Always has good service. I moved to the Antelope Valley and had some issues with lumps all over my face. From what I believe to be a break in my skin from Juvéderm injections at a different place in Glendale and being exposed to a recalled pine-sol that contained bacteria, including Pseudomonas aeruginosa Which caused serious infections all over my face and neck at the injections sites and migrated throughout my face. I can't tell you how horrified I was and how this took a toll on me physically, mentally, and emotionally. Diag: Neoplasm of Uncertain Behavior (D48.5) I can't tell everyone what a nightmare it was to have lumps all over my face because I never has issues with my face which has always been flawless. I am glad I found great providers including Abaza, Sam M.D., who recently performed surgery on a very large lump on my left face, Beech, Leeanna PA-C who is super sweet and helpful And most of all James Reith, PA-C, who is truly in tune with researching, listening and. Look out for my best interest. He has given me cortisone injections that has been reducing my lumps and is so compassionate and caring. I called the office today (May 13th) to ask what happened. The rep I spoke to was completely unapologetic and casually told me the doctor "isn't available." She also claimed someone had called me to explain--false. That never happened. She then tried to push my appointment out even further to mid-July. At that point, I declined and let her know I would no longer be continuing as a patient. Between the lack of professionalism, the disregard for patient communication, and the poor follow-up system, this experience was incredibly frustrating.
