, sanitizing was as up to par, as the quality of location, services, prices, and office professionalism. Other than that I love this place, its cute and can be more classy after cleaning. Just please clean everything and wipe it all down!!! This will be my 3rd time coming and this wait was 45 mins, which was shorter then the other times. They really need to get their appt times managed correctly. If you are a Kaiser patient or a patient who actually needs a GOOD dermatologist to examine your skin.... Don't go here. Save yourself the headache and just go to Los Angeles. I didn't get the care I needed here. I went in the first time and it was good. But ever since the first time the second time was worse. So I decided not to even give it another chance. Waste of time: 1. When the PA ordered a two blood tests- they weren't specific enough for Kaiser to understand what exact tests I needed. Spent unnecessary time there waiting to only get one test and the other one I never received a call back or anything! (First visit) 2. Second visit - I went in and was doing better but I needed another medication. PA said she would write the prescription but guess what it never got to Kaiser. Yet another time wasted! :) 3. When I called to cancel my third appt, I asked about the medication and here we are days later without a phone call. So yeah this place SUCKS (respectfully) Can't expect much from Lancaster though oh well. read more

Took time off work, checked in at 3:45 PM. Front desk took my name and told me to have a seat. While waiting I went to front desk twice, once to ask to use restroom. At 5 PM front desk so called receptionist informed me that they had called me to cancel at noon. I didn't get the call. I called about two weeks ago to schedule a follow up per my regular physician. I call them and they tell me you are already scheduled for 3/9 at 3:15. I said ok , my physician must of scheduled or foe me. Show up today, and they tell me appointment was for last year! Basically I don't have an appointment. So upset that now I actually don't have appointment and they don't have any openings till April. the receptionist says it's for last year. What idiot at their office confirms an appointment from last year for this year. Now I obviously need to confirm years too. Ridiculous! read more

Dr.Hazany and Sandhu are the best doctor team. Sandhu diagnosed a melanoma on my nose that requires most of the skin and cartilage to be removed. He was very professional and made the diagnosis immediately upon seeing it. He took a small biopsy just to confirm. I got my results in a week from Sandra who called me and scheduled me to have it removed with Dr.Hazany. This young doctor is very confident and efficient. He removed my entire nose and reconstructed it with cartilage from my ears and skin from my forehead and cheeks. My new nose looks better than my original and no one can tell I had a huge surgery. Most importantly, I am alive one year later to write this review. Thanks Dr.Hazany for driving all the way from Beverly Hills to help us in the AV. I would be dead if wasnt for Dr. Sandhu and Hazany. read more

Waste of my time and gas driving here for Kaiser referral out of Tehachapi. 30 min past appointment time and told two people still ahead of me. Cancelled, walked out and called Kaiser for another referral. The waiting room was gross, shoulder to shoulder chairs with people coughing. Walked in the back office to use restroom and staff passing me in hall had mask on chin. Listening to the poor receptionist make excuses for lack of staff present was pathetic. Oh, and the holidays apparently started today, so Dr. Sandu will only be in 1 or 2 days a week. All of the derm sales and 'Sandu' skin care in display was vomit worthy. I will use a melon baller to remove a mole and send to the lab myself versus ever coming back to this joke. read more

I've been seeing Dr. Sandhu since he was in his old office and I've never had a bad visit. The nurses are always polite and chat with me. This last visit my daughter required a mole removal and it was so fast she didn't even know she was done. read more

I'm jaded with this office. Dr. Sandhu himself is very nice and gentle, but the wait is OUT OF CONTROL. This is EVERYTIME. I understand sometimes in a doctor's office things run late and you can't control how long a procedure takes, etc., but...I tried calling to schedule an appointment and I couldn't even get through on the phone! I left a message and no one returned my call. I had to call 3 times the next day and FINALLY got through. I forgot to mention that I waited over an hour to be seen at my consultation after they didn't even have me in the computer as an appointment. I almost walked out if it wasn't for the sweet receptionist who talked me into staying and immediately told the doctor. If there was another doctor that I knew of in the Antelope Valley that did tattoo removal - I would definitely consider changing offices because of all the waiting. It's a shame because Dr. Sandhu is great. read more

DO NOT GO HERE Dr. Sandhu performed *unnecessary tests* on me that came out to a lot of money on my bill. I'm a student and can barely afford health insurance and Dr. Sandhu took advantage of that. Also I was told what great progress Ive made yet had to point out that there was much different lighting in the pictures. Staff just isnt professional or even knowledgeable. My experience was wonderful with Michelle! She is so hard working, and so loving. She is always so busy, yet ? She gives all the time she has to her patients. I came in for an IPL today, and it went well. However ? The office manager was quiet condescending, if it wasn't for Michelle I wouldn't have given the office a 5 star review, if Michelle wasn't there, I would have definitely given the office a 1. The office manager is a bully, it felt like she was questioning me and questioning Michelle's ability to do her job. I have medical condition, eczema/ rosacea on my face. Elouise kept trying to say that it's "cosmetic" all while trying to tell me that she has the same "condition" as if trying to relate and at the same time tell me that my troubles are false. I definitely did not enjoy my talk with the office manager. I will say that Michelle is a true representation of a hard working women ! I love her very much. read more

Dr. Hazany has done 5 surgeries for me over the last year. I have been very happy with the results. 1 on my temple,1 on each fore arm and 2 on my back. I can barely see where they were done. I'm shocked at all the reviews on here. Of course every experience is different. I have been suffering with craniofacial hyperhidrosis a debilitating outpour of sweat from your scalp and forehead down your face during anxiety or stressful situations (I work in the medical field, ER and ICU as a Respiratory Therapist). I would always be sweating intensely during stressful situations where patient lives are on the line. I'm glad I found RN Michelle Bragasin who was key in finding a solution to my problem. I had tried iontophoresis, sweat wipes and even drysol, but still I would sweat profusely. Finally I was approved for Botox because my problem is medical and not cosmetic. My first session was on 2/7/19 and was very light and brief. Dr. Sandhu is a very kind man who was sympathetic to my struggle of sweating profusely. He had a light hand and excellent bedside manner during the procedure, I did my follow up yesterday on 3/7/19 for Botox again on the scalp since I had no reaction or bad side effect to it after the first session on 2/7/19, which proves to me that Dr. Sandhu is a good practitioner and practices safe patient care. I look forward to keep coming here and I'm glad I did not have to drive down below to SFV or L.A. for good services received here in the Antelope Valley. Like I said, i'm in disbelief about the reviews on here. Waiting times suck and I understand, but if people swarm a location it must be for a good reason. I wasnt even going to leave 1 star , but I had to in order to leave a review. This was a horrible experience!!! I was with a 90 year old woman who had an appointment and we had to wait 2 hours in the waiting room and 30 minutes in the doctors office. Once we were seen he spent less than 15 minutes with her. He was rude, arrogant, and made us feel uncomfortable. The customer service was horrible. We will never return. Do not waste your time or money here. Cancel your appointments and go somewhere else. read more
