Beginning with the first visit, that I waited 3 months for, I was not on their schedule!! Thankfully, one of the staff members remembered scheduling me, however, I waited 2 hours while they "worked me in". They have dropped the ball on prescriptions & lab orders EVERY SINGLE VISIT!! The most recent error was sending the wrong rx to the pharmacy, which cost me $100. Unacceptable the way they rush, assume & quick to give out the wrong info. Dr. DeSilva is wonderful, but once you leave the treatment room after talking with her, nothing gets done!! I've had to repeatedly ask for lab orders & rx's to be sent out. In addition, they failed to update orders in the system. How embarrassing that the Dr has to call the pharmacy to see what the last dosage was because her staff failed to update the chart. Complaints to management & Dr DeSilva were a total waste of time, nothing has improved, it just gets worse!! Moving on to where patient care matters & I'm taking my husband with me!

Many patients, including several senior citizens, waited well over an hour to see the doctor, and the frustration in the waiting room was obvious. Patients deserve to be treated with kindness, dignity, and respect, regardless of their background. Instead, the atmosphere felt cold, rushed, and impersonal. It was genuinely sad to see so many people, especially older adults, waiting for such a long time without much communication. Would be promised a call back which was never received. There is no option to leave a voicemail message. Had to work harder than ever to get them to complete my disability paperwork which my livelihood (mortgage, bills, food) depended on. Was then charged money to complete this paperwork which I've never heard of in my life at any other medical office. Now, lets move on to review the doctor. Doctor prescribed me expensive medications which turns out I did not even need. After receiving a free trial of this expensive medication and telling them I could no longer afford, the staff suggested my caregiver use HER insurance to get it for me, how shady is that?? I started receiving ointments and medications via mail which I never signed up for either. For some reason even though Kumar was the doctor I would see, my disability paperwork was completed by a Dr. Martinez which I've never even met, why is this? Does Kumar even have a license to practice anymore? After suffering through all this I google to find out he has done very many shady things, so I would not be surprised if he was no longer allowed to practice and I really don't think he should be. Avoid this doctor at all costs.

I cannot say enough positive words about Dr. Satey and his office…read more For almost 18 years he has been my kids pediatrician. During that time we have built a relationship of trust. I know he genuinely cares about his patients and their parents. The care he has given to all 3 of my kids has been SO good that I won't ever go anywhere else. If any of my kids are sick he goes above and beyond to figure out their issues. I say he even cares about the parents because I have first hand experience of this. During covid I found a golf ball sized mass in my lower neck area kind of tucked under my collar bone. I immediately called my PCP who was out of town. His associate would only see me via a FaceTime call. I explained this was a large mass that needed to be felt and they refused. I then called every single office within a 30 mile range from my house and NO ONE would see me because of covid. Out of pure desperation I reached out to Dr. Satey and asked him if he could just look at my lump and tell me if I should worry or if I was okay to wait for my PCP to come back. And Dr. Satey without hesitation said to come in right away. Once at his office he felt my mass and said it wasn't ok. He made a few phone calls and within that hour I was at Advanced Imaging getting scans and then to the lab to get my blood work done. I was diagnosed with stage 4 thyroid cancer that had spread to my lymph nodes. Dr. Sateys care for me as an adult didn't stop at my diagnosis, he made sure I was able to get into City of Hope for immediate treatment and surgery. My surgeon said it was a good thing I was able to get diagnosed so quickly because my cancer was moments away from spreading from my neck to my entire body!!! I had 2 golf ball size masses along with many more smaller ones and the majority of lymph-nodes in my neck were cancerous. Dr. Satey literally saved my life! Yes his office does get busy and yes he does run behind at times, but if you knew how much he really puts into each patient you would understand. I gladly wait at each apt no matter how long it takes because I know the quality of care he gives. If you're looking for an office that actually provides real patient care then this is your place. Thank you Dr. Satey and staff for caring for my kids AND myself. I know I wouldn't be here today without you!
